It is also nice to be able to see all of our messages in one place from different platforms. Cons It is inconvenient that Instagram doesn't allow schedules posting, which isn't an issue with Sprout, but it would make the software that much more helpful. Cons I have frequently experienced issues where my scheduled content has failed to post. This is a recurring issue. June 22, 2021 5.0 It has helped me organize and plan the social media profiles of the clients I serve, maintain the relationship by allowing me to reply to messages within the platform itself, this is very functional and optimizes my time! Pros It allows me to organize our posts, plan the content of my social networks, and best of all, leave scheduled publications. Stick with FB and IG and don't waste your time and money. Pros We were looking for a way to collaborate on socials comments across a team which is why we jumped on Sprout Social. The analytics were also useful. Cons It is 10 times easier to use Facebook and Instagrams native tool for handling comments. A response that would normally take 5 seconds on FB and IG would take 5 times longer on Sprout. There were many glitches in the software that made it unusable as well. The support and onboarding were not helpful at all. I reached out multiple times and never got responses until I said I was going to cancel, and even then they couldn't help. And of course they locked me into a full year contract and after 3 weeks we wanted to cancel but they wouldn't help us at all. Review Source AA Andrew A. You'd have to see what best fits your needs. Pros I have used a few different social media scheduling tools and have found that I really like Sprout Social. It is a good product for social analytics, scheduling and being more efficient. With SproutSocial, I can assign tasks to other workers and it's easy to train others on how to use the software. Highly recommended for businesses with multiple people handling social media. The price is right too. Cons Not a big fan of the mobile app. It is buggy at times and sometimes takes too many extra steps to complete one task. Review Source IL Imani L. Pros Overview of the calendar posts to get fast input on content is helpful, ability to edit images as you publish content saves time, and the clean layout is appealing. Cons Confusion in IG app. (especially for those within a team who do not use the dashboard or the software often). Unable to 'test drive' upgrades to determine if the additions will be best fit.
