Cons

I don't have any major complaints. The new tools, like the image editor, are great — could use a little more functionality (like basic lighting and contrast adjustments) but not that big of a deal.

Super convenient, especially for our social media team. They can do almost everything from one spot.

Pros

Access to all of our social media sites in one spot. The ability to calendar so many posts and also answer messages saves a ton of valuable time.

Cons

It still cannot fully connect with and manage Instagram. To be fair, this is an API issue that pretty much any other software like this will have, as it is actually Instagram preventing this and not Agora.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. Creating content has been very easy. Tracking the metrics of my social media performance is made simple with Agorapulse's built in reporting feature and responding to messages is great. Using this software has completely streamlined my work and allowed me to minimize the number of different software or features that I use.

Pros

Agorapulse is great for total social media management You are able to manage all of your accounts without leaving the software. I love that there is a mobile app for scheduling content on the go. One of the best features is the ability to assign content to other team members. It streamlines the review process and makes collaborating so much easier. The interface is super easy to use and I like that they send out emails when new features are released. This is an amazing software for social media management.

Cons

Since I have used this software, I honestly have no experienced any issues.

AgoraPulse really makes a lot of things easier and really handy. Having track over planned posts and scheduling content give great control and automates repeating posts on the fly. Still some functionality is missing in crucial points, so that posting directly on some plattforms is still better for the most purposes.

Pros

\- Easy to get into - Multiple Accounts even on small price packages - Scheduling and easy overview for planned and already posted content - hashtag groups

Cons

\- Missing functionality for special purposes (e.g. multiple languages for Facebook/ link to sites and other persons sometimes go missing without reason) - Instagram tracks Agora as Bot and therefore bans the accounts occasionally after posting from mobile and Agora - Posting on same day requires adjusting the default settings on the time (accidental scheduling for the following day happens a lot)

Have you contacted anyone about the timezone issue? Or the bot issue? I've not heard of that issue. Last month, Instagram had a bug that told users of all third party tools that they were banned. It's just a minor thing, when you reply to a message for example, it doesn't update automatically the count for how many active items you have, until you refresh

Pros

The interface is easy to navigate and you can easily customize each post when scheduling. I also like that you can easily group each client's social media profiles into groups. Another feature that is helpful for our team is that we can easily create social posts and then assign team members to them for tasks such as proofing.

Cons

The chat support while it is helpful it isn't always the quickest support. It is often a few hours before support is able to help you resolve your issue. Also, you aren't able to white-label/ remove the Agorapulse branding from the shared calendars which are used in sharing content for clients to approve.

### "Saves me hours"

Have never looked back! Customer service - setting the standard for the rest of the world.

Pros

It's so easy to use, very little learning curve, save hours when managing multiple clients. Customer service is above and beyond any company I've ever used like ever! They give you their time so you can get the most out the product with online meetings. I have tried many social media managers and this is the best, it's not the cheapest, but trust me there's a really good reason for that.

Cons

The cost - BUT I don't blame Agorapulse for this really. They are competitive in the industry. All decent managers are expensive and it's certainly not the most expensive. It's not the cheapest but it's by far the most functional. Frustrating you can't access Insta DMs, but again not Agora's fault. They are an official partner and go by Insta's rules. I'd rather be safe with my client accounts than have functions I shouldn't have with IG's T&Cs. So whilst there are cons - these aren't Agora's fault!

Very pleased with service when I have had to contact with any issues.

Pros

Very visual platform, especially being able to see exactly how each post will look on your chosen platforms before publishing, and a nice approval process which was imperative for us.

Cons

The new scheduling UI facelift means that the usability isn't quite what it was, could also do with more filters when monitoring and tracking terms on social to weed out unhelpful topics.

Wonderful! My favorite platform so far

Pros

I love how many options there are in this one platform. They always let me know if an image or video is not the right size, allow for listening and inbox options, and have a client approval options. Analytics are also helpful.

Cons

Client approval process could use some works in being able to just leave comments without changing the status, and being able to hide posts from clients until they are ready for approval. Or, have a setting where a client can only comment or approve, but the post also must be approved by someone else (me!) before getting published.

Super happy with onboarding. There were a few things we had to figure out, but customer service was on point!

Pros

We searched endlessly for a product that could support our needs and the needs of our client in one place. Several other platforms were just missing one or two crucial things. We use it to schedule, monitor and report for all of our clients!

Cons

There are some features that would be nice, like tagging products.

### "A must for anyone running multiple social accounts"

The best service of its kind I've tried.

Pros

Agorapulse saves my team hours every week by being able to access multiple social accounts and answer, engage with and moderate comments from all our social accounts in one place. It is exceptionally handy for anyone running a business with an online presence!

Cons

Having to re-activate connections with the social pages frequently. Being able to answer IG comments, but not "love" comments on instagram.

I have not seen another service that allows you comment moderation and scheduling across multiple platforms in this format

I love how easy the software is to you and how easy it is navigate. Clients also enjoy the easy to read reports and the approval process with shared calendars.

The add-ons are very expensive. We have offset this by simply including it within our rate.

I totally dig AGORAPULSE, the software is very user-friendly and visually appealing. AGORAPULSE includes all the functions that we require in our social media marketing company, Publicaciones, messages, reports, and much more.

I have not yet found somethign I do not like about AGORAPULSE.

### "Agora makes life easy"

Pros

The layout and how easy it is to use. You can teach new staff members the basics pretty easily and the saved hashtag section can be a lifesaver for when you're lacking a bit of imagination.

Cons

The Instagram section still lacks a bit, recently multiple photos have been added but I'd love to see story posts (both on IG + FB) become available.

We have several brands we are managing with a very small marketing team. AgoraPulse helps us be productive, efficient and look like experts with their reporting. It is a great tool and a pretty easy learning curve. Their tutorials and customer service has been very helpful.

Pros

It allows us all the capabilities we need: 1. managing multiple social media accounts and brands 2. Scheduling with the calendar makes it so easy to see what is being posted when. 3. Listening and seeing comments for all the different profiles 4. Measuring sentiment 5. Reporting - I showed the team the effect all their posts had on the increases in impressions and engagement with the click of a button. The team got very excited to see all the metrics and it was so easy.

Cons

We are charged a foreign banking fee with each month's payment.

### "Good Platform, Needs Some Updates"

My overall experience with Agroapulse has been ok. The platform is nice and easy to use across multiple channels but it needs the ability to stage draft posts and it needs some additional tools to help users see how posts will appear on different channels.

Pros

Agorapulse provides a good platform for managing all of your social media needs. It's relatively easy to navigate and provides a good user-experience when developing and reviewing posts across all of your channels.

Cons

Agorapulse does not allow users to draft posts which is the worst part of the platform. You should be able to start creating content, put it on the calendar, and mark it as "draft" so you can come back later and finish the content, add images, and move to "post" or "schedule" status. This is a huge miss with this platform. They force you to schedule all posts and put in "placeholder" images which are extremely dangerous (we've accidentally posted them before and had to remove them). They also need the ability to see/stage your posts on Instagram and to see how it will look in your entire feed (grid style)

### "Great tool for managing a team of social media contricutors"

Agorapulse scales well if you are managing a team creating content and I use it across several clients/companies. Support is great and the UI is friendly. Is my preferred platform when managing teams, particularly teams with non-techies using the platform. If you are a solo marketer however and require many more social media pages, SocialBee is a lot cheaper and has the same features (relatively), but isn't nearly as user friendly as Agorapulse. I have tried MANY MANY MANY management apps and Agorapulse remains my favourite. My preference is to create posts that are assigned to content categories making many alternatives a lot more work.

Pros

Easy to use, 'content category' approach to posting, LOVE the post duplication feature, love the post queue layout, great non-threatening UI (most of the alternatives have awful UI making it imposing for new users), best product for teams managing social media, great support, great Facebook group for users.

Cons

Price is reasonably expensive but most other options worth considering are much more expensive and don't have some of Agorapulse's really useful features.

Pros

I love Agora Pulse so much! No other tool I have used compares. There are many tools out there that have similar features but none that have them all in one software like Agora Pulse. As an agency, Agora Pulse is a must. It has brilliant scheduling, community management and reporting as well as extra features like social listening, UTM link builders and so much more.

Cons

The only real downside of Agora Pulse is that it doesn't look as good as its competitors in terms of UI.

Wish that Pinterest was integrated with the platform.

Staying on top of our customer's needs and feedback!

Pros

With our growing customer team, we needed a way to track and assign social media comments. Agorapulse does this and more! I love that it closes out a message once it has been responded to!

Cons

I really wish it would bring in Instagram DM's. That is my biggest headache so far and my life would be so much easier if it brought them into agorapulse so we could "close" the messaged out.

For me customer service is very important. The Agorapulse team are always extremely helpful. They address and resolve every problem or query raised by our team timeously and courteously. Like the grease in our gears, they work hard behind the scenes to ensure that we are able to deliver excellent customer service to our clients, with measurable results. They are the team that helps our team.

Pros

The product is not necessarily easy to use but the support team behind the software really dilutes the difficulty.

Cons

We are still working on the reporting mechanisms which can sometimes be overly complicated for our clients - sometimes they feel simpler is better.
