I like that they offer a fair and not very high fee for their services and that they give us the users the options to use an in house specialist if we have one and if not we can always ask them for an external specialist Pros I like the CMW Platform because of it's effective business control and the way in which it helps the company manage its processes by allowing integration with software that is already being used by the employees meaning they would only need training for the new platform functions but can still remain in their current positions and their current work would not be effected. I also liked that this platform is customized according to the company's needs so there are no unnecessary programs added that would not be used. I also liked that this software platform can be used in various different industries and that it is not industry restricted. Cons I can not say I have any dislikes or any parts that I least like I find that for the skilled IT professional this program is amazing but for your average employee that has minimal IT skills they would find the program difficult to use and would require additional training while using the program.
