We love it even more because of the exceptional customer support by our vendor Kineo. Since we moved from Learnforce LMS, which had a completely different interface, some ulearners find it difficult but LMS admins love the flexibility now they have to configure even things like custom fields etc. Pros The flexibility that an admin has in configuring this software. Cons Inconsistency in different reports. e.g. SCORM reports are filtered differently where as other USer reports are filtered differently.
