Positive! Have had a good experience. Appreciate the customer support. Not immediate, but consistent and individual. Just the other day got a personalized video to explain a setting we needed to change on Facebook.

Pros

The ability to collaborate on scheduling posts is invaluable! So is the analytics tracking.

Cons

Wish we could sync tiktok. Also there are some limitations with Instagram analytics (not agora's fault, but still too bad). A few small functionalities that could be better (such as larger or adjustable text boxes for writing posts and/or less sensitive scrolling).

It has taken a ton of hours off of my workload since I do not have to manually post everything.

Pros

I really love how easy it is to save hashtags, bulk post, schedule posts, and "listen" to what other companies are doing/

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to see/manage/edit what is being posted. A "pause" or "kill all" button would be great.

### "An easy to pick up, affordable solution"

This is a great choice for a limited team with a tight budget. They also have a great customer service and online resources, so the need for onboarding collaborators is pretty limited.

Pros

Agorapulse is easy to set up and mess with, and the trial period combined with a wealth of online resources make it a breeze to switch to. It's the 2nd company I've converted to Agorapulse and the combination of attractive pricing and eaase to pick up is pretty great.

Cons

At times the interface can be janky, especially when switching between assigned publications and scheduled ones, so it could probably benefit from a higher-level view. I mentioned pricing as good but if you want add-ons like extra team members, they are pretty dear, and I think the higher tiers (I'm on the $99/mo) are more on par with other software offerings in terms of cost.

Pros

I enjoy everything Agorapulse has to offer. It's easy to use. My favorite feature are the analytics. You can easily export reports to share with your team which saves me a lot of time and energy.

Cons

At times, it can be glitchy. I don't like the limitations with video/photo size but there's only so much you can control with that.

### "Better than Hootsuite"

We're very happy with our decision to switch from Hootsuite to AgoraPulse!

Pros

We as an agency had been using Hootsuite for years. BUt hen we needed to quickly scale up our number of managed social accounts and hit an absolute wall. That's how we discovered AgoraPulse. AP made it easy to switch and scale-up. We have plenty of room on our existing plan for those accounts we currently manage AND we have the peace of mind to know that we can add users and accounts as we need in the future. As a team, we are much happier with AP and we've saved quite a bit of money so far!

Cons

I have not yet found anything that I dislike! I would like them to add additional social platforms, but that's aspirational, not mission critical.

AgoraPulse had the best most intuitive UI for us, and it was a very easy process to demo and trial.

### "Easy to use Love the Repeating Scheduler Option"

I've been doing this a long time and have used a lot of different tools. This is one of the best if not the best.

Pros

Being able to schedule Facebook posts multiple times, set it and forget it, and be able to visualize and edit dates and times is a lifesaver for us. I also love being able to monitor YouTube comments outside of YouTube and schedule posts to Instagram. As someone whose main role isn't social media but is the only one able to do it, Agorapulse has been an incredible help.

Cons

I ran into some issues with managing another user's use of the tool (learning to use the scheduler vs. the queue upload options), but my own experience has been really easy and great.

### "Essential tool for the day to day running of my business"

Pros

As a social media management business, with over 30 profiles in our portfolio, Agorapulse makes management a breeze. No messages slip through and the inbox function helps our whole team stay on top of incoming messages. Scheduling and rescheduling (with tabs) helps us with listening and reporting to our clients, and the interface is visual and easy to navigate. Not a day goes by that we don't use Agorapulse.

Cons

Generally I am pretty happy. The only downside is the monthly fee which is quite high for a small business like mine. I would like more features to be included in the price like competitor reports. I would also like to see deeper social listen features to be released.

It's easy to implement, great for team coordination and effective.

Pros

The reports are absolutely huge. Tagging content is easy, collaborating between team members is easy

Cons

Adding features is expensive (like adding a competitor for report purposes). Adding team members is expensive too, which is a downside for us.

We are replying to every query of the customer of all Social Media platforms from Agorapulse. The benefits I realized that, total count of comments, like, share and DM and their replies.

Pros

It’s a combo of good features where we can have the analysis and reporting; 1) Inbox i) Managing every query of the customer. 2) Reporting i) Audience ii) Content iii) Community Management iv) Competitors Product is easy to use and support is always available to guide you regarding the query. Integration with the exiting process was also very easy.

Cons

There should be a competitors tab for Instagram page and DM facility as well. There should be more than 2/multiple comparison period in reporting tab.

Having one social media inbox to manage means we are able to respond quickly to our guests and the publication calendar allows us to build a content strategy across different elements of the buisness.

Pros

Using Agora Pulse we found it easy to organise our different accounts in the dashboard, review messages, comments and interactions as well as assigning tasks to different members of our team when publishing new content.

Cons

It would be great if we could publish stories within the desktop version of Agora.

Pros

It seems like every management program is missing something. And while that's true for AgorPulse, it's also the best all-in-one. It's very easy for us to use across a team of people and has a nice dashboard.

Cons

SO MANY GLITCHES that their support can never quite figure out. Their reporting features could also use some work. Seems to change what it includes and doesn't include which has skewed the data over the years.

Pros

Comments/DM monitoring very easy to use and user friendly. Having multiple users is an added bonus. Scheduling is easier than most other platforms.

Cons

Not being able to schedule on Instagram stories. I'm aware it's likely not allowed to do so, but it's an urgent requirement we would need as soon as possible.

Agorapulse was the choice for our organisation because it features a price quality relation that is fantastic. We schedule our posts for all our 5 profiles, keep our inbox clean and analyse our results with the great reports we can. extract from it.

Cons

There is one thing I would like for the software to include, which is the ability to plan a campaign on the calendar, even before having the content to schedule.

A very nice way for planning content posts and the statistics give me insight. Clearly everything works fine, the traffic is booming :-)

Pros

Easy to use. Every element of the working area is functional and explainable. Creating a post is a breeze, no hassles. Individual editing for platform can be done right at the spot (for example Twitter posts). Scheduling is SUPERB, it comes with an approval system or a time scheduling system and best of all an repetition system, brilliant! Statistics are clear and usable.

Cons

LinkedIn posts don't come nicely, an image is being cropped. Also there is no summary statistics of all the platforms together (they are working on it as we speak).

### "Very useful for community management, monitoring and doing reports"

I gain a lot of time ! And the well-presented monthly reports are very useful for presentations with the rest of my team as well

Pros

The community management features : responding to messages with pre-saved answers, being notified, monitoring, etc.

Cons

Creating content and saving drafts is tricky and time consuming (I need to program the content for later, or ask for a review to a team member, I can't save it as draft) That is why I do it through the social media apps and not through agorapulse most of the time

### "Close to Perfect"

All good - it does lighten the load but conversation management the ability to search those conversations is key.

Pros

Has really been the ideal solution compared against all others. No 2 solutions have the exact same features or functionality - so it is very difficult to find the PERFECT solution. Agorapulse is CLOSE!

Cons

There are obvious features missing from this product - like canned responses in one social channel are NOT accessible in another. You cant search your communications for a user or a subject. Labelling a conversation or user has a funky drop down... so you have to remember your labels. There is still lots of manual work that has to be done so it is not perfect.

It's been a great experience! Their support team is very responsive and I love that we can request features.

Pros

I love the ability to schedule and customize content on multiple channels at once. Being able to tweak content for each platform is a huge perk.

Cons

I wish there was the ability to schedule Instagram stories and have them publish automatically. I'd also love the ability to publish on Google My Business.

It's a very good product for managing many Social Media Profiles for our clients and also it provides very appealing reporting solutions

Pros

The interface is clean and simple. There are a few nice touches like the post scheduler which enables you to schedule a post that is going to appear diferrently on an number of platforms at once

Cons

The listening tool is very basic and not fully integrated with the platforms. The mobile app has its issues and the instagram scheduled posting, while it works, needs more work.

Excellent platform for monitoring and scheduling and will recommend it

Pros

Intuitive functionality coupled with ease of use means that I have been able to teach other members in my team how to use Agora very quickly.

Cons

It would be great if when uploading an image or video, Agora would automatically register the medium and auto-switch. Currently you have to select you are uploading an image and if you drop a video into the space, it doesn't allow it. But really this is such a small issue it's almost negligible

This software helps me be able to post to social media on 10 different accounts, super simply

Pros

The feature that stuck out the most to me and helped me decide to purchase was the direct Instagram integration. I had tried other software that needed 3rd party software and a bunch of steps just to schedule a post to Instagram. Agorapulse will schedule it and easily send the information to your phone app so its just a click away from posting.

Cons

The things I like the least are just tiny improvements that need made, however the app has an EXTENSIVE request system that allows you to request features, upvote/downvote, and see feature developments progress which I really enjoy. They are constantly adding new features and updates.
