I think acculynx is a great tool to have. I think acculynx is easy to use and a great way to stay organized.

Pros

Being able to keep everything organized. It’s easy to keep team members update to date using acculynx.

Cons

I like least about acculynx is when the system is down. Also using the app on my phone can be frustrating.

My experience has been great! Obviously, there are always going to be more thing I’d wish to achieve using a 1 stop shop but I believe as AccuLynx changes it will meet my needs more and more.

Pros

Great app to keep up with all things involving a project. Works well with communicating what I need to my team.

Cons

Camera doesn’t perform well solo, company cams ability to integrate makes up for it though. It would be nice to integrate with Roofr

What I like most about AccuLynx is the value it’s brings in for my money I pay monthly. It’s a great system

Cons

There is nothing that I like least about AccuLynx. I fortunately don’t have any cons at the current moment

My overall experience has been very positive. It makes my day to day job quicker, and the pros as compared to the cons are very good

Pros

The integration of all of the different softwares (eg. estimating, payment processing, reporting, etc.) make this a very helpful all in one platform

Cons

I do not care for the user software. The app could use a makeover to look cleaner and more organized. It seems very boxy right now. Also, it would be great if there was a way to make different jobs under the same contact file, while now we have to do 2 seperate leads for the same person if it’s multiple jobs.

Overall I find Acculynx easy to use and train new hires on, and find that it covers all my needs from setting the lead to making the sale and following up post.

Pros

Its easy to onboard new hires to Acculynx. The user interface is pretty self explanatory and its fairly easy to find all the features you need. the mobile app is also nimble and easy to use on the road.

Cons

Reporting functions are fairly limited without custom fields, but those are supposed to be rolling out soon, so I'm hopeful reporting will become easier. I also wish the email function had more options.

I've really enjoyed working with Acculynx and learning my way around the software. It's been easy to use and really makes my accounting job a lot easier.

Pros

Acculynx is great for centralized communications between field and office staff. Having all job-related information easily assessable.

Cons

Sync issues and communication between 3rd party systems. We use QBO and at times we have issues with payments and expenses recording accurately.

My overall experience with AccuLynx is positive! It’s easy to navigate, easy to stay organized, and well-designed.

Pros

What I like most about AccuLynx is how it’s organized. Not only is it easy to find jobs, but each tab within the jobs help to keep all of the files, documents, photos, and general information nice and orderly.

Cons

My least favorite thing about AccuLynx is how the camera will often turn white when taking photos within the app. It usually happens when I try to zoom in. When it change to my regular phone camera it does not have this issue.

Very user friendly. Easy to find what you are looking for. When it comes to the mobile app, it would be nice to not automatically take you to communications when you click on a comment. Or make it easier to swtich between the two once you click.

Pros

The interface is very easy to use and navigate. It is also easy to be able to find what you are looking for. Enough options to get the job done, but not too many where it becomes overwhelming.

Cons

When scrolling through notifications, once you delete one, it automatically scrolls all the way back to the top instead of taking you back to where you left off.

not that’s great not that horrible. but all in all our company is leaving acculynx so that should tell you that there is work to be done

Pros

accessibility it’s nice to be able to use these features on my phone. but a lot of the times i have to use my web browser to fully use the app which is very inconvenient

Cons

not being able to put lead into proper status on app not being able to edit contact info either. there’s a list of cons in comparison to the pros, sadly.

Pretty great but I think improvements will need to be made. The estimating through the app is a great idea but needs some TLC.

Pros

Great for complex jobs or simple jobs. There's also live pricing through ABC and SRS and other suppliers.

Cons

Not as modern and intuitive. I think competitors have an advantage on this. I also think that Accuylnx would be much better if estimates looked like SumoQuote

easy to use on PC, iPad & iPhone… friendly user interface with all pertinent details easily accessible

Cons

unable to create/update estimates on iPhone, not sure if i’m not just not seeing this feature or it’s not available?

Everything you could need for a roof job. From entering a lead, to tracking it through the process of the job, to sending an invoice. From A-Z Acculynx has you covered

Pros

User interface was pretty simple. Also, the customer support was always right on queue when I needed than.

Cons

The amount of automated emails and notifications are a bit overboard. I think if there were half the amount of them it would still drive the message across.

I have had no issues w/the site so I'm happy w/the site. AccuLynx has been great for our company & all the staff is very pleased with AccuLynx.

Pros

The ease of use is great. Not being tech savvy I was able to navigate & upload information with ease. Other users can read my updates on lead submitted & tracking is a breeze.

Cons

None to speak of so keep up the great work. I'm sure there are bugs that may need to be worked out but I've yet to encounter any.

Ease of use. Quick to be able to build quotes. Job details are easily shared with the production and installation crews.

Cons

Messages can get lost from the office as there are so many of them. It would be way better if we were able to stop the boss randomly changing prices.

the staff is extremely helpful and the platform is the most dependable in the market. The transition from our old CRM was fairly simple as well.

Pros

It is the most reliable CRM in the industry. The amount of automations and custom workflows we were able to setup really help to streamline our business.

Cons

There are so many features. The setup and training is a bit thorough, and the need to have continued training arises due to the amount of information needed

Very good and I am sure that I will have many more years of using this platform and the opportunity for the community we serve

Pros

Functional and very easy to use. Pictures and videos are very easy to share with your customers. Adding photos from your camera is also a very functional feature.

Cons

The glitches while zooming in and out while taking photos is the only thing that keeps me hopeful for the next update

Some of the features are limited and you have to go through multiple steps to do simple automations.

Cost is somewhat prohibitive for smaller business and integration with accounting would be very helpful

A lot of great built in features. QBO integration, status tracker. status check lists, built in payment through accupay.

Cons

Support hours. Not available evenings and weekends. We often have issues outside of normal business hours.

Great tool for collaborating and lead tracking. User-friendly interface. I can easily see the status of my active jobs

Pros

Easy to track workflows and lead statuses. Integrates well with apple products. Easy to collaborate with coworkers for visibility

Cons

It logs me out earlier than I’d like after inactivity. I often run it in a tab but not always running it consistently

customer service is usually pretty awesome, im a hard one to love and I require patience.

Pros

that it provided the oppurtunity to utilize a system to bring some automation to my life

Cons

Everything is an add-on, and you have to commit to the whole portion of that add-on in regard to price, even if using only bits and pieces of that. If that part were more customizable, it would dominate and, I feel, would generate more in the long run because it would maintain more affordability and build more long-term clients, but when you start to crest into the thousand-dollar range, the bang for your buck is lessened.

Pros

Ease of use. Having the mobile app is very convenient. Easy to keep jobs organized and informed. Good for multiple sales people.

Cons

Not all features are avaliable in the mobile app. The possilbe matches feature is annoying and can sometimes be very confusing when entering a new lead.

Very good experience overall. Very easy to navigate once you know what you’re doing. My colleagues like it as well.

Pros

Able to keep track of jobs and send estimates/invoices quickly. I like how professional the invoices look when I email them, and like the features of being to add additional info, if needed.

Cons

I’d like to have a “new lead” add that keeps the contact info for the job and not bring over a previous job addresses for past job sites and keeps only info for the contractor itself

It's been great! We utilize AccuLynx predominantly for estimates and ordering, as well a cataloguing client information. For these purposes, it's a great piece of software!

Pros

AccuLynx allows for seamless workflow, from scheduling, to estimates, to ordering with our local suppliers.

Cons

Things can sometimes be not as visible as I'd like. In an administrative role, important messages or notifications can sometimes be lost in the shuffle of other various notifications
