Pros Index and look-and-feel. Great corporate personalisation Cons Without analytics I can see the data in Google analytics but it's a mess!! and to pay 499 extra just to see those analytics is to much. Also the editable layer with links can be improved eg by a alignment tool for index pages. Sometime links are missing from InDesign and a part is created on a layer so we have double text.
