I'm glad I found this site and will continue to use this as long as it's available. Pros I love that I can keep track of grades online. I personally am a homeschool parent and this makes it easy to keep track of my kids grades without having to hold on to every single piece of paper. Cons There's nothing I didn't really like about iGradePlus. The UI could be cleaned up a little. Maybe just a simple drop down menu with clear options as to where everything is located. Other than that, everything was great. Help is readily available, updates are always forthcoming, and interface is easy to use. Value for the money goes without saying. Excellent program. Pros Training and Development started using iGrade as a way to track participation criteria for professional development within our organization. It has been a game changer in reporting and increasing Coaching Communication between participants and their leaders. We are excited to see improvements for multiple "guardians" per student! Cons We are still learning the software, and so do not have many challenges. Having come from a public education system, it should be noted that this is a more comprehensively available communication platform than is typically included in the system used there. The only challenge that we have had with the free version is being able to input courses with overlapping start dates. Functionality with quarter timing has been challenging. Pros I love that I can submit grades and know they are locked in once submitted, unlike on other sites that take forever to upload the grades. Cons When a name change occurs, you must email customer support to request the change, and you will need to wait for their response before updating the name on your profile for grading purposes. Pros It is cost effective and has many tools that can be used in many ways. It combines several other programs and connects things easily. I love the efficiency of grading and editing grades for specific students. It is also good for communicating with both students and parents while keeping them updated on assignments and events. Cons The updates tend to come slowly. There are a couple promised features that have not been implemented when they were promised over a year ago. Though I will not complain that much since I use the free version. Switched from [Google Workspace for Education](https://www.capterra.com/p/251185/Google-Workspace-for-Education/) [Google Classroom](https://www.capterra.com/p/186631/Google-Classroom/) I switched because of pricing and the struggle of building a website.
