### "great system"

Ive used eleads for some time now. Its easy and quick to get around. just an great program. Our rep is one of the greatest employees you have, she is always helpful and knows what she is doing. The only thing I would ask is that you eleads let us have the access back to send email blast. other than that eleads is one of the best programs I have ever used. everyone there knows what they are doing, and everyone is always friendly and willing to help.

### "Elead One is a great product"

Pros

What I find that we like most about the Elead One system is that it offers so many features and the company is constantly updating their products to stay current with the industry.

Cons

What I like least about using the Elead One software is that sometimes they update things that are working just fine and the updated version is not an improvement over what they had prior.

it does a very good job of running our system, and in the works of my old boss " alll the DMS providers are cooks, but CDK is still the best of them"

Pros

Ease of operation and administration. people pick up on how to use the system very quickly. could not function without my CAMS

Cons

sometimes service leaves a lot to be desired. they have fewer field service technicians than ever before and have no plans to fix it.

Pros

This product runs smooth when you have the reps behind you to help suggest and offer ideas. I have had great pro care advocates and some so so advocates. It is easy to use and they have been creating you tube videos to help you create and manage it better on your own.

Cons

I only dislike it when I have a case out there for multiple days without any help to get it resolved.

### "Complicated way of things"

Pretty much don't like it. All their support tries to speak about how it just has so much more to offer, but after using it for over 7 years for DMS, no one at our dealership would say they like it more than how it was before.

Pros

On your dashboard/account, you are able to customize what you see - or put buttons of links that you will need most. Good since it is used for all departments in the dealership.

Cons

Using it is just annoying. DMS was a nightmare when we changed (went from reynolds and reynolds), not one person preferred CDK over Reynolds. The system seems to get bogged down a lot and updates are always required.

### "CDK is a nightmare "

Just demoralizing, nothing on the site happens as one would expect. Speaking with the support team for every change becomes a ground hog day type scenario, they don't explain and or change anything.

Pros

Exiting out of the application is the best part of CDK

Cons

Miserable to add pages, their idiotic audience tag prevents us from adding our own photos. Most changes require their assistance solely due to the sites poor design. Far and above the worst provider we used

Reason for choosing CDK Global

We did not our client did, but thankfully we have seen more and more move from it!

Efficient management of sales leads.

Pros

I enjoy being able to keep track of my customers and also have alerts on our inventory sent via email and text when a customer requests a specific vehicle.

Cons

The system seems to have random errors when it comes to saving customer information. For example, I was trying to save a customer who was already in our system. When I selected the customer, a random error prevented me from saving it due to an incorrect entry I couldn't overwrite. Also if a customer is entered as a lost sale, then the system will not allow us to select any records on that customer and we have to create a new lead.

THIS SOFTWARE IS EASY TO USE. I LIKE THAT IT SAVES ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS HISTORY OF REPAIRS

Cons

I DO NOT LIKE THAT YOU CANNOT BLOCK OFF TIME IN 30 MINUTE INTERVALS.

It is a very simple and relatively easy to use tool. From a website standpoint the backend tool gives great flexibility and real time ability to make changes

Cons

The CRM is extremely basic with its capabilities which limits what you can do compared to all its competitors.

CDK does it all: I have yet to experience another DMS that does as much - as well - as CDK has for the past several years.

Pros

Since acquiring eLead, CDK as a DMS has significantly improved due to the synergies with the CRM tool in eLead.

Cons

It is a very old-school interface that can be rather overwhelming in learning how to navigate with any ease.

What I really like about CDK is the functionality of the system and all the many things you can do within CDK.

Cons

What I like least about CDK is that occasionally the system goes down or is very slow but typically, this type of thing is resolved rather quickly and we are back up and running again.

### "Must have CRM"

Every one at eleads has been a huge asset to our partnership with them for our stores. Randel, Tamsen, Sean and Tera have been outstanding in working with us to resolve issues and to introduce new ways of doing things. If you haven't looked into the CRM it is definitely something you should consider.

Very user friendly. and should be a no brainer to use. Support team and trainers are awesome

I would recommend because it is inexpensive and customer service is very fast.

Pros

Very simple to use the dealer command center when you need to change the price of a vehicle. They are not that expensive.

Cons

I do not like how you can’t change some of the webpage in the backend without calling support for help.

Your employee has gone far and beyond my expectations as far as being attentive to my requests and is always there when I need him.. Kudos to you and him.. he is best!!!

Pros

Reporting is very robust, if you know how to look for what you're looking for.

Cons

Interface is stuck in the early 2000s. Missing some integrations and tools that other CRMs had built in from the beginning. Support never gets back to you, takes weeks for account reps to respond.

### "Dated interface but functional"

Pros

The search functionality was quite powerful, able to give you as broad or as specific as a topic as you needed. The built in emails was also a great way to keep track of conversations without having to do any more work in keeping a data log.

Cons

We had an issue with the servers going down sporadically, which could cause delays in customers getting what they needed. The interface was dated as well, which is a personal dislike.

There are areas of improvement as older more out dated systems have processes in place that eLeads doesn't even have as an option.

### "Elead Me to Success"

I can see it's advantages from a dealers perspective and I see the issues from a tech perspective. I would most definitely recommend it to all in the automotive industry.

Pros

Eleads CRM is a great opportunity to get your sales up...if you use it to your advantage. You have to use the products they offer as add one to really drive your vehicle sales through the roof.

Cons

If I could change one thing about Elead1 it would be the redundancy of changing screens. I wish that a new tab would open when changing areas instead of writing over.
