Onboarding (and off-boarding) users is also faster. On the whole automation has reduced much of the 'human' error in our day to day identity related processes and increases stakeholder confidence in access motivations. Pros I’m using Okta for my daily life with both sso and mfa and as well as any other related provisioning across our org. It is also the only system I utilize for new hires or separations. I also like the hr integrations with our major cloud softwares because I only have to manually enter new hire onboarding information one time and then its all automated for the rest of their new hire process which really saves my time helps to clean my interface. Cons Custom app integrations and oauth configurations took me longer than expected and the admin console performance was also slow and it felt buggy when it should be snappier.
