### "Something that works well on my ML projects, albeit rather expensive."

April 18, 2026

5.0

DocuSign is an excellent solution to get down to business in an expedited manner. As an ML consultant, as I am, it makes you appear professional to your clients. You need not bother about paper or scanning. Everybody already knows about it, and thus nobody raises inquiries when you send a DocuSign link.

Pros

I find myself making frequent use of DocuSign when beginning a new project with my clients. As a Machine Learning Consultant, I would need to sign numerous NDA papers and contracts until I will be presented with any data. And the best thing is that it is extremely fast. All I do is to upload my contract and check the place where I would like the signature and send it.

Cons

The price is the chief among the things that I do not like. To an individual solo worker or a couple of people who work a small group, it is rather costly each month. A second, occasionally the interface of setting the document is a bit sluggish.

### "DocuSign: Increased Efficiency and Client Satisfaction"

April 6, 2026

5.0

Overall, DocuSign is a great product for ensuring compliance, and audit trails while also simplifying processes internally and for clients. Allowing our clients to sign documents from where-ever they are as increased the speed of the workflow as well as client satisfaction.

Pros

DocuSign is the industry standard for e-signatures which is why we choose to use this product. Many of our team members and clients were already familiar with the product which made the ease of integrating it into our workflow relatively seamless. Furthermore, the security and compliance was important when researching products. DocuSign provides encryption and most importantly to us, audit trails.

Cons

As an admin, there was a learning curve during set up. Templates and workflows can be difficult to set up at first, however once set up, they are simple to replicate. Unfortunately, there can be issues and bugs which often times can be traced back to how the client is trying to open/e-sign but it can be difficult to explain virtually.

Reason for choosing Docusign

We considered using Adobe Sign however deployment was much more difficult than DocuSign and is not as widely recognized.

Switched from

The switch was made because DocuSign is ultimately the most well known and well understood product on the market.

### "expensive, not sure if worth it."

April 10, 2026

3.0

If your job pays for it, you may as well use it and use its make even like it. I have to sign documents in my non work life as well, and its simply not worth it. $10 a month, and limit is 5 documents.

Pros

If your job pays for it, it's a good application. Easy to use by both sender and the person it is addressed to. Easier to make background on your signature transparent. (If you are using a photo of your signature on paper). Works well with Microsoft products.

Cons

For personal use its very expensive. And more advanced features are not included in the simple membership.

### "Reliable and Easy-to-Use E-Signature Platform"

May 5, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with DocuSign has been very positive. It’s reliable, easy to use, and speeds up the document signing process significantly. The platform improves efficiency, keeps documents organized, and makes remote approvals simple and secure.

Pros

What I liked most about DocuSign was how fast and convenient it made document signing. It’s easy to use, secure, and allows contracts and agreements to be completed quickly from anywhere, which saves time and improves workflow efficiency.

Cons

One thing I liked least about DocuSign was the pricing, especially for smaller teams or occasional users. Some advanced features can also feel overly complex when you only need basic document signing functionality.

Alternatives considered

[PandaDoc](https://www.capterra.com/p/131735/PandaDoc/)[Adobe Acrobat](https://www.capterra.com/p/251329/Adobe-Acrobat-DC/)

Reason for choosing Docusign

We chose DocuSign over alternatives like Adobe Sign, HelloSign, and PandaDoc because it offered the best overall mix of ease of use, reliability, and industry trust. It also had stronger integrations, a smoother workflow, and a more established reputation for secure, fast e-signing at scale.

### "Docusign is Unmatched!"

April 23, 2026

5.0

Docusign is definitely a must have for our office. I have no idea what we would do without it. It's so simple anyone can use it. Hardly ever have any clients having issues using it to sign our documents.

Pros

Love how easy Docusign is to use. I have used it for years at my prior and current workplaces. It makes getting documents signed so much faster than by mail or in person. Plus it validates the email of the person signing that acts as a legal signature.

Cons

The cost of Docusign has gone up quite a bit & plans changed over the last few years we have been using it. This is the main drawback here.

### "Docusign Review"

April 2, 2026

5.0

Overall, it is a very strong product and what I consider to be the strongest product in the industry in its class.

Pros

Docusign is our go-to signing platform for digital, audit-ready signings. It is clean, reliable, and well-known.

Cons

I don't have major gripes with it. Possibly I would like to be more easily able to input an alias for an individual signer and/or have two saved email addresses under each saved contact name.

### "Easy to Use and Worth the Price"

April 6, 2026

5.0

Docusign is easy to get going, easy to use and build new templates, and onboarding is a breeze. I highly recommend using it across teams for all eSignature needs.

Pros

Docusign works well and the amount of templates and requests you can send makes it has good value for the higher price.

Cons

The cost of Docusign is higher than competitors, which caused us to move away from it for a while. This limits what we can do with our overall operations budget.

### ""DocuSign" is ubiquitous - it's the "Kleenex" of the E-signature/proposal world"

March 16, 2026

5.0

Little-to-no learning curve, just feels natural and easy to incorporate and because of how much it integrates with other software I can't imagine choosing a different e-signature product for operations in almost any business.

Pros

Workflow is straightforward, ability to create templates and streamline processes is a must when executing a large volume of e-signature requests. Its presence in the market means it has integrations with many other softwares we use and clients and customers seem to be most familiar with it because they've encountered it elsewhere.

Cons

Occasionally I feel like creating templates can be a bit arduous and perhaps I'm unaware of a feature that is already there, but an A.I.-driven feature that can read the uploaded PDF and predict where fields should go and what type of field they should be - that would be a cherry on top.

### "Docusign legal sharing "

Document sharing and preservation of integrity is good since you can track who has utilised the document therefore it prevents abuse of signatures

Pros

Best software i have used in legaltech space - makes document signing clean and efficient for teams. Also integration with salesforce is fantastic.

Pros

### "Trusty Software for this Digitalize World"

October 31, 2025

5.0

I like it, it was easy to understand and a trusted service in the legal or HR area .Will totally recommend to big companies but for start ups or mid size business they should be able to have a person to discuss how to adapt. we did not have one when we were doing our attempt to change.

Pros

It is easily accepted for digital signature in almost all over WA state , as a law firm we used digital signature and this had been the most requested. It keep a detailed document management and an easy set up for remote employers. We handle little to nothing of issues when using it so that is a big plus !

Cons

I consider being a little overpriced to the market of this service, overall everything they provide is great and you can think is a great service for the price but competition is hard and we decided to keep other system we had initially.

### "Docu sign is the best"

March 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with DocuSign has been positive. It made signing and sending documents much faster and easier than dealing with paper forms. While the pricing and some features could be better, it’s still a reliable and convenient tool for handling important documents online.

Pros

What I liked most about DocuSign is how simple it made the whole signing process. I didn’t have to print anything or deal with scanning documents back. I could just open the document on my phone, add my signature, and send it back in a couple minutes. It made handling paperwork a lot faster and less stressful

Cons

What I liked least about DocuSign is that some features feel limited unless you pay for a higher plan. The pricing can get a little expensive if you need to send a lot of documents, and sometimes the setup for sending documents can feel a bit confusing the first time.

### "Fast, Easy, and Reliable for Everyday Document Signing"

December 4, 2025

5.0

Overall, Docusign has made handling paperwork so much easier. It keeps everything in one place, the tracking and reporting features help me follow up quickly, and I don’t have to worry about losing documents or waiting forever for signatures. The platform has been dependable, customer support has been helpful when needed, and it fits smoothly into my daily workflow. It has saved me a lot of time and has made the signature process way more efficient.

Pros

I really like how easy Docusign is to use. Sending documents out for signatures only takes a few clicks, and the workflow management keeps everything organized so nothing gets missed. I also like being able to track where each document is in the signing process. The system is reliable, saves time, and feels worth the money because it cuts out a lot of extra steps. It makes document management simple even for people who aren’t very tech savvy.

Cons

The only downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes documents can take a little while to load, and every now and then a signer runs into a minor issue depending on their browser. It’s not common, but it can slow things down. I also think the price could be a bit more flexible for smaller teams.

### "Efficient and Reliable Digital Signing Solution"

March 23, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with DocuSign has been very positive. It streamlines the document signing process and makes it easy to send, sign, and track agreements in real time. The platform is user-friendly and accessible, which helps improve efficiency and reduces delays compared to traditional paperwork. While there are some limitations with pricing and occasional minor glitches, the convenience, reliability, and time savings make it a valuable tool for managing documents and workflows.

Pros

DocuSign makes the entire document signing process fast, simple, and efficient. I like the time savings of signing digitally

Cons

While DocuSign is very effective, the pricing can be expensive, especially for smaller businesses or occasional users. Some key features are only available in higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting. The interface can also be a bit cluttered when managing multiple documents, and there are occasional glitches or delays when uploading or sending files.

### "Easy and Quick To Use"

October 3, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with this platform has been positive. It allows our organization to upload and work on documents within the platform and to be able to collaborate with others as far as edits or signatures to complete a project. The best feature is that others who do not have a login or an account are still able to complete the task that needs to be done and is sent back to the original document holder. Unlike other systems, the recipient must have the platform and licensing in order to complete functions outside of signatures. which can hinder a process due to lack of access.

Pros

Docusign is a great tool for collaborating on assignment that need involve various members of a team or a department. The ease of use is great. We are able to upload documents for review and signature and make some edits. The flow can continue without having to micromanage each step of the process. My organization is in the process of an ERP implementation and Docusign is one of the many programs we are able to integrate into the new system. Allowing us to sign and have documents signed through our HCM system.

Cons

Some Cons to Docusign in comparison to other platforms that are alike, the features are not as advanced as I would. For example the way documents can be edited, adding company logo to forms while already uploaded into Docusign.

### "Does what it says on the tin, as well as you could ever hope for."

August 28, 2025

5.0

Fantastic, have used for many years and even after periods where I haven't needed to use it for a while, always super simple to come back to (in fact, there are often updates and so it's even better to use with each passing year).

Pros

The UI is absolutely intuitive. There is a visual element to everything which makes what you are doing clear and simple to understand. So far, all aspects that I could want in here are covered. I haven't thought of anything and wished it was in there as it covers all aspects of legal documentation signage. Notified at each step of the way (if you choose to be) so never left in the dark about where you are at and who the document is currently with in a signing process.

Cons

Honestly, for a system designed for what it is, can't fault it. The worst I can say is that I'm not a fan of the new logo as it is bland and doesn't stand out when I have many tabs open, but that's about it!

### "The strongest solution for your documents and E-signs."

February 4, 2026

4.0

Overall it's a solid solution for signing documents (maybe the most valid one) with some minor downsides. To avoid these downsides, keep an eye on everything that is related to fees and costs. Also because their support can let you wait several days

Pros

Docusign helped us streamline the signing process of important documents where other solution were not so reliable. It can help send the same documents to different signers and it is also integrated inside adobe pdf, so the workflows runs smoothly.

Cons

Everything about pricing. It is on the costly side (but quality comes with a cost), certain features can be costly if you go over your included limits. Also renewal does not come with notifications or warnings.

### "Great for storing your contracts in an organized library"

January 31, 2026

3.0

It is good when you used to have your contracts simply stored in folders to have them organized with Docusign. The possibility of storing templates and the search function are great. However, the arduous review process and the lack of AI integrated in this tool makes it only satisfactory.

Pros

When keeping you contracts organized is important this tool can help. Is working perfectly as a library for your contracts and you can easy find your contracts with multiple criteria.

Cons

The review process even if intended to take place in the CLM has still to be managed outside of the CLM especially when dealing with multiple rewires and external partners. There is no AI integrated in this tool.

DocuSign delivers a highly efficient and secure digital signing experience, making document management seamless. Its intuitive interface and extensive integrations simplify workflow automation, while compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR ensures data protection. While the pricing might be a concern for smaller users, the overall reliability and ease of use make it a strong choice for streamlining document processing.

Pros

One standout feature of DocuSign is its seamless integration with various platforms, making document signing effortless across devices. The interface is intuitive, reducing the friction typically associated with paperwork, while robust security measures ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR. Its automation capabilities streamline workflows, cutting down processing time significantly—ideal for professionals who value efficiency without compromising security.

Cons

One drawback of DocuSign is its pricing structure, which can be steep for smaller businesses or individual users who need only occasional document signing. While the platform excels in security and compliance, some advanced customization options—especially those related to automation—require higher-tier plans, making scalability a challenge for those on a budget. Occasional UI lag during high-volume transactions can slightly disrupt workflow efficiency.

Overall, my experience with DocuSign has been very positive. It is fast, reliable, and very easy to use. The platform makes signing and sending documents extremely convenient, saving time and eliminating the need for printing or scanning. It works smoothly on phones, tablets, and computers, which makes it very practical when you need signatures quickly. Overall, it saves a lot of time and makes paperwork much simpler.

### "Easy and reliable way to sign documents online"

April 11, 2026

5.0

Overall my experiance with DocuSign has been very positive. It’s a reliable tool that makes document signing quick and hassle free. I’ve used it for both personal and work related documents and it works pretty smoothly most of the time. There are a few minor issues here and there, but nothing major. It definitely makes life easier compared to traditional signing methods

Pros

It makes signing documents digitally very simple. You dont have to print, scan or deal with paperwork anymore which saves a lot of time. The interface is pretty straightforward and guides you step by step, so even first time users can figure it out easily. I also like how fast the turnaround is when sending documents for signatures, especially for contracts and agreements

Cons

### "Reliable e-signature platform with room to improve the UI and phishing protection"

April 29, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with DocuSign has been positive. It is a dependable platform that saves time, reduces paper-based work, and makes document approvals much easier to manage. The tracking and completion status features are especially useful. While the interface could be improved and stronger anti-phishing protections would add more confidence, DocuSign is still a solid and practical tool for electronic signatures.

Pros

DocuSign is reliable, easy to use, and makes the signing process much faster than handling documents manually. I like that it keeps everything organized, provides a clear audit trail, and makes it simple to send, track, and complete agreements without chasing people by email.

Cons

The UI is functional, but it could be cleaner and more modern in some areas. Some screens feel a bit crowded, especially when managing multiple documents or workflows. I also think the anti-phishing and security awareness around suspicious signing emails could be stronger, since fake DocuSign-style emails are common.
