It has all the necessary features we need for job creation, tracking, financials, and communication. Pros It's a full-featured CRM that allows us to communicate internally and maintain all pertinent information. Also allows you to track and record communication with your customers. Cons I'm not a big fan of the photo report creation and setup. I feel like the photos could be grouped by tag a little better. It is an excellent way to keep the office and the field on the same page Pros The ability to access all of my clients information in one place. And communicate whith them seamlessly without having to use several apps like we did previously. Cons Some of the photo album capabilities could use an update. April 17, 2026 5.0 We love Acculynx and it can do so many things that are helpful to our business and have allowed us to grow and scale. The customer service is top notch. Pros We love the pipeline and organization. We also utilize reports plus and it has changed how we run our business. Cons The cost for additional add ons is a lot. Sometimes my team will ask for something or look at something and it costs so much money that I just can't agree to it even if I think it would help. I wish some of these add ons were included. It makes everything about client management very straightforward. Pros The product constantly works well. We have tried other CRM's and this one is head and shoulders above the others. Cons I am so happy with this product that there is nothing that I do not like. It is just well implemented. Even the app works great! Pros Pretty easy to operate and navigate through. The interface makes sense and is easy to learn. It helps me stay organized. Cons It doesn't integrate with Outlook for sending emails to customers. It doesn't have an option to generate multiple estimate tiers within the same estimate, sol the only way to do a "good, better, best" estimate strategy is to generate three separate estimates, which is time consuming. November 13, 2025 4.0 It's very challenging to create a report and edit photos for projects. I've used it now for 5 years and do find it 4 stars but has areas to be fixed and approved. Pros Easy to add notes for the projects. I do like the reporting aspects, and the editing of PDFs we make is easy. Cons The photos do not upload in order and are jumbled. Reports are so hard to organize. You need to create albums and then organize the photos in the desired order. So difficult to keep organized and very time consuming. Review Source KG Kevin G. The ability to use one system for everything is extremely convenient. Pros I like the integration of the hover app and eagleview features in order to build estimates faster and more accurately. Tried using a different crm with another contractor and just to confusing to use. Cons Sometimes photos/video uploads can be troublesome especially when not under wifi. I had acculynx when I owned my own company and now work for a company that uses acculynx so it has been a seamless transition. Pros The ease of estimates and photos. The fact that a person can order an eagleview or manually enter a measurement is great and uploading photos to a customer is easy when you can do it from anywhere. Love lead tracker and calendar. I really like now that you can edit your notes. Cons The new way to enter leads - Ugh. Pros I like the customization options that AccuLynx offers - you can use however much or however little of the options that you choose. Cons I don't like that we are not notified of received emails in AccuLynx - I either have to look back through the entire email thread in the job card or make sure that I am cc'd. and can get replies through my external email account. Without AccuLynx, we wouldnt be able to determine our profits and losses with ease with the reporting tool. Pros tthe accessibility of the entire app and the financials of the app as well. I like how far you can drill down into the customer info, the job info, nad the financials Cons No integration w roofr, our primary satellite imagery add on and the lags it has some days. Cons Acculynx can get a bit pricey as your company grows and you have to start adding more users, but it is worth the money. Pros Having everything all in one place, customer support is great! Invoicing is nice and easy from each job as well Cons Sometimes the system is a little slow when it comes to adding things in payments or documents, it will not load and I have to exit out of the payment section and reopen it to add another payment. Cons Search feature is too specific. ie. I want to search for 1234 SE Street St, the search will not find it unless I type 1234 Southeast. I use it for every single one of my customers. Customers often look at my IPad while I’m getting their information and appreciate how professional and organized it is. Pros Acculynx is the backbone of my entire process. Without acculynx, I’d be a mess. I often mess up on my other apps like contacts and messages, for example. All I have to do is pull up acculynx and it’s all there every time. Cons I’m sure my only complaints are user error. Sometimes when I pull up a profile, it pulls up two and I choose one that doesn’t pull the lead up. User error more then likely Review Source PU Paul U. I like that when I’m searching for a job I just all I need to do is enter the job number and then a series of options comes up for a project that we’re currently working on and it’s easy for me to recognize which job to click on to upload the photos Pros Able to use it on my iPhone. Word is that the app isn’t as good so I’ve never bothered to use it. So I’m not able to accurately describe which one is better. Cons It’s slower then I’d like it to be. When uploading photos, one is fine. But when I have to upload a dozen photos, I find myself sitting here for a minute or two before it’s done. Review Source JJ Jameson J. My team really likes it as well. Pros AccuLynx is a great CRM for our roofing business. It has all the functionality we need to operate a successful business. Cons I feel like the UI could get a face lift. It looks a little old.
