We can easily reply to customer social media requests in a timely manner Cons I sometimes get confused as to what I am responding to. April 24, 2018 5.0 Insights from all of my social media pages in one location Pros What I love about Sprout Social is that I can see how all of my social media pages are doing in one location, and it has very insightful reporting! Cons There's not much I don't like about this software. If I had to pick one thing, maybe it would be nice if I could export stats from all social media outlets into one export. November 27, 2018 4.0 Pros Initially I switched to Sprout Social just to see if we would like it better than Hootsuite. The interface is nice and the features were more robust. Cons Honestly when it came time to decide which one we would continue with the only negative for Sprout Social was their pricing. We have only used the basic version but was really helpful for hashtags and picking up trending topics in order to best choose our marketing strategy. This is really all we need for now.
