Compared to other products such as Documentun, this is so easy to maintain, the admin console is so easy to understand and it adds a lot of features that, in other products, you would need a developer to do for you. Pros It is really easy to configure and maintain, it is intuitive and the Hubshare companion product opens your company's repository to external and internal users that have different access needs. Cons The way that the subscription model is organised, it means that for some features you need to move to a subscription level that is more costly. Header & Footer can be set, and auto revision also will be amended according to the latest info. 5. Submission of Obsolete revisions of documents can be eliminated and more advanced if clients use our M-files. 6. Every annotation comment is traceable if there is a need to check. 7. Responsible person, pending for reviewer and approver, active comments, delays info is traceable from M-files. 8. Manual E-Signature is not required a click on approve will automatically generate the signature through password protection. 9. Foldering or viewing can be amended according to user preference. Cons Additional features such as connection with SOL server or with Microsoft are required to be integrated with Power BI, and pivot table to do the Dashboard Reporting. Great for organizing files by using meta-data instead of relying on traditional folder-based storage solutions. Cons As a Mac user, I find that M-Files has a clunky and unsophisticated interface. As a result, it can take some time for new users to get accustomed to it during implementation.
