It is a good tool with good service. Agora Pulse is a good tool for campaigns in my opinion. Also the service is very good, fast and friendly.

Pros

As a relatively infrequent user, it's pretty intuitive to use when I do need to use it. I mostly go on when we launch campaigns to monitor comments on our paid social media.

Cons

I've had some issues updating my email notifications - something I tried fixing but still couldn't get working.

Agora Pulse has amazing apps for Pages, including a few for building your email list. But almost more important are the analytics on post-level engagement, which you can easily sort and filter.
