I love the categorization of tools, how quickly the customer service team responds and helps, and the way updates are initiated and tracked! This tool stays on top of SMM trends and needs. Cons There is nothing that I like the least about this software. I have a running list of favorite tools: AgoraPulse, Buffer, Later, and Sprout Social. When I entered the Texas Workforce Commission, I was surprised to see that they were using the worst tool on the market. I performed an audit of needs and discovered that AgoraPulse fits the needs of this agency the best. Pros Scheduling future posts is the feature I enjoy the most. Being able to view multiple social calendars allows for more organization, and integration between different profiles. Being able to see active reports is a great feature as well. Cons Stories are becoming a large part of certain social platforms. Being able to schedule a story would be nice. It would also be nice to be able to integrate multiple photos to post on Instagram. Cons There were some issues initially about pulling through paid ads comments but I believe these have been sorted now? Nonetheless, I believe the problem lay with Facebook rather than AgoraPulse. There wasn't an option to amend Facebook video thumbnails to start with but this has also been added. It's perfect for small- and mid-sized organizations with a good number of social accounts that need workflow and scheduling on a consistent basis. Pros AgoraPulse is very easy to use and intuitive on most levels. Setup is a snap, compared to some of the other platforms. The UI is clean, once you understand the function and flow. Analytic tracking is comprehensive enough to meet most any need. Cons It takes a little bit to get used to, but this might be due to us shifting from a prior platform that we used for years. January 25, 2021 4.0 AP is really helpful and makes planning a week really easy on social media. It also helps not to have to go onto social media and get sucked into posts you don't really want to see (on a personal level). Pros I really love how easy this program is to create posts and schedule when they go out. I like that it helps keep us present on our social media and makes it easy to share something on all platforms entered. Also, your customer service is great. Everyone is super helpful. Cons I wish that each post would go to my boss in one email or in a way that didn't make it seem scattered for him or have it seem like he needed to go find all of the posts to check them. Also, I guess he was having a timing issue where it was saying that posts scheduled for a certain time were actually posting at 3 am, though they posted just fine. :) Reason for choosing Agorapulse Ap was already in place when I started my job, but as a newcomer to the team, it was user friendly and easy to get comfortable with. I was in charge of finding a new social media management tool for our brand, and after doing a full comparative analysis, I was able to shift our company to a better tool, save thousands of dollars, and onboard our other departments. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. Pros The customer support is unreal and they are always there to help you through the process. They are not one of those companies that get your card and never speak to you again. They onboard you quickly, show you how to do everything, and make sure they are there if you have any questions. Cons The only thing that comes to mind is that I wish they were able to monitor LinkedIn more. That is the only platform that I'm manually monitoring. Also great customer service -- very responsive in real time when a problem occurs that needs a solution. Cons There are some minor details - like being able to bulk upload links without having to us a CSV, or being able to send something to the top of the queue without having to scroll all the way up - that would be nice to have that aren't in the software now. It allows us to manage multiple brands across various social channels. The insights feature is extremally useful allowing us to create bespoke, branded reports for our business and other clients. Agorapulse's customer support is very efficient in resolving issues. Often within an hour or so via a chat-based platform. Agorapulse is continually improving its product and it's easy to see what features and services are being developed for future release. Users can also suggest features which then enter the development workflow. Cons Sometimes it feels like the Agorapulse App lags behind the desktop version. That being said the app is very good and one of the best I have used. The reports make it easy to see at a glance how our strategy has improved outreach. I've used those graphs to win a few arguments too. ;) Pros I love the listening tools. It makes it very easy to see how our brand recognition is improving in our space. I also like that I can easily see what our competitors are doing simply by broadening the hashtags we are looking for. Publishing with approvals is easy and I like the idea of the queues, but we've yet to implement them for want of enough content. Cons I hate that I can only have 1 active inbox rule for Instagram. Instagram is our primary social platform but every time I've tried to add a new rule it replaces the current one, very frustrating. I have to manually log into all 9 accounts to get Twitter impressions and link clicks. Link clicks are a vital analytic which Agorapulse is missing and this is a real pain for me. Also, not being able to like comments on Instagram is a pain. Would be great is an app could also work out how to post to Instagram stories. Nothing really fit, unfortunately. There just wasn't a platform that had the right mix of posting abilities and analytics. Until I found AgoraPulse, anyway. This site has absolutely killed it for me. I'm just at the beginning of my social media journey, but this is the site that's gonna help boost me Pros Listeners are incredible for giving you information about happenings in your field and helping you develop new content. The scheduler is extremely easy to use, and allowing you to build posts across platforms at the same time is a game-changer. I also LOVE the ability to save #hashtag groups The analysis tools are unbeatable. So much detail about your growth in one place. Cons I don't like that you can't get a full view of your daily schedule across all social media platforms unless you're a higher tier user. Reason for choosing Agorapulse None of them had the right combination of scheduling tools and analyzers. Pros \-Respond to comments, messages, and mentions all in one place -Easily see what is being published when and for which page -Set up filters to automatically review or hide comments -Duplicate posts Cons \-Emojis in publishing feature are lacking (missing a lot of them) -Once a post has been scheduled to multiple platforms/pages, these are no longer linked. If you need to edit the post after scheduling, you will have to make edits to each individual page/platform -On publishing calendar, there is no "select all" button. The UTM tracking is great for our analytics and the reporting is extremely useful. Cons Being able to tag people's LinkedIn social profiles for scheduled posts. LinkedIn is our primary market and when uploading a sequence of images via Agorapulse they do not display in the preview as they would appear on LinkedIn. Agorapulse has exceeded my expectations with over 60 stores that we run social media for. Pros The thing I like most about Agorapulse is the bulk publish option. This saves me so much time because some of our clients like to have more than one post a day. Bulk publishing gets it done in just a few minutes! Cons The thing I like least about Agorapulse is how when you schedule something under queued, it still doesn't show up under the scheduled tab. I wish it would. I also dislike how I can not assign on bulk publishing or post on instagram and facebook at the same time using bulk publishing.
