Also makes it easy to respond to consumers in an efficient way. Cons As a small, growing business, we have multiple team members that could use access, but we can't afford more than two users. While many additional users would only have access to limited functionality. A tiered system by user access level would be ideal. Pros This is not your average social media management tool. This is for those professional-level accounts that are worth a hefty investment. There are many useful tools to this platform. My favorite is their in-depth analytics. It's difficult to capture meaningful kpi's on some other platforms. Cons This is probably a bit overwhelming of a solution for a new social media manager. Pros I like the the program has a lot of features and can be used with a lot of social media programs. It seems to have more options than other SM scheduler programs. The reporting and analytics are good. Cons There are still glitches to be worked out with the program. It needs some work to be great. Also for a small business or individual it is expensive compared to other programs out there. The customer service is less than stellar and could use some work too. You definitely need to view the help videos or have some hand holding by an experienced user, but once you've learned the process, it's fairly intuitive to use. Cons A little pricey for what you get.
