Pros

Sprout Social is a machine, yes - it has a lot of features that social media teams are going to love. Also, they have great knowledge base and materials released on a regular basis.

Cons

It it not intuitive and I found it quite expensive - we've been switching to Kontentino also for better client's approval features.

Pros

Great UX. Customer service is great. IT has different analytical reports.

Cons

I couldn't integrate sprout with Vimeo. It doesn't have non default reports.

Pros

Great user interface. My favorite features are the reports, social listing tools (You can see who's interacting with your company or specific keywords you set up) and being able to 'check off' messages or notifications that you have seen or responded to already.

Cons

Sometimes there are bugs, which can cause functionality issues. Also, things like LinkedIn Showcase Pages, Youtube, Vimeo, LinkedIn groups, Facebook groups to name a few cannot be scheduled or automated.

Pros

This is a good tool for customer service as all the comments are in one location and it allows for regulated customer care. It is also a nice interface for usage.

Cons

The Instagram scheduling tool has a lot to be desired. The user still has to post at the scheduled time and this is then highly dependant on Wifi ... I realise this is connected to Instagram limitations, but it does not make scheduling easy... it really is doubling up on workload rather than a reduction.

Sprout Social lets you queue up social media posts without relying on 20 different social media platforms. This in itself makes it worth it to me!

Cons

I wish it included YouTube since this is a very big part of our social media analytics. It is also a bit pricey for the budget.

Customer service used to be more responsive... it takes a while to hear back from the customer support email.

Pros

This is the best social media management platform for working with teams -- it's easy to communicate internally through the platform and keep track of tasks. Reporting is also helpful, though I wish there were more options for representing the data.

Cons

The app is full of glitches. I'm not able to view my calendar, and each post often shows the same photo.

I've been using Sprout Social since September 2016 and I really appreciate the customer service offered by this company. Excellent if you manage a lot of different facebook pages. Clear reports. Lots of updates and improvements.

Pros

Good integration of different social media. A+ customer service.

Cons

Has Instagram reports but not publishing yet, even though we are supposed to have it in the future. Hopefully, they can also integrate Pinterest in the future.
