Unfortunately, it was very "iffy" with it's publishing, and we'd have to go in and manually post after many times that Sprout failed. Pros Sprout is easy to use and pretty user-friendly for the most part. Cons Sprout has several issues, and their customer service is really difficult to get a hold of. Our team had to contact them several times over unresolved issues that never even fully got resolved after their assistance. We switched to a different scheduling plan and have no regrets. I can say my experience with the Sprout Social was not all good. Pros I can manage many social media accounts from one dashboard, get an in depth analytics and report, and also their customer support is quite impressive Cons This platform is quite expensive and as such, several low pocket prospects cannot make use of this software and also they do not support youtube and other visual social media platforms like pinterest. Pros I'm able to manage my Social Media with Sprout and publish on social media having the publishing and management software all together made my job so easy. I can connect with other influencers and I can monitor my account. The customer care agents help solves any problem with issues that I may have. To have help with my business needs when it comes to creating. Also, being able to integrate all of my social media accounts with Sprout makes the business run smoothly on my end.
