I've always enjoyed using it and it handles all the general requirements for a tool of this type well. I recall really enjoying the reports. Cons I don't have anything bad to say about this software. After my business scaled back it did not make financial sense for me to keep with that service, but for what it was it was pretty good. Pros Dedicated customer support, and there was a good ability to access sprout social on mobile. I found it good to use in a team atmosphere as it allowed me to set and limit permissions within the account for the different team members. Sprout social also helped me to keep on top of basic web/ social media trends in general. I still reference their free information about social media channel demographics etc. Cons The entry price to use sprout might now be a bit steep for smaller businesses when compared to its competitors. The cost was substantially lower in past years which is a troubling trend to get involved with if you have a small or tight budget. Did not support YouTube or Pinterest Timeframes can only be set for “weekdays” and “weekends” which might not offer the granular level of scheduling that you might prefer. Review Source Jaime D. It is al together in one place and is very easy to use! Cons The only thing I don't like is how much more it cost to add on Social Media Listening. It is a great feature, but extremely pricey. Pros Good customer service, easy to use, helpful at times. Cons The part I really dislike is that I every time I write a draft, I have to scroll back up and push back the date to write the next one. SUGGESTION: Make then the entire calendar of drafts visible at once and make it possible to "select all" and schedule all on Facebook at once and all on Instagram at once. The app is a shame, it needs a lot of improvement. Pros It is possible to easily create posts for social networks. Cons You don't have enough tools to monitor instagram and facebook. Very focused on twitter and my clients do not use this social network. Pros Sprout Social is really good with scheduling posts across social media channels. It is almost seamless and does a great job. The analytics provided are great and east to read. It is also easy to keep a track on topics relating to business across channels which is great. Cons The problem with this Sprout Social is that it sometimes misfires when posting to Linkedin. Instagram posting is also little glitchy. They've been very helpful in helping me figure out a campaign and Communications strategy for my day-to-day and weekly engagement of my followers. They're also been very intregral in helping me figure out how to monetize my streaming programming Cons I'm still learning the software and so there's an uphill battle however once I get there groove of things this campaign in the communication strategy will work better. Cons It's a bit glitchy when dealing with large volumes of comments and the mobile app doesn't seem to sync with the desktop account, creating a bit of confusion.
