Our overall experience with EventMobi has been very positive. We support a fairly demanding conference portfolio, delivering more than 50 scientific meetings annually across a mix of in-person, livestream, and on-demand formats. The platform has proven to be reliable and adaptable across that range of use cases. What stands out is its ability to support both the attendee experience and the operational side of event delivery. It allows us to manage content, communication, and engagement in a centralized way while still giving us the flexibility to tailor each meeting to its specific needs. EventMobi also fits well within a broader technology ecosystem. We’ve been able to integrate it with other systems and workflows, which is important for maintaining consistency across our internal operations and digital products. Overall, it has been a dependable platform for running complex, high-volume events while continuing to evolve alongside our needs.

Pros

EventMobi provides a strong foundation for creating a unified experience across both in-person and virtual conference audiences. The platform makes it easy to deliver consistent content, engagement, and navigation regardless of how attendees are participating, which is increasingly important for modern scientific meetings. From an operational perspective, the built-in tools streamline event management for staff, reducing friction around agenda updates, speaker coordination, and attendee communications. The interface is intuitive enough for non-technical team members while still offering the flexibility needed for more complex events. Another major advantage is the platform’s ability to integrate with external systems. We’ve been able to connect EventMobi into a broader ecosystem of tools, which allows us to extend its functionality and align it with our internal workflows rather than being constrained by a closed system.

As a small non-profit, every dollar counts and every tool gets scrutinized — but EventMobi earns its place year after year. The value is there, and so is the relationship.

Pros

I've been using EventMobi for years, and what keeps me coming back isn't just the platform — it's the people. The features are strong and continue to evolve, but the real differentiator is the service experience. Reliable, helpful, and quick, their team consistently shows up.

Cons

There are always minor UI tweaks I'd love to see, but they're genuinely responsive — whether that means a practical workaround or a full app update. That kind of care adds up over time.

My experience with EventMobi has been overwhelmingly positive. They take the stress out of building an event app and replace it with fun, interactive tools that attendees actually want to use. It bridges the gap between organizers, sponsors, and guests beautifully. It is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to modernize their event experience and boost participation.

Pros

EventMobi excels at attendee engagement. The live polls, surveys, and gamification features completely transformed how our attendees interacted with speakers and sponsors. I really appreciate how easy it is to customize the look and feel of the app to match our corporate branding perfectly. Setting up the backend is straightforward, and having the registration portal linked directly to the app ensures a seamless transition for the user. Their customer service team is fantastic, highly responsive, and genuinely listens to feedback.

Cons

Managing a very dense schedule with multiple concurrent sessions can be a bit tedious to organize exactly how you want it displayed. The design options for the initial registration landing page are somewhat limited compared to dedicated website builders. I also noticed that only one administrator can make edits to the backend event website at a time, which can create a bottleneck if you have a large team trying to update details at the last minute.

EventMobi’s ability to import sessions, speakers, attendees, sponsors, and personalized agendas significantly streamlined the event setup process. The centralized management system made it efficient to organize and structure content in advance of the conference. Additionally, the platform made it easy to update session details in real time and quickly communicate changes to attendees through push notifications. This flexibility was especially valuable for ensuring attendees had the most current information throughout the event.

Cons

While document uploads were available within individual sessions, all files automatically populated into the central “Document” library. A more seamless separation between session-level uploads and the main document library would improve efficiency and enhance the overall attendee experience.

I use EventMobi to centralize event information and manage the agenda for large educational and networking events, and I really appreciate that it allows us to keep all our event information in one place, which reduces waste with printed agendas. They have excellent customer service and are responsive to feedback. We most use the agenda and notifications, and I also like building out custom pages with additional event information for attendees. The initial setup was super easy, as their team walked us through all the steps and even assisted with the initial building.

Pros

Excellent customer service and responsiveness to feedback. Centralizes event information so attendees have everything they need in one place.

Cons

I found it tedious to manage consecutive sessions and ensure they were in a preferred order rather than organized alphabetically. Because of this, we had to switch to a third-party integration that syncs with EventMobi to handle the agenda.

Used for conventions to connect attendees, communicate with them, and create document repositories. Overall my experience with the app and the website was great. There was definitely a lack of support from our rep.

Pros

The app itself is easy to build. I had a team of designers and their specifications make sense. Notifications are easy to send, which is the feature we used the most.

Cons

There isn't really anything to allow to create a bilingual app. No way to toggle from EN to FR and that is a serious issue.

EventMobi has been easy for numerous staff to work on building out our app at the same time. It’s user friendly for our attendees on-site, and we’ve seen great attendee participation.

Pros

It’s user friendly to build and to use on-site for our Annual Conference. Lead Retrieval and Gamification are helpful for engagement, and Session Building is straightforward. We’ve also seen great attendee participation.

Cons

I’d like more templates for building out the app, which would make setup even easier. Templates for uploading speaker headshots, sessions and bios.

Overall, my experience is positive. I learned the platform quickly and it is sufficient for the internal training and conferences I run. The registration tools are straightforward and have made collecting registrations and on-site check-in simpler, which improved the flow of our events.

Pros

The registration form is simple to build and supports conditional fields. It makes collecting registrations easy and speeds up check-in for our internal trainings and conferences, which has improved event flow.

Cons

I wish the confirmation email could display the information the attendee entered during registration. Editing in a second language is limited. When a ticket is sold out it does not automatically disappear, and I would like the option to show a custom message. Expanded filters and a single list showing who registered and who checked in would also help.

Using EventMobi has enhanced the conference experience for our attendees. EventMobi also provides effective support when needed. It’s easy to use, helps us communicate with attendees, and we’ve seen increased app use and better audience engagement.

Pros

Easy to use, with helpful new features introduced every year. For our conferences, the “choose your sessions” and presenter Q&A tools are the ones we use most and they work well. It’s a great way to communicate with attendees. We’ve seen growth in app use by attendees and, as a result, better audience engagement. Not having an event app like EventMobi would make us look like we aren't offering a full event experience.

Cons

I don't like that we were asked to give access to our CRM system so we could brand the app with our own branding instead of using the white label version of the app. I’d also like them to keep adding new features based on what attendees want to see.

I enjoy designing the overall look and feel of conferences on the platform and the ability to schedule announcements, provide maps and conduct polls. The experience really improves the experience for delegates and keeps them on schedule.

Pros

Value for money, event management, event attendee management, conference management, speaker management, conducting event polls

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve for our conference delegates when we first introduced it as they were used to paper brochures handed out. Now they really appreciate the platform.
