Able to schedule jobs and access data anywhere - This is allowing us to service our clients quicker

Cons

Would like to be able to assign a crew to a work order - even thou they are not set up to receive data info.

Thank you for the great review. Yes, once you figure out how you can run your business remote from just about anywhere your life changes (and so does your business). We should discuss in our support line this comment about scheduling crews that don't receive email or texts. I feel we do have a solution for that.

Pros

How easy it is to use and you can update on the road via the app. Nice being able to save pictures to jobs that need to be done or for future reference

Cons

Sometimes the app stops on my phone and has to be restarted. You cannot update customer information while using the app

### "It makes it easy to schedule jobs and keep track of hours"

It keeps everything for a job in one place so multiple people can access it.

Pros

The software is easy to use to schedule our service technicians. They also log their hours while on the road which makes submitting their hours for payroll easy.

Cons

Creating reports can be tricky. It's trial and error to find the right fields to use and get them to display correctly.

Job frequency is automated

Pros

Easy to use. Price. Very modern looking. Customer service. Can set up jobs daily, weekly, monthly etc.

Cons

On the app you can't scrow down after 1-2pm jobs. Sometimes you delete one job and somehow it will delete your entire job history.

More efficient work flow management from estimate to invoice.

Pros

It's easy to use and it looks very professional to customers when they view estimates, invoices, etc. The customer portal was a great selling feature for customers with multiple properties.

Cons

Frequent server downtime causes costly and frustrating downtime for office/field staff. Customer service isn't the most responsive, and one request took 4 months to get an answer. Custom templates sound like a great feature, but they don't respond very well within the program and are difficult to create. Mobile app is buggy and practically unusable.

Information on customers and jobs that my accounting software doesn't have fields for.

Pros

Its versatility. It does a lot of features and the cost is very affordable. It has become usable with a tablet in the field which we hope to use, once we get all of these kinks worked out from upgrading.

Cons

I have enjoyed the app, but support , in my opinion is not timely. The flow is very difficult. Needs a contact block for when a business is the customer.

It has always worked perfectly when i need to use it other than portrait landscape issue.

Pros

it is very easy to use, it does what i need it to do in the field.

Cons

The app needs support for portrait and landscape, i use do everything on my ipad with a keyboard which makes app virtually useless, so i end up using web browser version of kick service to all my invoicing.

### "Do not sycn with quickbooks."

I have been using kickserv for a few years now and about a year ago I synced my kickserv account with quickbooks online. When I did that it deleted a ton of my line items and I had to go back by hand and enter them all back in. It took me about 40 hours to do it. I also had to fix it all in quickbooks, I paid a service for that. I have now hired an accountaint and they found that my quickbooks account is still messed up. I have now started a new quickbooks account and was told by kickserv that this was the only way I could sync kickserv and quickbooks. So I hit sync and lost all of my payments and they have been working on getting them back for 3 weeks. not sure what I am going to do.

### "Kickserv schedule and Job tracking"

This is a great app for keeping all your info attached to the job records. it is very easy to use and the developers are continuously adding needed features.

Pros

Kickserv is very easy to use and a great place to keep track of all our job info. We do all our scheduling and time tracking through the app. It has taken the place of 3 apps we used in the past.

Cons

The accounting portion of the app is still a little behind but they seem to be improving it weekly.

Pros

Email estimates and invoices to customers and get signatures while still onsite. Invoices sync to accounting software.

Cons

Customer & jobsite info do not always sync correctly. Cannot handle basic customer credits or refunds. Have to jump around multiple screens to get a clear idea of the schedule and open jobs to be done.

We can see where our technicians are and can keep extensive notes on a project for future visits.

Pros

Easy to use and can plan the day the week or the year out with this software. Can easily email an invoice to a customer and get paid online by the customer.

Cons

The speed of the software is sometimes slow. Also there are outages that interupt our work day. Would like it to interface with Quickbooks better.

What I like most about Kickserv is that I can do all scheduling, invoicing, and quotes through the same system as well as keeping all of our client's information in one place.

Cons

I wish you were able to do more financial reports through the system as well as put other non job-related expenses into the system. I do not like having to use two systems to do this.
