Visitors find it useful and easy to use, customization is good to present my brand rather than Eptura's, so it really shows as my company. Integration with other platforms is not as easy but doable. Connectors offer a lot more of compatibility and extra options.

Is not the cheapest in the market Changes from Proxyclick to Eptura have taken out some options I used to have and now require an extra fee

Easy to deploy, setup, and go live. We were operational within days.

Pros

Easy to manage both expected and unexpected users. Adminstrators and Users are able to quickly plan for their visitors and manage the entire process including collecting critical information such as any training required for safety.

Cons

There's alot of options and configuration but that's a good thing. Its great to have the flexibility to make the sytem work for you.

Overall, proxyclick has been very helpful in terms of our contractors and visitors coming in and out to our Plant and it does make our security guards life more easier.

Under the billing section there are no details. I can't see my method of payment or any past invoices. Actually there is nothing other than an email address.

I am happy that we use this product. It is very useful in several areas and gives a professional impression to our visitors.

Pros

It is useful to be automatically notified when your visitors have arrived. Also very useful to be able to respond to this with one click. Furthermore, the product is important in terms of safety: we always know who is in the building. Because this data is stored in the cloud, it is remails available in the event of emergencies.

Cons

Not really anything to mention. If there are problems, it has more to do with external matters than with Proxyclick itself.
