We've increased productivity and efficiency when checking social communities for clients — it's a product that promises to save you time and actually delivers on that promise.

Pros

I oversee a team of social media managers, so it's important that I can understand the current inbound load on all accounts at any time. Agorapulse does a fantastic job of keeping all threads in one place, and it makes temporary account coverage a breeze. Everyone loves that they can login, understand what they need to do, clear the inbox, and get back to their other tasks. It's far more user-friendly than other competitor products we've tried (Hootsuite, Clarabridge, SproutSocial and Socialbakers, to name a few).

Cons

The backend can be a bit clunky, and the tokens expire in batches for no reason sometimes. The name is also not the best...sounds like agoraphobia!

Wonderful. Customer service is great. Just using it is easy and has most everything you will need - especially for the cost.

Pros

The ease of use both with the setup, daily use and maintenance of this product is by far the easiest tool out there.

Cons

There are a few features missing, for example being able to search all conversations by a specific word to find select posts.

### "Great for teams! "

Overall, I'm very impressed with what AgoraPulse has to offer. It's a little more expensive than I wanted it to be, but it is worth it. I can't imagine going back to any other software.

Pros

I like that you can easily assign stuff in your inbox to team members. Sending the product for review is very helpful too. I also appreciate the fact that I get a notification as soon as something might be wrong and then again when it is fixed. With other software I've tried, you don't know something is wrong until a post doesn't go out.

Cons

I do wish there was a way to manage Google My Business through AgoraPulse. I heard that's coming, so hopefully in the future!

I had 2 instagram accounts that wouldn't connect properly. Contact customer support, and they kept saying they were sending it on to the technical team. They were disconnected for 6 months! When I asked for a refund for the year I hadn't used, they said I must finish out my year. When that year was up, I immediately switched. It was just bad, bad, bad.

### "A Must-Have For Busy Accounts"

I really love the software. It's been a game-changer here. I am always telling people that 'Agora' is my assistant. It saves so much time it's like having another employee on my side.

Pros

I work at a large wholesale company with several retail brands - and I am the Consumer Marketing Manager, which means I do all marketing for our retail. The wholesale company has customer support, but not the retail brands, but with Agorapulse I can loop in several folks on the customer support team and assign them messages AND COMMENTS on social accounts that I can't answer quickly or easily. The thing I like least is that when searching the hashtags I can only see the last week. I'd like to have a much longer timeline with that. The thing I absolutely abhor about the software is that I can't see/answer/assign Instagram DM's - which is where we get the most activity. I understand that is not Agorapulse's fault though, it's a rule that Instagram has implemented, unfortunately. If it had that, it would be almost perfect!

Really enjoying it. We spent some time looking at all of the other platforms available and are happy with the choice.

Pros

Affordably, easy to set up and use on a daily basis. Love the interface and particularly the scheduling tools.

Cons

Reporting and competitor analysis could be better as a standard. With only a small number of competitors included in the package, it gets expensive to add with a large number of clients.

### "Great value for money"

I've found it very straightforward from set up to use.

Pros

For me, the ability to label our varied content was critical and this feature was very pricey with other softwares. Being able to track the success of content from different areas of our organisation has been key to developing our social strategy.

Cons

I could do with slightly more reporting options but that's being fussy and the ones there cover most of my needs.

I don't have much negative to say! It's really a great, functional software and my team has not missed the features that we paid more for with another product (besides the reporting add-on).

Pros

Agorapulse's scheduling functions and ways to monitor are seamless. I love that you can automatically "hide" posts that use derogatory keywords. It makes my life much easier! I haven't used it yet, but being able to do scheduling in bulk is a great feature.

Cons

I don't understand why Agorapulse would add a reporting feature at an expensive, additional cost. You should be able to pull a comprehensive group report without paying more money. If I schedule a post at one time for Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, I would like for that to stay grouped. Currently, you have to go back in and edit each post individually.

LOVE. I love them, they love me! No, not like THAT song. Instead, it's a relationship that gets us.

Pros

Customer service is the most fantabulous, speediest, and informed customer service ever! I've been working in social media since 2009 and they really offer the best customer service, they meet you where you need to be, they follow up (no matter the issue), have an amazing sense of humour, and not only do they completely understand the software, they aren't afraid to say, " I don't know, let me find that out for you" I love a company that hires for fit and then trains the heck out of their people and treats them so well.

Cons

The reporting. I would like it to be a little bit more customizable. Ability to change colors, adjust graphs from bars to lines, have more options without paying MORE.

After researching 10 different programs with my list of must-haves, would be nice to have, and ohh, I didn't think of that. Agora met most of my needs, even though it was at a higher cost.

Agorapulse is our chosen channel to manage my company's presence on multiple social media platforms at the same time and integrate content activity on each social media platform as much as possible.

Pros

The ability to access incoming messages from all social media platforms where we have got a presence, in one inbox is what Agorapulse gets right the best. Having all messages in one single place brings a whole new level of organization to how we respond to messages and most importantly , our ability to assign and label specific incoming conversations makes it almost impossible to miss incoming messages and has improved our message response time.

Lacks an Instagram grid preview functionality and does not provide notification alerts when there are increased engagements on any of our contents.

It's allowed us to organise comments and DMs

Pros

I love that we can collaborate as a team and have multiple team members go in to reply etc. I also like the ability to schedule something multiple times.

Cons

Often comments do not get pulled through. Insta DMs never get pulled through so we have to manually check on another platform Editing a post for multiple platforms is not as smart as other software we've used. i.e. I want to be able to upload different image sizes for the different networks but it's not a feature. 'first comment' on IG isn't an option so hashtags need to stay in main post copy. Sometimes comments will come in days or sometimes weeks after they've been posted so we miss them.

Overall the platform is excellent, and it gives me the ability to not only control each client's platform and initiative but I can actually accomplish much more and be more effective.

Pros

The software is intuitive to use and once you start using it , you will not want to live without it. In addition I now am able to have my other client's Social Media Networks connected, teach their Social Media person how to use it, and they can only access and see their unique properties and I I can monitor and direct what they are doing.

Cons

As with any of these softwares there is an initial learning curve which had always stopped me from using them, but the customer service was amazing in the learning process and still is.

I chose AgoraPulse primarily because the person that I spoke to initially gave me a short demo of the platform, answered all my questions, and it didn't take I'm hours to do it. He got right to the point. I hate when you are thinking of trying something new and you have to watch an hour video demonstration to see if it offers you a solution. No one has an extra hour these days.

Pros

I love that we can view all comments and posts on all of our social media accounts in one place and respond to every single one in a timely manner. It makes my life much easier than when we had to physically go to each site and comb through comments. Now we never miss an opportunity to communicate with every single customer who comments/posts.

Cons

So far there have been several glitches that we've had to contact customer support to resolve. That said, customer support has been quick and easy to deal with.

### "Seems Expensive, Worth Every Penny"

With the number of accounts I manage, I was a little reluctant to subscribe due to the price level I would need to manage them all. The service I switched from allowed me to manage all of the accounts I needed to for about 1/4 of the monthly price of Agorapulse. That being said - you get what you pay for. After enduring weeks of connectivity issues that affected my ability to publish and create reports, I was forced to look for alternatives. Agorapulse came highly recommended from almost every analysis I found. I entered into the free trial and quickly began to realize what the higher price buys; a very user friendly dashboard, which as a designer, I appreciate, and very in-depth reporting that is both easy to export and to white label. I subscribed before my free trial eneded so that I could take advantage of all of the tools provided, and now the price is negligible compared to the value I can bring my clients.

Pros

The dashboard and user experience are great, but my main reason for subscribing was the reporting. The ease of exporting a report when a client needs it was the deciding factor.

Cons

Initially, I did not really like the price I was forced into with the number of accounts I manage.

It came down to reporting (Buffer offers separate subscriptions for analytics) and the number of accounts I was allowed to manage.

### "Best option for multi-managers"

Pros

This software makes it easy to group clients and profiles for easy management of schedules, drafting content, and checking listening tools. Analytics are easy to use and understand for all our clients. The ability to put notes and use drafts is HUGE with a multi-person team.

Cons

There is no ability to move a scheduled post back into drafts. Sometimes analytics can be deceiving since they do not take into account LinkedIn campaigns.

Very positive, we had a hitch with shared calendars which turned out to be a bug that had never happened before, the customer service team escalated quickly and came back to me in the following days when the technical team had fixed it - couldn't ask for any more.

Pros

The main reason for moving to AgoraPulse is the fact that it offers publishing, listening and community engagement with all providing great service but at a very competitive price for our size of agency. It is constantly introducing new features such as the shared calendar which is allowing us to drop another service and bring clients on to AgoraPulse for all processes of social management.

Cons

Not much - the only thing we would love is an alert when channels have no content scheduled in, given the number of accounts we manage it would be great to have this to know when they are about to run out or have run out.

I used Agorapulse for a long time. First I tried the free trial period; then the paid package. The trial period is limited, especially in time lol. But, it gives you a broad view of how the tool works. With the paid package, it is possible to have your team collaborate and customer support is very attentive. I find it not too expensive, compared to other tools in the same category. Also, it has a good quality-price ratio

Agorapulse is an excellent platform for social media management. I really enjoyed using this platform. What I liked the most was its ease of use. Even though Agorapulse is a very professional software, it's a breeze to use. Its user interface is quite simple, user-friendly, and not at all cluttered. Regarding the features, I found them quite complete. I didn't have any problems with the scheduling of publications, which were done on time. I can follow comments and messages directly on the platform. The statistical data are quite readable. All this is to say that Agorapulse has a lot of features that facilitate the management of our social profiles and pages. A tool to test absolutely

Working with the Agorapulse staff has been positive. They are responsive and have many blog posts and training materials.

Pros

Agorapulse has enabled us to use our social media accounts as real tools for community engagement and fundraising. The dashboard is easy to navigate and scheduling posts to multiple accounts saves us time while helping keep our messaging consistent across \\audiences. The metrics and reporting tools give us all the data we could ever want and has helped up refine our strategy to improve engagement.

Posting videos needs to be easier. Instagram stories needs to be included. Posting multiple images in one Instagram post needs to be included. The search function for posts could be better. Why have a tagging feature when we can't search by tags?

Pros

I like how the calendar gives you a great overview of what you have scheduled for the week, month. Organizing posts is simple and the program is essentially user friendly. The analytics gives a detailed glimpse at how the social media platforms are performing, giving (what I believe) is a complete breakdown.

Cons

One big con is the ability to edit posts that were created at once. Once the post is created, you have to individually edit them if need be. This is quite time consuming. I also find the posting process on mobile to be quite lengthy, especially when posting to Instagram.

It provides us with the oversight and key metrics to better manage our social media platforms

Pros

We have outsourced our Social media posting, so I use AgoraPulse to monitor engagement and for the analytics. It is easy-to-use in both these areas and provides good insight to what we need to monitor.

Cons

The few times I have had use to it for posting it seemed to be lacking in features like being able to tag other people/businesses - but this may be due to my lack of knowledge in this area.

### "Not bad but room for improvement"

With the ability to add UTMs to our posts, we're now able to see web engagement from social much more clearly than before. Only one complaint (but not Agorapulse's fault) - you can't create a Twitter Publishing Queue.

Pros

\- Ability to monitor multiple social platforms and respond to user comments - Ease of post edits/approvals

Cons

\- Adding UTMs to Publishing Queues could be incorporated into the upload process (as in, you could add UTMs directly to the sheet in the bulk upload process, so you don't have to add those manually to each individual post after the upload).
