Can upload multiple photos at the same time, make them shareable and also can save notes

Pros

Once I learned to use it it was easy to review past jobs

I do think there is room for Improved ease of usage. However I do not know much about computers at all

The fact it’s easy to use and easy to modify quotes in real time has enabled me to close business on site.

Pros

This system has been the fastest and most efficient quote building tool I have ever used. The ease of use has allowed for me to efficiently build quotes while on site with customers, and effectively allowed for me to close more deals on site than with any other platform I have used. The fact that everything is done in-platform, from quote building to delivering to customers, simplifies my internal process. It’s also nice to have the audit trail that lets me know if a customer has received and viewed the quotes I have sent out, leading to more effective follow ups.

Cons

Everything about this software has suited my needs well, so I really don’t have any complaints.

Let's us keep all customer data in one place. Syncs with our bookkeeping program. Internet based lets us work from anywhere. Good value for the $$$.

Pros

Reasonable pricing. Good set of features. Great customer service. We've used this program for at least 10 years.

Cons

It's looking better, but still a bit "clunky". Not very intuitive if you're new to the system. Screen views are stretched out and take up a lot of room. You have to scroll a lot to find things. It could be more compact and easier to maneuver. The Android version is the same way - multiple screens to find things. You have to learn all the workarounds to be productive.

For a moving company such as ours, it is important to be able to dissipate job information effectively and coordinate who goes to which job. Kickserv helps me to receive reliable and accurate information about a job so I can focus on actually moving people, rather than wasting time on minor details. Although some of its quirks are a bit annoying to deal with, I like using Kickserv overall.

Pros

\*Straightforward calendar that can include notes for jobs and can be synced to external calendars \*Reliable mobile application; never crashes.

Cons

\* The mobile application doesn't say which technicians are on a job, but the browser does. \* As a user, I only use a very small part of the app. The rest is irrelevant.

Ease of use, great communication with techs, maps

Pros

What i like most about the software is the ease of the program. When i input an address it starts to give recommendations and it fills in the blanks for you. You can also view a map of the location. We use this software everyday throughout the day and is a great program for the office to communicate with people in the field without having to call them.

Cons

We have used kickserv for a few years now and i really haven't run into any major problems with the software. The few times i did, the tech helped out immediately to get my issues resolved.

Keeps all of my office and field workers on the same page. Love that it can also sync to my QB Desktop software.

Cons

Can't edit invoices on Kickserv after they are synced with QB. A lot of steps to email the estimate after it's prepared. Downtime during the day when I'm trying to pull opportunities up and provide customers with a quote. Can't easily view line items on invoices on the Android Mobile app. Support takes a day to get a hold of you sometimes. I also don't like that the IP of the customer is not included when they sign an invoice, as my lawyer advises it may not hold up in court for the signed contract without it. I also wish I could integrate payments with my Authorize.net account. pany sets) for credit card use.

Kickserv is great but we are limited. I like the fact it continues to upgrade and that they consider all request. However, there plenty of dynamics that are lacking in the capacity we would like to utilize.

Continuous improvements that are made that improvement data entries etc

Does not have all that is needed to use without additional resources.

it is the best we've used so far. But can be improved. The tweaks look to be minor to make it a much better product.

Pros

I like the ability to link photos to the jobs. Seeing where all the jobs are on a map is nice. Being able to send a nice invoice to the customers and track it has been great Also, the link to stripe for the customer has also been very helpful.

Cons

The places the jobs and invoices goes needs to be cleaned up. Unless you know what you are exactly looking for they disappear sometimes. The app is not appropriate to use in the field. (no email input) Stripe is cumbersome and not easy to process in the field. The quickbooks feature should be included. The desktop fee is way to expensive.

I am not the biggest fan of the app. The app on android is a bit buggy. I haven't had any major issues though.

The benefits are countless and far outweigh the features that we still don't have. What I love is that Kickserv is constantly adding new features and increasing the software's functionality.

Pros

I love how easy it is as admin to add users, customize certain fields and see who has what on their calendar, emailing invoices to customers from the software, integration with QB.

Cons

I can't progress invoice, therefor I can't take advantage of really knowing the money in the pipelines. Certain custom fields for a customer's location don't carry over when you create a new job in that location, creating double entry.

The software is easy to learn and has a lot of functions that we are able to use. They are constantly updating and adding new features.

Cons

The times that we have lag issues really make it hard to some days almost impossible to run our business. Customer support is great, but sometimes when we point out problems they are not always addressed right away.

Mobile app has great features, QuickBooks desktop integration is a plus, ease of reports. Overall the design of the software would be very good, if their servers could handle the volume of hits it was getting.

Cons

VERY slow at times, been a lot of downtime recently (sprint 2017), horrible customer service - can never get a human. Very passive to answer questions and help train end user. I feel as though their growth is outpacing their development. Further, quickbooks desktop integration has become very expensive.

calendar scheduling, sync quickbooks online, customer database, being able to see on the smartphone, being able to have iCalendar to add to the phone's calendar

the item can't move up and down, for example, when you are doing the invoice, if you want to put a new item, you have to remove all other iteam and start all over

Pros

Auto emails and text reminders are most important even though it's not implemented properly. Message size is incompatible with wireless networks.

Cons

Recurring jobs feature is a lifeline of our business and it's so poorly implemented. I had provided details of what's wrong and what can be done for quickly fixing it but it's been 2+ years and I am still waiting. My office staff hates this software and it's waiting on me to find a better alternative or build it inhouse.
