It centralises users and their rights in a single pane which has helped streamline and optimize access management and changes . Using Multifactor Authentication, Okta makes provide an extra layer of security that makes it hard for unauthorized persons to access enterprise data and information. It really has making it easy to controlling user access and keep things secure from unauthorized access. Fast setup with assistance from customer support permit us to start use it in no time. Cons Still no option to access it from biometric of face recognition & verification. It will remove so much hassle to typing my password everything I am accessing different account. Some of the more advance tools take more time and effort to learn, but the guide documentation is complete and I can find the answer from the FAQ section. I like a lot the simple interface. Pros This software is super easy to use, my main use if the OKTA Verify, who help me everytime I want to do homeworking. As the manager, Security Operations, it helped in centralizing and simplifying identity management across our organization. Okta has grown to be a very reliable and flexible partner in operations that ameliorate security and increases effectiveness in our operations. Pros What I love about Okta is the seamless integration of a lot of apps from cloud to premises-based. The adaptive MFA and SSO brought a great leap in the security and users' collective experience. More importantly, real-time threat insight from Okta has been helpful with strong remediation action against the same to help prevent those risks in the future. Cons While Okta is very powerful, the setup-especially for organizations that must keep to certain regulations-could be a little overwhelming. The learning curve was quite great, especially when trying to conduct some customization of roles and permissions.
