Great customer support and excellent learning curve especially with the bugs and issues that always git resolved

Pros

SmartRecruiters gelped alot with our recruitment processes and our candidate profile was very easy to access

Cons

The bugs and issues was what I liked least about smart recruiters as there were a few bugs but this got resolved

Really positive, it has changed our way of hiring comparted to our previous platform, we are already seeing a big improvement in hiring timeframes.

Pros

The data and insights provided, view of candidate pipelines, the integration with third party platforms.

Cons

The agency portal - the version we have is being mothballed and doesn't have a great deal of functionality.

Achtung – sehr schlechte Erfahrungen! Ich kann vor diesem Unternehmen und der Plattform nur warnen. Die Kommunikation ist praktisch nicht existent: Trotz mehrfacher schriftlicher Aufforderungen und gesetzter Fristen wurde unser Profil nicht gelöscht, ebenso wenig die veröffentlichten Stellenangebote. Wir haben keinen Zugriff mehr auf das Konto, erhalten aber täglich E-Mails über neue Bewerbungen. Auf keine unserer Nachrichten reagiert das Unternehmen – weder auf E-Mails noch auf formelle Löschungsanfragen. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und intransparent. Wer Wert auf Datenschutz, Zuverlässigkeit und seriöse Kommunikation legt, sollte unbedingt Abstand von dieser Plattform nehmen.

Overall experience wasn't bad I would recommend as a trial for your team before committing. I think this application has great potential but may need some work in the lab still.

Pros

Some positives about this applicant tracking system are that it was somewhat easy to navigate for our team, didn't need a too much training to learn and explore. You can integrate this with other job boards which is great for reaching a wider audience. Noticed a positive engagement for potential recruits.

Cons

Used a trial period of this software but could get pricey based on team size. Did experience integration issues at first but support helped to ease the curveballs. Some of the different task like creating reports and reviewing schedules/interviews could not be customized.

It was ideal for our midsized organization, and needing to post our jobs widely. It proved to be a solid recruitment platform with a few standout strengths. The navigation is clean and simple. The dashboard provided a clear overview of all open positions and candidate progress, which helps streamline our workflow.

Pros

User friendly interface without requiring a lot of intensive training Customizable workflow and collaborative hiring features allowing the ability to review candidates, lead feedback and make decisions, especially with large hiring teams

Cons

Customer support inconsistencies specifically for users on the lower to your pricing plan with is what we had. We didn’t have a dedicated account manager.

My overall experience with SmartRecruiters was okay. There were candidates that stood out and those who didn't, in the end, we found some good leads.

Pros

What I liked most about SmartRecruiters was that it provided a different pool of candidates for us to look at for new job openings.

Cons

The part I liked least about SmartRecruiters was how difficult it was to find a "great" candidate. Many seemed underqualified.
