As they have grown they have never lost the personal touch no matter how big or small a salon you are. I don't think I could highly recommend them enough, I feel they are essential to a business. Not only do you get amazing software but they will constantly send you new ideas to update your business. Any staff I have dealt with are always friendly and very professional with a great personality. It is fantastic how their company has grown and you get immediate support if things go wrong( rarely happens). I look forward to growing my business more with Phorest Salon Software. It deletes clients and inventory from our system, you can't track new requests, new non requests, It's almost impossible to get a quick response when problems arise. all of you contact info is with down or the phone numbers aren't in service. It's hard to believe but they have reinvented the way we run our business. The actual Softwear is very easy to use for all the staff but it's the blogs, updates and advise by industry experts that i get that has been amazing. I would advise taking on the salon app which our clients love and make use of the text and email messaging service. You may think this is an additional cost that you cannot afford but believe me it pays for itself. Lastly the Phorest team and customer support is the best I have ever come across. I love the way we can make suggestions and so far I've definitely tought of a few small things that for someone switching over would make it easier for example clients who want to make multiple bookings on the one day and this happens often a wax with 1 nails with another & lashes with another, our last provider allowed us to book all a one time but with different people. My worry was that you were not offering the software in the US. I waiting anxiously hoping for a return call because I knew this was the software for my salon. We are able to target clients by way of email for promotions to boost our bookings.Treat points are well received and keeping our existing clients is key. It would help if the system had a reminder pop up when our weekly repeat clients appts finished as this has caused us upset in the past. I wasn't very computer literate when I began but they take you through step by step. It has completely changed how I run my business. I now can provide better customer service and keep on top of the financial side more, with ease. The staff are efficient and friendly and listen to therapists requests and carry them through if possible. I would highly recommend the phorest system and company.
