Really good social media management tool for small to medium teams wanting a straightforward way to manage social accounts across the business.

Pros

Agora is a great way to manage multiple social accounts in one place, and has been really easy for the team to pick up and use. The review / approve system works really well for more junior staff and the support from the agora team is really good. The additional training & support is also really helpful. Reports are good too.

Cons

We find the keyword monitoring a little patchy in practice - it doesn't pick up all the mentions of the brands we are tracking. It also doesn't have a stand out feature that adds something extra to the mix - like content discovery, social ads integration - which would give even better value.

We have a huge group of people with different levels of expertise using this program across many different sub-departments. I have found that the customer service paired with the easy-to-use interface unmatched when using a site like this.

Pros

Agorapulse is a very user friendly site that allows for everyone on my social media team to easily use it. The functionality is unmatched, after using other sites previously it's easily the most straight forward and accessible. I love the ability to post on multiple accounts at once, monitor what is being said about our services and work collaboratively with my team through here.

Cons

The only downfall that I can find is the inability to respond to DM's on Instagram. However, this is not because of Agorapulse, but rather the API of Instagram itself. It's just something to be mindful of if this is something that you want included as this is not possible at this time.

1\. Easy to use; The platform has is simple and easy to navigate even for first-time users. 2. The reports are comprehensive and provide basic data everyone needs. 3. Easy bulk/single post scheduling via the calendar layout. 4. The platform is easy on the budget, for less $1068 for an exec working with just 3 social media platforms. 5. Agorapluse has helped me grow my audience by over 80% through moderation and social listening. 6. The mobile app makes it easy to publish, schedule or keeps up with your content and audiences even on the go! 7. Overall, for the price and features, this tool is an excellent part of a digital marketing stack. If you're looking for a good SMM tool, Agorapulse is worth paying for.

Pros

It's very easy to implement, monitor, publish and do everything that a social media management tool should do. The reports are fairly comprehensive and easy to build. The listening tool is an excellent feature that helps to monitor brand alerts.

Cons

I wish the publishing feature included stock images that could easily be attached to posts and it can be a little troublesome to weed out the unrelated mentions in the listening tool.

### "Agorapulse simplifies social media!"

Overall, Agorapulse has substantially decreased the tediousness of social media. Scheduling posts and tracking audience metrics have made it easy to focus on the big-picture of social media. Being able to preview posts, see a post schedule calendar, monitor competitors, identify top contributors, and generate reports makes Agorapulse a wonderful software to use. I highly recommend it!

Pros

Social media can sometimes be tedious, especially when dealing with multiple accounts and platforms. Agorapulse makes social media more streamlined and easier to manage. I appreciate that Agorapulse quickly can pull metrics from all social media accounts, even recognizing top fans and brand ambassadors. These helpful analytics make it easier to craft content to the audience of each brand, platform, and channel.

Cons

Agorapulse does almost everything right. The main limitations often come from restrictions within certain social media platforms' APIs, which is something that Agorapulse is not at fault for. For example, I would love to see more features involving Facebook and Instagram stories, but API limitations make it difficult.

Flexibility. Transparency. Productivity. Excellent customer service. Love this tool. It is a must for any company doing social media.

Pros

Easy to use and fantastic customer service. AgoraPulse offers flexibility & is more than just a scheduling tool. Their CRM functionality is very powerful. The free mobile app ensures we are always on top of our clients conversations. The entire system is built on user requests so everything is there that is needed. When you have a question the team are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this tool.

Cons

Still waiting for the LI api to let AgoraPulse pull through the analytics. There is nothing we don't like about the software.

Overall we switched to this from a terrible previous software, in Agorapulse has give us all the tools we needed and more for managing our social media.

Pros

Drafting tool for posts is very straightforward. We love how convenient it is to review and take care of comments and DMs from all our social media accounts in one place. Other tools like the reporting and social listening features are also really helpful and provide so much insight.

Cons

There are couple small issues with drafting posts that can be a bit frustrating, for example we can only upload one image for an IG post and can't do a gallery except through the mobile app. Also too bad we can't tag accounts on an image for Twitter.

It's a marketers best friend! We can't imagine managing all of this social content with another third party app.

Pros

I love the ease of use and the ability to design content out weeks in advance. The listening tool is helping our team connect with users and the approval system makes it easy to manage my employee's work on a daily basis.

Cons

That I have to purchase more after 32. We are always looking to expand and add more social profiles to the calendars, I fear one day our organization will outgrow AgoraPulse, which is not ideal because we have all grown to love it.

### "The best platform for monitoring Dark Post comments "

Our overall experience with Agorapulse is very positive. We currently aren't optimising all of its features and solely use it for Dark Post comments. Every time we have a query, the team are extremely helpful with finding a solution or providing additional information.

Pros

The ability to pull in all of our Facebook Ad comments across 4 different accounts made us chose this platform. By being able to label, hide, and set up inbox assistant rules, we have been able to maximise the qualitative data from our customers and potential buyers. Prior to Agorapulse, we spent hours sifting through all of our Dark Posts to find comments, this platform has made an infinitely more efficient at this part of our Customer Experience.

Cons

The ability to respond with GIFs within the platform would be very useful. It would be beneficial to us to be able to bring in Dynamic Creative ads. However our biggest suggestion for recording data, would be a feature that allowed to search for keywords and bring up any comments, messages or posts that contain these words.

One of the most helpful and least intimidating platforms I've come across. One of the best scheduling and basic reporting tools you can find for the money. The customer service has been wonderful and our clients look forward to our reports every month. I was able to easily assist my colleague with getting started using their own login. The data is not as rich or in-depth as other platforms, but Agorapulse is perfect for smaller companies wanting a basic tool for scheduling posts and tracking basic "vanity" metrics.

Pros

The software was incredibly easy to use and organize. Also, any time I ever run into a problem, the customer service team responds quickly and with incredibly detailed and helpful responses. The Power Reports features makes it a breeze to get monthly reports over to my clients. Also, the scheduling tool is very intuitive.

Cons

I wish there was YouTube reporting as YouTube is a pretty important platform for many of my clients. Also, I wish it were easier to communicate through Instagram's direct messages on the platform.

Overall I have had a good experience.

Pros

I like the abliltiy to plan ahead and repeat posts without having to recreate them everytime. I also like that my team can proof posts before we send them out.

Cons

I do not like that I have to jump through hoops to go back and make an edit in Facebook, and I hate that the reports are not included in the huge price that we already pay. Reports should not be an add on feature.

It has been very helpful to be able to manage multiple social media accounts on one platform but there are still some features that it doesn't cover so I still have to go back to the original app platform to complete the task.

Listening feature (mentions and hashtags, though setting up a hashtag has been temperamental for me), Reports, easy access to publishing and all accounts

Cons

No grid-view for scheduling IG posts, difficult to set up a new hashtag for Listening feature, Reports are missing some metrics that the IG app provides (like profile visits), can't schedule IG stories on desktop

### "Great to hit the ground running and see results very quickly"

Previously our socials were largely inactive with sporadic human posts and webhooks when a new blog was posted. This has enabled us to start posting more, see results in slowly increasing interaction, and has made keeping track of our social media easier and less of an effort.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to start using AgoraPulse, and that the UI was intuitive. I am still learning how to use the platform most effectively, but I was able to hit the ground running and start scheduling posts on multiple accounts very quickly after creating the account. I didn't even wait for the free trial to expire before opting to purchase!

Cons

(Caveat: still learning the tool) I think the Categories section could be more easily accessible from the sidebar, and it would be great if there was an option to create Category posts across multiple channels, the same way I am able to when I publish one post at a time. If I want to bulk load a certain Category that will post on both Twitter and LinkedIn at the same time & day, it seems that I have no option but to double the work and bulk upload the same URLs twice. Perhaps this is an option for a higher subscription tier, but as the only user of this tool at my startup, I wouldn't be able to justify the cost of paying more monthly. I am also finding that Inbox for LinkedIn is always empty even though there is activity happening there, but perhaps that is user error or I just need to do more reading in the Help section.

Très facile à utiliser et complet puisqu'il permet de gérer les réseaux sociaux les plus incontournables (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin et Youtube) en permettant d'effectuer rapidement voire simultanément plusieurs tâches .

Cons

Le prix est beaucoup plus cher que chez ses concurrents. Pour une qualité légèrement supérieure.

We liked this tool overall but weren't thrilled that it didn't have many integrations. It is easy from the analytics side but not from an overall integration side.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to monitor our social media engagement. Analytics were easy to set up and manage. It was an easy product for our team to learn to use.

Cons

We could only monitor a few competitors' social media presences. I wish Agorapulse integrated with our other tools; it's annoying to have social media monitoring and posting living outside of our other tools.

Pros

The best features are the scheduling for postings.

Cons

The only glitches are with the actual social media sites; i.e., with IG we cannot post reels, sometimes with the videos we are looking to post we receive notices from IG that they're over 60 seconds, and they are not! So we will then have to go to the actual site and post manually. It also does not allow for a video with a separate cover page.

We are benefitting greatly from the "listening" and "inbox" feature so we can make sure that we won't miss every single message or inquiry from our client's followers. Also, it is easy for us to schedule our content.

Pros

I have used other apps before, but this one meet our needs. I love the preview box where you could see the look of your post. Also, both social listening and inbox feature make it easier for us to track the messages and comments to ensure that nothing is missed.

Cons

I hope the app has the "best times to post" feature that should automatically appear whenever we schedule our posts so we don't have to go back to the reports section to find or analyze it. I also wish that you will add "Instagram Stories" soon.

Pros

There is so much I love about this software. From scheduling to cropping posts in the app to prepare for posting has been such a pleasure. I love the ability to edit copy for each platform and the ability to save my hashtag groupings. The analytics are also absolutely incredible!

Cons

There is not much I don't like, I came over from Buffer and this software has been excellent. The only cons I find are with the Instagram API which is out of your control.

The UI was profoundly better!

They did not offer the ability to reply right within the app any longer! This was a big issue for me! Was a big reason why I started looking for another service.
