I needed help on changing this information and your customer service refused to help because I haven’t paid. If I don’t know if this isn’t going to work correctly then I am not going to pay for the product yet. **Pros:** Didn’t get to try this out and I have NO Pros **Cons:** Customer service is non existent unless you purchase maybe. I don’t know because I couldn’t get ANY help and was told I didn’t have a paid plan and refused to help.
