Overall Bitrix24 has been great for my business. Having a place to see all the tasks, assign to employees and follow up on the work has really saved me time and money!

Pros

For task management it's FREE, it's easy to set up, it's easy to use.

Cons

There are many features that I haven't had the chance to use because it would require me to take some time to review it, test, and implement with the team.

We have now been working with Bitrix24 in a trial phase for about six months, currently with around 12 people. The system has since fulfilled its purpose and supports us well alongside our existing system. However, we have to do without some functions, which is not ideal. In the meantime, we have engaged a Gold partner who supports us from time to time. Unfortunately, his help is still limited on some topics. Although we are still in the trial phase, it looks like we will switch to Bitrix24 despite the limitations. The final decision is planned for the end of the year, and then we plan a complete transition.

Pros

We have actually looked at many solutions, but Bitrix24 is unique in terms of price-performance ratio. Up to 100 licenses are already included in the Professional version.

Cons

The support from the AI bot has actually been very poor and unhelpful so far. Unfortunately, the same can be said about the real support: up to now, not a single request regarding the functionality has been adjusted or resolved.

The switch has not been finalized yet, as we are still in the testing phase. However, it is very likely that we will make the change if the current trend continues. The price-performance ratio also plays a crucial role in this decision.

### "Terrible experience that only gets worse"

Pros

Almost nothing, if i'm being honest. I can find most of the features in any of the best software companies in the market right now.

Cons

I've been using Bitrix24 since last year, and I have to say: in the last few months, especially the last month, it feels like the platform has been abandoned and all the staff have been replaced by a dumb AI. Support has been taking days, if not weeks, to respond. We're experiencing an error with card merging that's been open for over a month. Changes are made out of the blue, without warning, and we have to constantly find new ways to do things. It seems to create more problems than solutions. No CRM card can be deleted, and merging doesn't work, so we created a column just to isolate cards that need to be merged and/or deleted. Automations don't pull updated numbers or contact names, so we have to create new cards when we correct someone's number or contact name, otherwise it sends automated messages with the old/incorrect information. We're constantly having problems connecting to WhatsApp, and we thought it was a Meta issue, but it's actually Bitrix. We're starting to evaluate new platforms to migrate our entire operation, and it's going to be a lot of work, but it looks like it'll be worth it.

My overall experience with Bitrix24 has been awesome. It has seamless features that scheduling easy and efficient. It ease of use is also a plus for us. I highly recommend this tool.

Pros

I like that Bitrix24 has an intuitive interface that allows users to customize with ease to match their desired features. It also very user friendly so new users do not struggle to navigate. Bitrix24 customer service team is highly responsive which is very influential especially during deployment as well when we issue any queries.

Cons

I do not have any dislikes on this Bitrix24. It has been an exceptionally great tool for us, it has been awesome.

It has been good - the pros outweigh the cons. Bitrix24 works for: - Lead Management - Marketing - Call Center - HR & Employee Communications - Sales Management - Automations - Project Management - Website & Online Store Builder It's not a simplistic as HubSpot or Monday, so it may put some people off, but it is scalable without breaking the bank. If your business is 10+ employees, then Bitrix24 can offer massive subscription cost savings as the Professional subscription offers up to 100 User licenses.

Pros

An All-In-One CRM that has loads of customisation that it is close to bespoke, but with the bonus that features are continuously being improved and developed within your subscription costs. It can be good straight out the box, but most customers will want to work with a Bitirx24 Partner so that it can be configured to integrate with your operations and enable massive efficiencies early into the adoption of Bitrix24. This will benefit your business in the long-term as you will look to utilise the 35+ functions - saving loads on additional subscriptions for Video Calling, E-Signatures, Cloud Storage, just to highlight a few.

Cons

Daylight Saving seems to be an issue making appointments past the date the clocks change in UK, but a fix is being developed for this.

Pros

The customization of things, being able to make it what I needed for my company.

Cons

Can be a little hard to learn and navigate at first, they offer partners to help with thing if you can afford it but I like to know how to do things. Once you learn it though it is super easy to use.

It is good and well known. Focused mostly on trading business and integration with 1C. Large application need Contract management tools and bridge to SAP/Oracle solutions.

Pros

It was the most popular in Easter Europe solution for decade. Widely used in India and some asian countries. Bitrix24 is CRM system designed for integration with native 1C Enterprise/Sales solution. It have integrated HR module, that makes is capable to be standalone solution for marketing team. Has integrated task tracking and project management tools as well has integrated time tracker. It has build in secure disk space to share files and data.

Cons

It is heavy weight and can slow down at deskt top use but awesomely fast on mobile. It has build in time tracker but no attendance controls. Focused mostly on 1C Enterprise integration for Customer module. Lot of manual iterations and need more automation for more leads loaded customers flow.

It was ok. I managed a number of projects with it while linking it to our sales department. It was good because we didn't have to jump from one software to another.

Pros

It has both traditional and agile tools. You can have a Gantt chart as well as Boards and so on. It also combines projects with CRM, which is great for many project-based companies.

Cons

It is a bit too complicated to use. It is not as intuitive as similar software applications in the market. While it is powerful, it is a bit confusing.

It is a complete website like social media of a company where there is a feeds where you can see all the announcements of the company and CRM with different workflows you can edit.

The app was helpful but still a bit dated and clunky to use. We did not ultimately end up using this program and subscribing due to some technical errors with the program. It needs more work on their integration being seamless for the users.

Pros

Task automation makes daily work flow easier and in return saves my time to do more meaningful tasks with my time. You can integrate many other apps as well to make this even more efficient for your business, however some of them do not work or are out of date.

Cons

The app sometimes crashes and forces a log out which can interrupt work flow. I have yet to contact customer support to have this resolved. Support can be limited with the app and they often guide you to their FAQ or support pages rather than having tailored support.

Generally, I like it only for the functions that I really use and need, but really, I feel the pricing is a rip-off.

Pros

Open Channels and messaging integrations with mostly all social media platforms and the website builder.

Cons

I don't like the fact that I am forced to take and pay for plans that I don't even need most of the features simply because they are not applicable to my business operations. I hope that we can be allowed to tailor fit our plans so I can only select the features that I need and what I really use. I feel like I am wasting the value of money I pay because there are lots of features that I really don't need and don't want to use. I also hope that the Forms can be as diverse and customizable just like CognitoForms which is what I use for customer orders, I can't use the Bitrix24 Forms because it doesn't have the kind of flexibility of CognitoForms. CognitoForms is far more superior in this area.

### "Much done, but still much to improve"

I would love to see a place where users can submit their ideas for developing the app - and others vote on these ideas. The ideas with the most votes would be introduced first. At the moment, I don't know at what stage my amendment is being submitted, when it will be introduced and if it will be at all (because maybe it only bothers me).

Pros

Great flexibility in the programme and the ability to add your own functions to many modules.

Cons

Poorly developed very basic functions that issue the basis for work. Holiday requests - does not count remaining holiday days Chat - it is not possible to change status to e.g.: homeoffice (as is the case with slack). No autosave in tasks. Mail client that is completely undeveloped.

Surely it's full of features, basically anything a CRM can have.

Cons

Its price and assistance are very bad. It is very costly if you really want to use all of its feature and if you have just a simple problem and need to get in touch with the support team, it can be awful. Design can be better too.

We have consolidated our outreach and operations under the same roof. It made it easier to communicate with donors, track volunteers and collaborate internally all vital services for an expanding nonprofit.

Pros

Bitrix24 is the all-in-one platform for us: CRM, Task management, Internal chat. In a small team it kept me from having to constantly switch between 4–5 different apps at any given time. I really appreciate intranet and calendar options.

Cons

The interface is not exactly the most intuitive. We all took a couple of weeks to adjust. But it work smooth after some experience.

Thus far I have been exploring the suitability of the product for our use, I like the flexability. The free plan option is very useful for evaluation and small businesses that might struggle with the monthly plan cost.

Pros

Britrix 24 seems to be quit intuative, though the terminolgy is very US orientated. I like the flexability of the product.

Cons

The AI Assistant is very clunky, The terminolgy, it took a while to get a handle on the workflow that Bitrix uses.

Used Bitrix for patient enrollment to pull up their accounts and keep notes on services or appointments.

Pros

Can be used for more than one thing. Similar to Salesforce, it was meant for another type of function but works just fine for our purposes. Its got a lot of features that are very helpful.

Cons

The navigating can be difficult depending on what you are trying to do. If you leave a page, you have to start completely over.

Would not really say anything too bad about it. I think it's the best CRM I have worked with so far. It is like having an item company within a tool or item.

Pros

I like its layout; it's very customizable, and it's easy to set goals or organize my tasks. It is interactive and enjoyable to use.

Cons

I have used it for a little while and honestly, I can't say I dislike it about Bitrix. If I had a complaint, it might be regarding having more free options for editing the page.

I liked Britrix24 due to its simplicity, flexibility and power. It gives a clear view of who's doing what and what needs to get done. It keeps tasks in order, deadlines on track and team members aligned.

It is not desirable that changing pertinent information in the application can only be done by me as the administrator, this delayed most my work.

I had both good and bad experience with Bitrix24 so I could lean both ways. But even with it's complex ways Bitrix24 will help get you organized and transform your growing business in a thriving one.

Pros

The chat features. Being able to communicate with employees easily and effectively and all together at once. Also, being able to track and watch the progress of my employees able me to help motivate and give the employees that needed a little extra attention got the attention they needed.

Cons

Performance issues sometimes and issues when trying to use the mobile app.

Pros

CRM, collabortive tools and continous improvment and innovation

Cons

In CRM some features are slow to load information (like deals)

Team members can define, assign and track tasks based on milestones while keeping task files and feedback all in one place. Overall, I would say Britix24 is robust enough to manage development sprints while remaining flexible to a variety of workflows.

Pros

Some of the features I like most about Britix24 are; helpful and responsive customer support team, highly customizable to suit various business contexts, user friendly and quick to learn and automated invoicing. Has a rich white boarding and brainstorming capabilities for generating ideas especially for the advanced version.

Cons

The advanced features require hirer tier plans and also I have experienced occasional performance issues with complex boards.
