It helps us consistently meet documentation requirements for our state’s Medicaid program, as well as Medicare and commercial payers, which is critical for our organization. Customer service is a major highlight—support is very responsive and knowledgeable, making implementation and ongoing use much smoother. The reporting functionality is robust and allows us to track key clinical and operational metrics with ease. ### "Buyer Beware – EHR Your Way's Sales Illusion"

One of the worst examples of over-promise and under-deliver that we have seen in our 3 decades of owning and operating businesses. Though no way of knowing for sure, we believe their business strategy is to intentionally overcharge for creating non-refundable forms during the implementation phase while clients are unaware (our invoice was nearly $5,000 before we discontinued their ability of ACH withdrawals from our account). After realizing what was going on, we advised that we would not be using their EHR services and requested a full refund. They advised the creation of forms was non-refundable.

Pros

The sales presentations were well developed, professional, and created a deliberate illusion that this company was among the leading EHR vendors of the industry. Direct quote, “since the pandemic our team of software engineers has grown to over 90”. This was instrumental to our decision to contract.

Cons

What was not conveyed during the sales presentations was that their team of 90+ “software engineers” were independently contracted, foreign outsourced labor - credentials of which are unverifiable. We have since been notified that there are only two employees within the company, both conducting the sales presentations.

Hello Ken, I'd like to clarify several issues with the claims in your review. Firstly, we currently have 73 programmers and have never mentioned that we had 90. Our entire employee count is approximately 150. Two, we own a wholly owned subsidiary in India which the vast majority of our employees are. This allows us to be the #1 vendor out of 153 for several years running by providing the best-of-breed software in the market at a price that agencies can afford. Third, our contracts explicitly states that form creation fees are non-refundable. We created 152 forms and only charged you $1,500 saving you $2,300. Your statement that we charged $5,000 is inaccurate and you still have an outstanding balance which we've written off. Lastly, it's unfortunate that we were unable to fulfill your automation expectations which no other customer has requested. We wish you all the best... Respectfully, Jay

We had a great experience overall. The therapy notes have been clear and robust as we've updated our system. It's a great value and service!

Pros

I am a licensed professional counselor. I have enjoyed EHRYW more than the past 2 documentation services I have used. The team was great to work with and had our concerns attended to immediately. They met our needs very well! Our team has adjusted to using the new system this year and EHRYW helped the whole transition.

Cons

It was a tough transition at first but they worked with use very well. The therapy notes were bland at first but they made our requested additions throughout the process to completion.

I have used several different client programs and EHR is by far the most logically layed out, easy to navigate and easy to correct errors with.

Pros

It is a very user friendly program and organized logically. The customer support is kind and attentive and patient and I personally don’t experience many “crashes” bug issues when using.

Cons

I don’t think i have any dislikes as of currently. I haven’t experienced any “big” issues that aren’t relatively easy to fix

Pros

The process is easy to learn with reptation. The patient portal is easy for clients to utilize. Customer support is good.

Cons

Not a lot to dislike. Zoom has issues with sending reminder links at times, not often, which is not reflective of EHRYW.

Value for the money, ease of use, not many bugs or issues, the patient portal kept getting better and the management system was easy to use

struggle with simplicity, documents were difficult at times, sometimes we struggleed with figuring out how to load and get documents

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with EHR Your Way. In the past I have strongly disliked the EHR experience, and it has led to a negative satisfaction with the company overall. This has only improved my experience with my agency.

Pros

I have been a therapist for over ten years, and have been frustrated with most of the EHR's I've used throughout the years. EHR Your Way has been so easy to learn and to use- I needed almost no help learning to use it. Things seem to be very intuitive, and it is very reliable. Everything makes sense, and it makes it very efficient to do paperwork.

Cons

I can't really think of cons. It could be nice to embed a GAD-7 or PHQ-9 directly into the treatment plan or progress note.

Pros

Griffith Centers has been working with EHR your way for 4 years so far. We are thrilled with the flexibility they have when working with our agency and the complexity and magnitude of other organizations we work with. Absolutely love the customization we can do with EHR your way to work with our needs for all our programs and services we handle. The customer services and all-around company are very pleasurable and knowledgeable of the platform to be able to answer all needs. There is not a platform out there can that do what we need and EHR was able to make it happen.

Cons

When we came to EHR your way trying to explain the different things we need for the different programs and each of their services they provide, has taken a minute to create. We needed to break each program down one by one to lessen glitches and unworkable fields.

I find that EHR is highly user-friendly, and I appreciate its ability to be customized to meet our specific needs, as well as the availability of customer support at any time. Although we briefly transitioned to another electronic documentation service, we quickly returned to EHR, as it proved to be the more effective solution for our operations.

I appreciate how the EHR platform offers extensive customization options, allowing it to be tailored to the unique operational needs of each facility.

Cons

Although the system is customizable, implementing adjustments to meet our specific needs can at times require additional time.

EHR Your Way, is one of many EHR or EMR systems I have used during my 15+ years in medical billing. When I became system admin form my current company, I had both user and analyst knowledge. Their ticketing system is fast and efficient, user privileges are easy to manage, the overall user interface is easy to navigate and training new staff is a breeze. I highly recommend this software package for its affordability and ease of use. Our staff loves its convenience and ability to keep others informed through documentation and note taking. EHR Your Way gives the admin the ability to add or suspend users as people come and go with the company and in return provides us with piece of mind for our security and protection of client data.

Pros

EHR Your Way is a really great system and is adaptable for our needs when it comes to customizing forms or making updates as the industry evolves.

Cons

Sometimes, but not always the system may appear slow during peak hours 4:00pm - 6:00pm PST. This could be due to our own internet connection or more of our users finishing up for the day.

It's readily available to review my schedule quickly, as well as to stay up to date with meetings/events that are shared with my coworkers. The administrative assistant is able to easily add events to my calendar without any issue, so there aren't any miscommunications. It is also very helpful to have easy access to important documents, records, and client information for our company. I have not had to use customer support often, but in the rare cases that it was needed, the issues were resolved very quickly!

Pros

EHR helps me stay organized, schedule my days, and stay connected to coworkers as well. It especially helps that you can link the schedule with your google calendar too- that way I don't miss any important meetings or events! I'm also able to stay informed and up to date with any important information/documents.

Cons

Before I found out you can link your google calendar, I would sometimes miss seeing scheduled meetings on my EHR calendar. However, once I linked my calendars, this was no longer an issue!

Took a year to get comfortable with it, but the more comfortable I became the greater tool it was. And I left many stoned unturned.

Pros

I liked all the choices for goals and diagnosis. When I learned how to do them the appointments became easier.

Cons

It was a steep learning curve. We had a number of problems initially and our office manager was on the phone a lot with you. However, you were always helpful. Truthfully, it took me a year to finally figure out all the ins and outs and even then I was missing stuff. Luckily, our office manager was tech savvy to help when I was pulling my hair out. Throughout the year I find out from colleagues "wow you can do that?" I used the system from 2022-23 and I often got caught in areas when trying to put in diagnosis and it was quite hard to find the one I want and then have it end up in my report. It really became a hope and prayer that I could figure my way through the labyrinth. It was hard to figure it out with out guiding hands,

Cons

The consistency in addressing issues directly through the system can be a bit spotty, and at times the program is less intuitive than I would like. That said, these areas have shown remarkable improvement over the past few years.

Pros

EHR Your Way is very easy to use, and customer support is always quick and helpful when any issues come up. I like that new features such as the client autopay option have been added over time. The patient portal is user-friendly and reliable, and creating notes is straightforward. Provider login is simple but still secure, which makes daily workflow smooth.

Cons

There isn’t much I dislike, but I’d love an automatic save feature for notes to prevent data loss if a page refreshes or closes unexpectedly. A dark mode option would also be great to reduce eye strain during long documentation sessions.

Very happy with the functionality of the system and ease of use. It is a very user-friendly system and pulls data into a way to understand it easily.

Pros

Customer support is quick and efficient. They are always taking requests back for production and helping improve our system.

Cons

I would say my only CON was not being aware when changes were coming, but with their newest update, we get notifications at login when new things are coming, which has been very helpful for my staff members.

Ive experienced very little issues with using EHR yourway and there was little to no learning curve to using the system. They even have an app that has come in handy on a few occasions.

Pros

The user interface is very simple and easy to navigate while also offering the company plenty of options to customize the platform to suit their needs.

Cons

It would be great if the platform has a function to notify you of upcoming due dates instead of having to manually go through my caseload to keep track of things.
