Cons

I have several delays a day. I also get logged off a lot during my work day. I also wish finding prospects was easier.

### "eleads automotive crm"

Our company just switched to this system and we had a week of training (which inconveniently fell on our busiest week of the month). It is a simple program to use but had some issues populating from our old system and with our inventory.

Pros

Data mining to call hot leads, cold leads, equity customers and to know when a customer's lease is ending. Customer birthday calls since we can scan driver's licenses into the system. The system alerts us when we get the car a customer is looking for!

Cons

The app has not been working and it is a very needed tool. The development department has been working on it but we are not receiving any updates.

Overall it's a quality product, but I think the programmers and engineers behind it could make it more intuitive and user-friendly by visiting user locations and seeing what is really needed.

Pros

It works well for Service and Parts departments. We use multiple other software systems though, because CDK is not all encompassing.

Cons

Issuing a work order credit/refund is a ridiculously time-consuming task so don't make a mistake. If there is something the software doesn't do (reporting of any kind could use some serious help) you can ask CDK to add it but they mostly say no and if they say yes, they will charge you thousands.

As a long time e-lead user it became very comfortable to navigate. The crm changes with the times. I plan to use Elead for many years as long as I am in the Car biz

Customer support is horribly slow. A reported minor issue has become a major issue because it's been a week and it isn't resolved.

Support team has been average at best. There follow up to issues is slim to non existent. Communication with us resolving issues had been poor.

Pros

I like the desk log. I can see who and how long a customer has been in the store.

Cons

It is quirky. Functionality is different for each salesperson. Works for some and not others. Ex: When switching vehicles and saving changes to lead.

It's a little more work than it should be... if I only needed to store my customer data and do my daily tasks it would do the job.

Pros

I like the organizer, the monthly look especially

Cons

Many things...No spell check! After I scan a drivers license the customer profile leaves the screen. I want my prospect list from most recent not alpha. I want my hot leads to show up in my prospect list as well. On the prospect page I'd like NOTE instead of SOURCE. Need more comparable reports for users, sales people are trackers. When I'm in prospects and then do a search I lose my place in prospects... I want to be able to go back to the same place same screen. Eleads needs more input from real users.

Ease of monitoring my guys workflow

The customer support has been great! He's answered every question promptly and I'd highly recommend his service to anyone

Cons

Just wish the "it's on us we apologize" screen that sometimes comes up the blue screen wouldn't exist. And I wish my guys knew as much as I do on how to use it.

I like the fact that you're able to scan the customers license and get all their information, same thing with the trade in, is a tool that we need to expedite things and be more effective

Well like anything else, it takes time to get used to it to be able to navigate on it but the more you use it the better you get and the more familiar it becomes

We have features that do not work and they will not call us back to try to get things worked out.

Pros

The payroll portion is the only thing I like about this software.

Cons

Very time consuming to do one simple task. No one will return your calls. After you have signed up, they no longer care.

From our centralized BDC point of view, the ELeads experience has been quite good. Terrific customer support from the support team. We still struggle with some reporting issues that seemingly can't be cleared up, which is disappointing given the promises made at the "pitch" meetings. My team finds ELeads a system that is fairly simple to use. We used to use Dealer Socket, which quite frankly was able to do some things that this system can't do, but no system is perfect.

Fairly easy to learn and use.

Ebroshure pictures on new vehicles are showing as New Arrivals. They need to remove the new arrival pictures.

SO FAR THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SOFTWARES TO USE. GREAT FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.

Pros

EASE OF USE, I LIKE HOW THE SCREENS ARE DISPLAYED. ABLE TO E-MAIL INVOICES FROM THE SOFTWARE WITHOUT PRINTING THEM FIRST.

Cons

SOMETIMES THE DIFFERENT SCREENS FREEZE ON YOU AND YOU HAVE TO SHUT DOWN AND REOPEN.
