TERRIBLE, THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY CLIENTS AS THEY HAVE TOO MANY AND CHARGE WAY TO MUCH FOR THERE SERVICES AND WITH THE HIGH COSTS YOU STILL GET THE WORST SERVICE. THERE ATTENTION TO THERE CUSTOMERS ABILITY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS DAILY (WHICH ALLOWS REVENUE TO PAY THERE HIGH BILLS) THE CARE IS A 0 OUT OF 100 THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP AND COULD CARE LESS AOBUT YOUR ABILITY TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS DAILY. I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE AND IF WE COULD GET ALL DEALERS TO MAKE A SWITCH ( UNFORTUNATELY THEY FORCE YOU TO LOCK IN A MULIT YEAR CONTRACT) WE COULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND FORCE THEM TO ACUTALLY FOCUS AND CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTS

### "I would recommend Eleads over DealerSocket or VinSolutions"

Pros

I have used many automotive CRMS and like Eleads the best. It is easy to use, has good reporting and I find that their support is better then others.

Cons

They do have some less integrations then other suites of services but do take feeds and import/export data well.

### "ELead is a top tier system"

Overall they are still one of the best CRM's out there.

Pros

Easy to use and find customer information. Also makes it easy to create marketing list. Almost everything you need to track and communicate with customers is easy to get to.

Cons

Eleads has been great for a long time. Recently they where purchased by another company. Support has declined since the takeover.

Although I am not privy to the actual cost for this service, I can only provide the info of what we experience and what we deal with. Although nothing is perfect, everything has areas for improvement. At times, I feel that there are gremlins in the system as the workflow and some settings seem to change all by itself when assigning the appropriate personnel or task. When it does not assign it right, customer service is always ready to look at the issue and figure out what went wrong. I believe it would be beneficial for ELEAD to offer some kind of training meeting to attend to fully watch or learn about the system. There does seem to be a ton of unnecessary reports....and there has been a couple of times some reports don't produce the right number when looking at another similar report. After talking with customer service representative, he was able to produce some recommended reports to use in the meantime. Also, it would really be beneficial with the texting feature for that to count as a form of contact with the customer. I know that there is a report that shows the number of texts sent but that does not transmit to Subaru. Customer service representative can work through the issues that we have!

Pros

For me, it is pretty simple to use......

Cons

Hard to say as I was not the one who originally set up the workflows......I am always having to fix something once it happens.

### "Two years with Eleads"

It took time to learn but once you learn it it is easy to work with.

Pros

Elead has been a lot easier to use than our previous CRM and we have been on it now for years without any real problems.

Cons

I always hate to learn a new system. The training was not the best.

Reported problems or errors can take you an hour to 7 days to report. After CDK admits and recognizes software error it will take 4 months to eternity to have it corrected

Pros

The picture they painted when selling it to me

Cons

Extremely poor slow support, continued to change and make it harder and harder to contact and the level of support when downhill Did not meet promises made when software was purchased, such as price books for canadian suppliers. That drug on for 5 years until they finally said they were not doing it. If I did not have so much already spent on this software I would switch in a heart beat

### "Effective CRM"

Eleads is the best CRM I've used and I've used many.

Pros

Eleads is a very efficient and useful CRM. Has all the necessary features like desking, templates, eblasts, VBDC option, phone call monitoring, reporting and much more. Often updates, has gotten much better over the years.

Cons

Do not have any complaints at this time -

Efficiency and most experienced sales people have used it at some point in their career.

### "Industry Fit"

We couldn't handle a dealership with daily activities this large without a program like CDK/PFW. When we last upgraded the software and added additional branches we compared to the industry competitor in our brand, and this was over less expensive over the coming 5 years.

Pros

The CDK/PFW software is rather good for the Agricultural/Turf dealer. We're using it SAS and uptime is usually pretty good. They have spent time integrating to our OEM manufacturer. That helps. There are many module/features that help monitor and run the dealership, and there are others that while they exist we are not taking advantage of.

Cons

Their support staff seldom have worked in a dealership and don't understand that day to day frustrations and time constraints we work with. While they are upgrading the software they have chosen to upgrade the user interface screens and our people in all locations don't like the new interface. The functionality is still there, but just not as easy to get to things we're used to, and that takes up more time.

Uploading videos to the website is easy once I figured out the steps.

Cons

The website looks horrible compared to others. Using it for service is a nightmare. A lot of random codes needed and just overall not user friendly what so ever.

### "Have most everything but limited in innovation"

it does the job just not as well as I'd always like

Pros

Can be a one stop shop when it comes to everything you might need for dealer software and hardware.

Cons

They seem to have grown to a size due to their partnership with GM that innovation and quality service is no longer the number one priority. It can be difficult to customize programs and seamlessly move through each step of your processes.

### "Helpful Performance Managers"

Pros

Once you are trained, it is easy to navigate. If we ever need help, our performance manager is available and will go beyond what we asked for.

Cons

Some reports are not accurate if you've been using it for a while. There are recommended ones marked but it can sometimes be confusing. It would be good to clean out the ones we should not use.

East to multi task and has great report generator.

Pros

I love that you can switch easily from task to task. When constantly multitasking it makes it easy to move from one item to another.

Cons

The only concern is you have to pay for any kind of changes that you have to make to forms. It just seems like every little thing is an extra charge.

Pros

ELead has provided excellent customer support with staff familiar with our industry, including onsite support. Flexible configuration enables the CRM tool to facilitate and to measure specific and changing management goals. Custom work flow tasks and ease of use means our front-line sales staff actually use the tool.

Cons

No major concerns or deficiencies have been experienced with this software.

This is the 3rd CRM I've worked with in the last 10 years and not the best but not the worst.

Pros

I like that it is linked to Ford's OEM vehicle info and customer database.

Cons

I don't feel like I have enough control over what I can see and do on it. I feel like I have to ask "permission" to customize it to work best for our particular dealership and even then, I have to get tech support to do everything for me one event at a time.

### "eLead does what we need it to do"

Our main use of eLead is through our sales teams at our different stores. We also have Conversica interact with customers through eLead. The way we are using eLead works pretty well for what we recognize we need out of a CRM.

Pros

What I like most about eLead is the support when I need something. The rep who is my Performance Manager bends over backward to do whatever he can when we need questions answered and challenges solved. Our trainer has also been very accommodating and happy to create learning accountability assessments tools with me which have had a very positive effect.

Cons

Some areas of eLead are not very intuitive. Our support gets us what we need when this is the case and improvements happen on a regular basis that often improve the CRMs usability.

Reason for choosing CDK Global

My CEO and your owner met at some point, and she has been entrusting your CRM based on that relationship for a few years now.

A great tool to organize and track our customer base, that also lets us reach out to them with efficient tools that tracks interactions and responses very well. Also provides great reporting tools that helps show what is really going on in the business.

Pros

Robust, powerful tool that does what it is meant to do, and does it well. Is an excellent tool for all departments within the company and is an integral part of or business.

Cons

The layout feels antiquated and it can be difficult to find something that you don't usually do. A few features feel like they have a very precise way they need to be done, and if you stray off that path, things will go wrong.

Pros

Easy to use CRM. 7 day support line. Relatively cheap and they will waive all upfront and trainer costs with a contract.

Cons

Equity tool does not pull accurate balance to maturities or payoffs. It is light years behind competitors. phone support is a joke, they give you a ticket # and never call you back. Being a company located in Georgia, it seems their sense of urgency in resolving issues is next to zero.

Familiarity, I am yet to see a crm that is easy to use including eleads...but in today's market, about half have used eleads in some capacity somewhere else.
