Pros

Lets us keep track of our leads and conversations with customers. The support team is helpful as well, which is a plus!

Cons

You just have to learn how to use the product and don't be afraid to ask for help. When we have reached out to support, they've been helpful

CDK offers a lot of customization, but not an ease of use. There are also SEVERAL restrictions on the site that make it difficult for us to build up our website the way we want to.

Pros

It does what it is supposed to do and it's pretty customize-able.

Cons

Several restrictions, poor customer service.

If you really need to be able to look at everything in depth, this is right for you. But, as a small independent it was just too involved.

Pros

There is nothing that can't be done inside this software. You can run every report necessary and use any F&I process needed.

Cons

It takes a while to get used to finding your way around. We no longer use this product because it just did way more than what we needed. But it worked well for us when we were operating at max capacity.

The status triggering the work flows. Greatly helps in determining where the customer is in the process.

Cons

Inaccuracy of reports. Two different sets of the same numbers on different reports. Also cannot compare year to year numbers.

### "Expensive product, bad deployment, okay results."

If we had to do it again, I would choose a different product.

Pros

We used the cheaper plan so this may have been our fault. The software did exactly what is advertised to do. Nothing more. The support team is halfway decent at helping most of the time.

Cons

CDK just seems to suck all around. It is an okay product with a really crappy system. There are better options out there for just a little more money. CDK's user interface sucks and this is the main draw back. The setup also was not as expected, it was way harder.

This CRM has proven itself to offer the same functionality as other higher cost alternatives. Although there are hiccups from time to time, they are quickly fixed.

Pros

Great piece of software, offers more functionality than other CRMs at the same cost.

Cons

There are occasional hiccups, but besides that, this is a pretty solid system.

### "Good product for a larger dealer with many employees"

As with everything in this industry, nothing is perfect. That being said, eLead has been a massive improvement for our dealer group. We use it for a complex of four different Makes, plus pre-owned. We have been able to manage our leads and follow up better than ever. I love how specific I can be in my different follow up rules and workflows. It allows me to keep my team member on task and monitor their performance, which in turn allows me to pinpoint problem areas and train appropriately.

Pros

Availability of my Post Install Specialist, Accessibility from Mobile/tablet and desktop, User Friendly and Intuitive nature, Great tool for a BDC department

Cons

Occasional site errors, nothing major

I have worked with many different types of software and multiple Automotive CRM platforms. In my opinion they all pretty much do the same thing, however I will say that ELEAD1ONE is trying to take it to another level by providing solutions for all aspects of the Automotive Industry. The only thing I would say they should improve would be the "Visual Aspect" of the platform and make it look more modern.

Pros

It's easy to schedule future contacts for my customers. It's valuable to keep my clients in the know about their vehicle and their possible future business

Cons

It can be a bit buggy at times, however it seems to be fixed quickly. The team is easy to work with.

E lead's customer service is incredible! Every time I call our rep, he is available to help immediately - We are still fairly new to the system and are still learning. They seem to be very organized with their departments and staff roles.

Great program, our advocate seems to know what she is doing, she is always pleasant and helpful. It features our products in a attractive way and I think it is a great asset to the business.

Pros

Relatively easy to understand and use, sleek design.

Cons

I can't really think of anything negative about the software. I find with the changes, unless I have taken the time to do the tutorials I am unsure how to do some stuff that I used to be able to do, but that is more my issue with finding time to do that.

Texing is great and scheduling follow up is great.

Cons

The app basically does not work drains your battery. Scanner does not work. Cant email from my phone. Cant cancel email follow up without management approval.

The thing I like best about CDK is I like the fact that it is everything in 1 place. You can do everything needed for an RO.

Cons

The thing I like least is there are at times multiple steps to achieve what you are trying to do. Corrections can be tricky

This program keeps my leads in order, and gives you more information than just cold callling asking for business.

Cons

If you dont get to it fast enough, the other people in the office grab it. Which leads to double calling and you look like an idiot.

I like the Email Marketing platform the most. It helps us keep in touch with our customers/prospects.

Cons

As with most CRMs, documentation is always a task for sales people so this would be the least liked feature - BUT a necessity!
