The support team is outstanding. Innah was extremely patient and helpful, guiding me step by step whenever I had questions. Cons What I like least about ReferralCandy is that a member does not have a single unified dashboard that shows everything about all the campaigns they are part of. It would be great if they could add this, so members don’t have to deal with multiple different dashboard links and get confused. Now everything works out and I can highly recommend the app for all shopify users. Pros First of all, I was seeking for a good referral program app which is ideal for Shopify and referralcandy is the nonplusultra for that. I can confirm that the functions and tools are very professional and flexibel. Cons All good. Just for the domain setup (if you want to send all e-mails via your domain) you need some technical knowledge. But honestly, just ask the AI and it works out. Which Premier league comes down to the difference between the website and using the app directly inside Shopify, the later does a much better job.
