As an event planner I use it for a variety of events to support my various client's events! Cons NO cons! It's a super user friendly tool to navigate event dates, ticketing, updates and more! The event weren’t where you thought they would be. Pros The initial set up for ticketing my event was simple and intuitive. I was able to quickly set up the date, venue and cost for tickets. Pros It's got a clean, simple to use interface that makes the user experience a breeze. I particularly like the option of filtering by "Features", "Event Types", "Resourcing" and "Pricing". Cons I wish it was made simpler to access CSV files from event sales to import into other scanning softward, as I can never find the correct option and it takes me longer than it should. We used this for workshop registrations before we built our own landing pages and funnels Pros I love the fact that you can have people signup for your event for free. You can have an event description, set max number of tickets, and collect emails too. Cons A lot of times people get spam registrations and there doesn’t seem to be a way to resolve that. User-friendly interface Everything is laid out clearly, so you’re not wasting time trying to figure things out. Built-in ticketing system Handles registrations and payments in one place, which makes things a lot easier. Pros It is pretty much the standard. It's easy to set up a series of events (collections) and you can have different ticket types. People can "follow" you so they get an update when you create new event. They promote your event with similar ones across the site. The few times I had to contact customer service went well. It's easy to email all registrants Cons There are two main drawbacks. One, the site is so complicated that you can fall down a rabbit hole just trying to change one detail. Two, while you get a lot, the fees are very high and they keep going up. Either your guests cover them or you have to. We ultimately went with another platform, Zeffy, where fees are optional. Another lesser issue is the Organizer app doesn't have much functionality beyond checking people in. You can't make changes like event banners or description. December 5, 2025 5.0 Extremely positive. It has helped me bring many event ideas to life by being a very straightforward event creation and selling platform. Pros I love how simple it is to create an event on Eventbrite. Customers can also easily and quickly purchase tickets to events by just clicking a link. I also love that events can be discovered by potential customers just browsing the site. It's easy to collect customer info and communicate with everyone by email if any changes are made. The ability to charge customers the Eventbrite fee is a great optional feature, fees are extremely fair if you decide to not charge them outward. The payment process is fairly quick as well and every report is easy to find. I have not experienced bugs, other issues, or needed to reach out to customer support, which is are great signs of an easy platform! Cons Sometimes the search function can be tricky to navigate, bringing up un-related events. The need to wait for payments to come through can be a downside to those who like quick payment options.
