### "Probably Overkill for My Position"

Agorapulse has been fantastic. Whenever I need support, I've received it fairly quickly, and with solid answers. They listen to suggestions (like the aforementioned scheduling/library issue) and are very receptive.

Pros

I'm a social media manager for a small company, though we have multiple accounts for many products. To be honest, the main reason we went with Agorapulse is the reason I like the most: The ability to include image descriptions/alt-text to images when you schedule them. It's surprising how many social media management tools don't allow you to do that.

Cons

Right now, the only thing I'm not a fan of is bulk scheduling posts. 75% of the experience is fantastic after you get into the swing of things, but you can't use the initial editing screen to add photos from your library. They are working on this, however.

### "Love Agorapulse!"

My experience with Agorapulse overall has been good. I feel like I am able to engage with our audience more and be able to respond to questions/comments in a more timely manner than I was prior to using the software. It has also helped immensely with scheduling content.

Pros

I love being able to have all my comments and messages from different platforms all in once place and being able to respond to them directly through Agorapulse is a huge help.

Cons

The only thing I feel is missing is the ability to save posts as drafts without scheduling. It would come in handy as sometimes I have to draft up posts and don't always have a set date in mind right away. Having this feature would help me out quite a bit and make it so I truly can keep all my social planning in one place.

So far we have loved using Agora Pulse and haver recommended it to other colleagues around the globe. Out of all of the others out there doing similar, we have found this to be the best and will are set to use it even more in the new year. With new clients coming on board that we will be helping as part ofd their design collective and management of the back end of the business.

Pros

We love the integration to all fo the Socials and, ease of setting up the various formats and changes needed when posting and scheduling out across multiple profiles and platforms. Massively user friendly, even when creating posts ready for clients or others to review and approve before going out.

Cons

Wish the reporting was easier to produce, however that could be that we just need to retrain after using it for a while!?!

### "Everything in one place"

The boss was reluctant to pay this much for it, but I have showed him the value in it with the reports & time it saves me being able to cross post and not have to go to different publishers & keep formatting the same post over and over. I've had a couple of errors over the 6 months but the customer support are really quick and helpful. I just wish that the IGTV & carousel posts was a function for me to use then it would have everything.

Pros

I love having everything in one place and seeing all of my posts on a calendar, helps to keep me organised and going back through previous posts without having to go over to different apps and websites is a big bonus.

Cons

The instagram publishing could be better, I can't post a carousel or IGTV which means I still have to go and use creator studio which is a pain, as I'd like to be able to do it all in one place.

### "Good value for services offered, (When it works) "

Overall good, but one of the most expensive but loaded with most features.

Pros

Ease of use, cross platform posting ability (with-in api limitations across socials). Calendar is easy and client approvals are easy as well.

Cons

Client approval process and ability to make text revisions on the fly that apply to all existing scheduled posts vs going in and manually updating each daily post across all socials. Manually having to renew tokens monthly. Occasionally scheduled video posts won't successfully post no matter what you do. Clearly and issue with the API.

### "Agorapulse is great - and always adding more"

Agorapulse has really helped my team work with a client team to schedule and plan our social media across 10 profiles. Previously, we had way too many chefs in the kitchen trying to post. Agorapulse allowed us to apply a hierarchy (managers could approve posts and creative), and give everyone visibility to our schedule. Also, our posts get a ton of responses - so having our team able to get everything in one collective inbox in order to respond quickly was huge for us.

Pros

Scheduling, easy and clear reports, the ability to send posts to managers for review before publishing.

Cons

Integration with advertising - I feel like more could be done to tie in with FB/IG advertising. However, I know that FB/IG isn't exactly perfect

Reason for choosing Agorapulse

None really. We checked out Agorapulse and some of their free resources to learn more, and it became really clear that this was more along the lines of what we needed.

My job involves social media monitoring and responding to comments. In this regard, AgoraPulse helps me to see all 30+ accounts I am responsible for in one place. I am able to respond to customers in real time without needing to log in and out of several accounts.

Pros

I like AgoraPulse because I can monitor social media accounts in one place, keep track of ongoing conversations, and respond to customers in real time.

Cons

I would like the opportunity to label some incoming messages as junk and then block the account(s) from posting and commenting in the future.

### "Game changer app"

This app greatly simplifies my work, none of the other similar is managed to do it so well! I can, in a few steps, check all the accounts, nothing escapes, and the costumer service is simply perfect.

Cons

I still have some difficulties for the instagram carousels, but I'm sure it will be solved.

### "Makes it easier, but sometimes frustrating"

This brings most of my social management into one place. There are a few gaps, but I've always been offered work-arounds by the support team, and very promptly. The pre-sales experience was excellent too... as I run an agency, I was given time to test it out for different client scenarios.

Pros

I love the fact that most of what I need to do on social is there, in one place - I can create queues for evergreen content, and schedule in advance, and actively listen and respond. The customer service is exemplary, and the Academy has been really useful in rapidly getting up to speed, in order to make the most of the software.

Cons

I'd like to be able to bulk post to multiple social accounts, allocating to their correct category as I go. It would also be great to be able to allocate a start date for queued posts, as well as an expiry date. I find it frustrating when I can't tag a person on a company LinkedIn posting for example - be great to sort that out!

### "Set it & Forget it"

I have had a great experience. When I was first using/setting up the software, the customer service was really great - top of the line.

Pros

This software is easy to use and allows me to easily schedule my social media postings ahead of time. Additionally, we take advantage of the approval feature, which makes our workflow more efficient. With everything in one place I save a tremendous amount of time when it comes to social media posting.

Cons

The one thing I don't like is when I am picking a day/time for scheduling posts in the editor, I would like for the calendar that is shown to show me what I've already published. If there could be a way to set the Instagram thumbnail for a video that would also be great, but I realize that Insta might be limiting you.

Overall I am happy with Agorapulse, especially for the pricepoint. I also am pleased with the customer service. Thank you!

Pros

I love the cal views and that you are able to publish and assign via the calendar. I like the filter tools for comments and posts, although sometimes they dont catch everything. I like being able to set up automatic labels and see the results in reports.

Cons

I would like to see this platform work more cohesively with Instagram and Facebook stories, both with scheduling and most importantly with reporting. I have found that the reporting functionality around stories lacks greatly. It never captures more than our most recent day of stories, and with stories being the highest engaged with posts, it would be great to see the numbers around that. And I have the same complaints about reporting and tracking IG TV.

Our team has enjoyed the time that Agorapulse has saved us. It's allowed our communications team to become much more efficient.

Pros

I like that Agorapulse offers a nonprofit discount and is an affordable option for social media management. Our team is small, so we just needed a pretty simple, easy to use platform. Agorapulse has made it easier to post across all our social media channels and view comments and messages all in one place.

Cons

I don't like that you can't do link customization or video customization with Facebook posts. It's also impossible to post multiple photos or a combo of photos and videos in one Instagram post. So there are things that I still have to do specifically on each social media channel.

Pros

This program allows you to carry out many procedures and save you time. It allows you to respond quickly to comments, schedule and publish from one place, and analyze who speaks of you. In addition, it makes the reports of the social networks in Powerpoint, strengthens through the networks the relationship with its clients and the possibilities to work with Facebook and increase the engagement. Agorapulse is excellent for teams because it allows you to delegate roles to members of your team.

Cons

The interface can be slightly slow at times but it's not too bad, it's my only complaint, for me everything else works great, it has everything I need.

We use AgoraPulse daily to engage with our audience across many of our social platforms. The historic visibility we have with users, comment labeling, saved replies, and countless other features have allowed us to scale our online presence without the need to hire additional team members. AgoraPulse makes it easy to keep up with customers, serve them better, and prioritize tasks amongst the team.

I've been very impressed with AgoraPulse and happy I made the switch.

Pros

I love the functionality. Agorapulse allows you to do SO many things but in a way that's not overwhelming. The dashboard is organized and it's easy to find your clients, their calendars, their queue and more. I love that the posts are color coded on the calendar so you know which posts are scheduled, which ones need your review (if you have a team) and which ones have already been published. I've had to reach out to customer support a few times for assistance. They were always very responsive, eager to fix any problems and polite. I switched over from another popular scheduler with a similar price point, but Agorapulse has outshined them by leaps and bounds. I'm pleased I made the switch.

Cons

There's a moderate learning curve especially if you are adding team members which can be a little tricky at first, but there's lots of information and tutorials to help out.

My experience has been just neutral. It's made it very easy to work with managing Twitter accounts because of the "assign for review" feature but they definitely have ways to go to make it a complete platform.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and assign for review with coworkers. It allows for great communication across multiple people. AgoraPulse also makes it very easy to follow certain words topics.

Cons

AgoraPulse does not work well with LinkedIn. For some reason when writing a post for LinkedIn in Agorapulse, you are not able to tag a company, person, etc. For my uses this has made it almost unusable for managing LinkedIn accounts.

Pretty good, I would like the analytics to be more integrated with the publish calendar. ie, suggested time to post are highlighted. The best day of the week for that individual profile is highlighted. etc

Pros

That we can stagger posts between different social media profiles. This way facebook is having a different post than Instagram on that day.

Cons

When you are adding a new social profile group, it adds it at the top even though all the individual social profiles are at the bottom.

Everything has been very easy. We did the trial for a couple of months to test it out, and when it came time to move over it was seamless and easy. Their customer service has been so helpful and nice whenever I have questions.

Pros

I really enjoy the easy-to-use interface for scheduling, but most of all I love the Power Reports add-on. It takes minutes to set up and schedule to run on a regular basis, looks professional and is easy to add analysis to and share with management.

Cons

A few tiny quirks, but customer service is amazing and provides workarounds/tips or adds to their suggestions from users for their developers.

We are a nimble team managing over 50 client accounts so it helps us in that sense. We would like more of an onboarding to really dive into how to use the entire program. I feel there are many areas we are not using because we simply don't have time to train ourselves.

Pros

We especially love saved hashtag sets. Ease of use.

Cons

We are looking forward to the ability to schedule GMB posts. We would love to have ideal post time built into the scheduling panel.

No issues. It's a good tool that fits within my budget.

Pros

Intuitive. Tagging and posting are simple.

Cons

There is no feature to edit pictures. For example, it will tell you when a picture for Instagram is not proportioned correctly, but it's up to you to fix it. More times than not, it's just easier to make a square image, which isn't always ideal. Also, posting videos can be glitchy. There have been several times when I try to post videos, and they don't go through .... and I never get notified about it. It's easier (especially on Insta) to just post natively.

Pros

What I enjoy about Agorapulse is the organization it gives me when scheduling posts for the month/week. My favorite feature is the automatic publishing for Facebook and how easy it is to post for Instagram. The convenience of saving hashtags for different categories is also a plus. Being able to respond to comments and messages through the inbox tab, has indeed helped in making sure I don't miss any important messages from clients.

Cons

There's nothing I strongly dislike about Agorapulse, I would just say there have been some bug issues, but the company is pretty quick in responding to any delays or concerns.

Absolutely love it.

Pros

I love the social media management section and easy Instagram implementation. I love the fact that after a year of using it AgoraPulse revamped the entire design and expanded functionality with additional analytics. I love their reports and how granular is the data for engagement. And the ROI section - fabulous.

Cons

The tool itself is great, and I don't really have many complaints. Maybe they could cut the price a bit, but other than that - I love it.

Lack of Google My Business was a dealbreaker. Need to have all of our services available in one place. It was also the most expensive of the services I tested. Comes with a lot, but not sure it's worth three times the price of other services.

Pros

Agora Pulse had a lot of layers of features. Analytics, reports, posting, calendaring. It is a robust application that can do a lot once you figure it all out.

Cons

Does not support Google My Business! Also, despite reading reviews otherwise, I was not able to mention people or pages using the LinkedIn tool. Would be nice to have some integration like Twitter and Facebook.

Pros

Agorapulse's scheduling tool is incredibly intuitive. I can plan and schedule posts for all our social media platforms with ease. The calendar view is a real time-saver, and the ability to bulk-upload content has been a game-changer for our team.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to find any major drawbacks. The only minor issue we've encountered is that occasionally, there's a slight delay in real-time notifications, but it doesn't significantly impact our workflow.

AgoraPulse simplifies the process of posting to multiple platforms while allowing for the customization that is needed for a truly effective strategy. Easy to use and quick to check/assign/respond to engagement.

Pros

I've used a number of tools like this, including Sprout Social, Edgar, and Hootsuite. AgoraPulse has been the best combo of value/tools for my organization. PROS: Publishing tools: allows tailoring for each platform; draft content for review by team members; repeating or one-time only content Review tools: quick and easy review/assign/respond to engagement Listening tools: easy to watch for mentions on other platforms Can monitor and publish on laptop OR very robust app Really incredible customer service . Very responsive for all members of my team.

Cons

Not very many cons! Wish list for agorapulse: tracking likes/shares on individual posts posting to FB events more hashtag tracking - wishing I didn't need another tool for the hashtag tracking I need
