" April 26, 2017 5.0 I find the workflow easy, and I like that eventzilla keep their naming conventions standardized - there are no tabs with misleading names (which leads to much less menu-diving) - overall 5/5 Pros Workflows are easy to figure out and editing on the fly is great - most other systems lock you in to a "Generated Inventory" - so if you make a typo or have to change to STOP SELL date you can't do those on the fly edits like you can with Eventzilla Cons An aggregated Order/Attendee report would be great! So much goes into event planning, but with this software it was so much easier. Cons Eventzilla offers so much to make planning an event simple and efficient that there is so much to explore and learn. Pros I liked how everything from registration to scheduling to check-in flowed. This was the first time I used Eventzilla for an event and it went off without a hitch! Cons Although it was nice to pass on the fees to our attendees, I would have preferred if the fees were less. Used the software for: ### "A great service for online registration" October 9, 2015 4.0 We used Eventzilla for registration for a trivia night fundraiser, and it was exactly what we needed. The event page is quick and easy to set up, and there are many options for tickets, handling payments, etc. The fee is simple and straightforward. All tables were sold online before the event. Credit card payments worked great through our PayPal account. I only had two minor issues. First, I would like a little more control over the format of the event page. Second, the event owner needs to be notified about incomplete orders. We found out that one person thought they were registered but their order was in an incomplete state, which we did not know about and could not find a cause. Fortunately we found this before the event sold out. So, it is a good idea to monitor the incomplete/abandoned orders. Otherwise, this service works well and is easy to use. All registration info was in one place. Cons A number of people found the site didnt let them register or didnt allow them to pay well before the close of registration or the event was full. May 4, 2017 5.0 Pros I love that there is no delay in getting your money deposited to PayPal. Our organization uses PayPal to process hotel charges which are due AT the event. Other systems don't send you your money until after the event is done. Eventzilla sends you money as people register, enabling my organization to pay its bills on time. Please note that a small number of registrations can sometimes remain "Incomplete" due to problems or delays in processing of the payment by the payment gateway. There are a variety of reasons for these payment transaction problems, which in almost all cases have nothing to do with Eventzilla. So far I have yet to find anything that works as well as Eventzilla does. Pros It's ability to create a limited number of tickets for multiple catagories that respond individually rather than to close down the entire event. I need to organize state-wide training for a very large group of people who were located all over the place in a hurry. We had our locations mapped out, but we didn't know how to gauge our attendance. We didn't want have the expense of setting up and traveling to locations if no one was going to show up! Enter Eventzilla! Eventzilla helped me quickly set up registrations for each site and provide them with follow-up reminders, directions etc. Eventzilla provided an easy cut and paste code that I could place on a landing page to direct folks. It worked GREAT! We did have some events that people couldn't attend. By managing all the events through Eventzilla we were able to direct them to other locations and cancel events that weren't going to be well attended. It worked GREAT! Review Source BH Brian H. It has helped us keep costs down while having a professional presence on the web for our event. Pros I love that on a limited budget I can have a professional presence on the web to register individuals for events. With free events/meetings we can keep our costs down. If the attendance is beyond the free plan, we can pass along the fees to the registrant means we can keep our costs down for using the service. Pros Eventzilla is a great, free way to send invitations in a professional manner.
