It took time to learn and set up maintenance and calibrations. When it became a routine and more people started using the software, TME streamlined how we review and report real-time status with historical accuracy.

Pros

The great thing about TME is that it's integrated with MES. The "Work Tracking" module with "Scheduled Work" functions captures both preventive maintenance and calibration tied to equipment assets so all traceability is automated and easy way for communication.

Cons

It takes time to learn and train new employees who don't use the software often.

TME does a great job of managing our PM and Calibration along with real time up and down status and work orders

Pros

Ease of working with the Mass Group team and support staff

Cons

Technology is a bit old and lack of modern APIs. Requirement to pay for users whose only role is to put equipment down.

We used TME to solve our problem of not having a database for our equipment. TME puts all the data in one system, which is backed up. TME is easy to use and has kept us from getting audit findings - thanks

Pros

Easy to use and update as needed. Data load was easy with the help of the MassGroup team. Support when needed. We were on our own is a very short period of time. Love it for what we need, which is a master Cal/PM database.

Cons

The most difficult part of the software for my team is the local admin for the software sits in another time zone, so we sometimes have a hard time getting what we need from our internal resources.

Reasons for choosing TME CMMS

Sister site runs the software and they loved it, so we moved too.

Very user friendly. Easy to train others on how to use the work order and look for reports. Looking to use the inventory shortly.

Don't have much to say about it other than we don't use all the other functions yet. Just the work orders and reports.

Our overall experience with TME CMMS has been extremely positive. The software meets all of our needs and the support team is superb. There are many features that support analyzing and improving process performance

Pros

This software makes it easy to track equipment preventive maintenance and repairs. The reporting tools make it easy to generate customized reports to assess factory performance.

Cons

We would like to configure pull down menus to allow selection of customized reason codes when putting tools "Down" from production.
