Eventbrite is an amazing team and looks like all system set up properly. Pros I like everything in Eventbrite: online app, website, set up, registration and most important notification process and customer service. Cons Will be better if they will add automated sms messaging for the notifications, reminders. No other recommendations. We even use is internationally as well and it's super easy for company and customer alike. Pros I like this tool. We use Eventbrite within our company to promote upcoming company events to our customers. It's really straightforward to use on the backend, and for customers wanting to purchase tickets. I personally always choose to promote an event on Eventbrite. Cons Not many to be honest. It is very easy to use. I have used it for many years and it seems that it has become even more popular in recent years. Pros I like being able to search for events happening near me by keyword. I like also having the app on my phone for when I go to an event that I registered for using EventBrite. It is easy to pull up the event ticket or confirmation electronically. I like that it stores your past Event attendance and purchase data in the app. Cons You must remember the e-mail address you signed up with when registering for an event. For those who have business and personal e-mail addresses, it can get confusing if you have event tickets being sent an e-mail address that you did not intend it to be sent to. Cons Probably better UI would be a good start. Application sometimes freeze while booking or making payment. This could be a server issue but could be addressed and resolved. Makes attending the event so much easier to have everything in one place. It also seems to be easy for end users to navigate and allows for a ton of personalization for our company. Cons I truly struggled when initially using this software. Cons Sometimes the platform glitches, which can make it hard to get updates about event changes that have been made. For those who need it to be even simpler, you can still email any invitations or updates from the platform. For online payments: Eventbrite gives you a secure option and takes a small percentage of your ticket sales in return. Cons I wish they had an "SOS" button. Events already hectic and stressful. It's becomes even worse when you have issues with your registrations system at the door. Thankfully I always have a printed back up list on hand when the system glitches. The website makes it very easy to discover, manage events and quickly recover tickets. The newsletter is also minimalistic which makes the user more likely to not spam it and discover upcoming events. Cons Nothing really I wish there was more integration with more ticketing websites. But I don't see Ticketmaster relinquishing a hold of there share of the market. I like the snappy ease of use of Eventbrite. I would definitely recommend Eventbrite to anyone hosting an event. Pros Eventbrite makes ticketing for events really really simple. It has simplified the process of getting e-tickets for any event. Cons sometimes synchronization with calendars isn’t as smooth as it should be. I’ve almost forgotten an event before because it didn’t sync with my calendar.
