My overall experience with Revver has been good and smooth. It helped us organize documents better and reduced manual work with automation features. The platform is easy to use after some practice, and customer support was helpful when needed. Overall, it just improved our workflow and also saved time in daily tasks.

Pros

What I liked most about Revver is how easy it made document handling for our daily work. The interface is simple, files are easy to find, and automation saves good amount of time. I also liked the secure sharing feature because it helped our team collaborate faster without too much confusion

Cons

What I liked least about Revver is that sometimes the platform feels little slow when uploading large files or switching between folders. Few settings are also not very easy to understand for new users, so there is a small learning curve at the beginning. Mobile experience can also improve more.

Well, overall, I'm glad to have Revver in my marketing department. It securely stores all our sensitive data so I don't have to worry about data leaking, and automates the tedious work. If files are overwhelming, and you want back your time, then go for it. It actually is well worth the bother and life becomes so a lot simpler!

Pros

As a Digital Marketing Manager, I get all the files, contracts and ‘briefs' about campaigns in my desk and my desktop. It was a dirty mess and was before. Then I began to work with Revver to organize this huge debacle. Frankly, it's altered my digital workflow with all my paper and paperwork that requires client approvals. It works so well, and saves my mind from going crazy every single day. I most love the AI data extraction feature. I swear it's like absolute magic! I simply put any random invoice or contract in there and the AI recognizes it and extracts the vital parts for me. No more annoying typing done by hand that I HATE so much. What's more, it has a very excellent interface which is very easy and clean. I didn't have to do anything to get a feel for how to move files around. Not to mention that their customer support is outstanding. I failed on some strange workflow automation and I received help immensely by a real human expert.

Well anyway, things are not perfect in this world. The only thing I don't like, is getting to make super complex, heavy use of automation workflows for the first time. A bit confusing and tricky to get it all mapped out correctly. I spent a few hours and a couple methods of coffee after learning the right way I had to take it, to get it just right. I wish that would have been a little more "cook this once, eat this forever" for the creative minds like myself that abhor complex logic shit.

I like how easy and intuitive it is to use. It's great that my whole organization is on it, allowing us to share things very quickly and organize files in a way that others can easily find them.

Pros

It's a very effective and secure way to share files of all sizes, especially since I work with a lot of documents files and need a lot of storage. I also appreciate that I can manage who has access to files, which enhances security. Transferring large files without taking up too much desktop storage is very helpful for me as well. Overall, it's just a great platform to work on.

Cons

I have found that it works well with document management. I appreciate it and would recommend it therefore no dislike.

If you hate using paper or simply need to arrange all documents they have in your business, Revver is ace. This has some fantastic capabilities such as deep search and automatic folders, it's not exactly simple to use in the beginning and it does take some days to train your team.

Pros

I have been working with Revver for a year in my office. But the thing I love the most is that we have all our papers and files in one secure location online. The search tool is quite wondrous. I don't always remember the file name, I just type some words which are within the document and it has the capability to find it very fast. Also, we leverage the greetings 'Tன்ப' heavily. When adding a new client, creates the same folder structure automatically, then saves time when having to add these one-by-one. It's also very easy and secure to provide clients with secure file sharing links.

Cons

However it is at times very slow while we attempt to upload many big pdf files simultaneously. Also the whole design in the beginning was very confusing (for us). The call center was of help, though it took a long time for everything to be working as we wanted.

Overall the experience has been pretty solid for organizing and managing operational documents across teams. It helped centralize files, improve visibility and reduce the amount of time spent manually tracking approvals or searching for records. The OCR and document search capabilities have been genuinely helpful for retrieving older files quickly and the workflow automation features make repetitive document processes much easier to manage once things are configured properly. There are still a few usability improvements that could be made but overall it's been reliable for day-to-day document management

Pros

What I like most about Revver is how much easier it makes managing document-heavy workflows compared to relying on shared drives and endless email threads. We use it for approvals, operational records, reporting documents and internal file sharing and the search functionality honestly saves a ton of time when trying to locate older files quickly. The workflow automation part is also pretty useful and reduces a lot of manual follow-ups between teams. Once things are properly organized, day-to-day document handling feels much less chaotic.

Cons

Some parts of the platform feels a little less intuitive than newer SaaS tools, especially when setting up more advanced workflows or permissions. There's definitely a learning curve at the beginning if teams or approval layers are involved.

If you're a large company with an excessive amount of paperwork, Revver is quite great to put an end to the document chaos. Be prepared to dedicate a lot of time to mastering it as it is not user friendly. For safely keeping & securing file, is awesome!

Pros

The naming rules and folder templates are the best feature ever. Quite frankly, up until we acquired this my team had connections naming their files "draft\_final\_v2\_final" and was putting files in all the wrong folders. As a data specialist I was in a great problem, looking for hours for things. Now, Revver file all this. If I upload a document its name is perfectly changed and it is placed in the proper folder and will be separate and not attached to anything. This has saved us a lot of hours each week! Plus, we no longer have to purchase additional software such as DocuSign, since DocuSign is included in the program, which is another plus – we save money. Now finding files is super fast, by doing a search for a keyword it shows up in 1 second. This has been a real life saver in organizing our files. File sharing is also very easy to use.

Cons

Slow with uploading large PDFs. In addition, it's overly complex to set up security permissions and AI workflow. I had to call help 'cause five times to grasp that.
