Almost every show or event was listed and very easy to purchase. Pros Eventbrite is so convenient to use. Simple search to find events, workshops, shows in areas around you and near by. Pros What I like most about Eventbrite is that it is easy to use, and they send email updates about events based on what I’ve previously booked through their platform. Because of this, I’ve been able to discover other interesting events I might not have found otherwise. I like that for the payment I have so many options to choose when I want to pay. Cons What I like least about Eventbrite is the colour scheme. I don’t find it inviting, and I feel it doesn’t really suit a website meant for booking events. I think a green or light‑blue theme would be more appealing. It's as scalable as you need it to be, but very user friendly for both hosts and patrons. Pros Event set up is very easy, even for smaller promotions and organizations. It has easy to use templates to help market the event effectively. We were able to notify and market to our followers to build awareness to them and to groups beyond. Cons After learning the basics, it's always a good idea for your admin to dig into the details of the finer points in the preferences. Even little tweaks can improve the experience for both attendees and for promoters. Pros Being able to sell tickets on my own website with ease as well as creating own images and copy for the event. Cons I don't like all of the fees even though you can pass them on to the buyer. Pros I love how easy it is to promote an event, whether or virtual or in person. Event brute never gave me a hard time with creating tickets for events. Cons I don’t have a lot of things I can say I don’t like, but it would be nice to see it somehow more accessible to people with disabilities. The instructions were pretty clear and the set up was easy for payments, etc. It gave in depth reports on income and what not. Fantastic application for small event organizers. You can get started for free and commissions are much lower than what other ticketing websites would charge. You have professional looking tickets with QR codes that you can scan on your app for allowing entry. The software has eased events management from hosting to ticket management. Pros I like customer services of the product, they are awesome due to their timely response and professionalism. The software is also super easy to set up. The other thing that i like about the software is its seamless ticketing processes events planning. Cons I have not experienced downsides when using Eventbrite. The software has served its purpose. Cons Image frames for events and posts are a fixed size, and not always the size of the posters we've made, meaning we need to add boarders. Some flexibility here would be nice, but not needed.
