Easy access by internet to contacts, cases, documents, and invoices. Also, clients can pay through my case. I like that I Can call and they will walk me through the process I am trying to use. October 15, 2018 5.0 Pros It's very user friendly so I was able to train all the employees fairly quickly to use it. Everyone at the offices loves it.
