Its like my personal vault. If I am logged into Okta I can pretty much login to any other apps, which I find is cool. Other than the intuitive interface, Okta's very considerable customer support really changed our ways of identity management. It is so well-designed and makes the user authentication quite simple; hence, it drives collaboration, employee engagement, and productivity. Pros It's ease of use is second to none; hence, onboarding and integration with existing systems have really been seamless. For instance, their user-friendly dashboard allows so much easier access management, allowing every team to deliver for the business without security holding anyone back. Cons While Okta indeed provides a load of features, for large teams, the cost may get rather high; it stretches the budget, so to say. Advanced functionality takes some time to learn, but given resources surely help with that. Pros Okta has a very good security system like an in-built 2 factor authentication, also it has many tools which can be accessed using a single login, our organization has our own tool which we ll need to login and verify using Okta so that we have access to it so overall its a very good product with various ways to authenticate ourselves.
