October 22, 2015 5.0 The software provides so much information at my fingertips from a variety of screens & locations. I cannot imagine running the business without this system now. It took me a little while to get to grips with everything. The team at Phorest are always helpful and patient when I have had a query. I like the more detailed email template designs of late and the text reminders to clients. The online booking facility for clients is brilliant providing clients use it properly. The only problem I have had with the Phorest software, is that I haven't always had enough, regular time to use all its facilities to the max, but Rome wasn't built in a day !! It's so easy and simple to use, and the support function Phorest offers is just brilliant, they'll always get back to you so quickly! Like anything the more info you put in the better the results will be when running reports etc. There is every type of report you could wish for , and this systems helps when pulling off info for the account! Absolutely brilliant! the general appointment booking screen is so easy to pick up without having to be too tech savvy! Phorest have even developed an APP for us, so our clients can book online! Every report from the system is useful and I always refresh & advance my knowledge with the education they provide. I would never consider moving to another computer software systems as I know Phorest is the best one on the market, they are currently developing a new app to help promote my salon, this will help stay ahead as everyone is gone technology crazy. We have records of all our clients visits in all our salons at the touch of a button and can check the appointment pages in any of our salons to ensure that we can meet our clients needs at a time thats convenient to them. The chain library function is an amazing tool, giving us complete control of what is charged in our salons and the stock ordering system has helped us to reduce our overall holding stock as a group. Owner Used the software for: ### "Very good but can be better" February 16, 2016 5.0 I request few things but haven't got them yet 1 Please add an option to reprint receipt on appointment page. 2 Please add a report for monthly and yearly on a day break . 3Please add a currency calculator on cash up 4 Please add the option to calculate overtime for staff who get paid hourly . 5 paymentmate should be a part of phorest , its hard to deal with 2 software and end up either charging twice and its not a professional way to refund the money . 6 staff roaster should also display to clients when they try to book appointment . So far every step of the way each person involved has been a pleasure to deal with and responded to any queries with super fast efficiency. The installation itself was so easy and we received a full day of training by a representative named Greg who couldn't have been more helpful. We are already finding things easier and to top it off the monthly payments are less than we were paying before. The selfie feature is fantastic. Being a nail artist, I love to get photos of my work when I've completed it and Phorest has created a relevant feature which not only gives something back to the client but gives me the opportunity to gain more reviews, more social media content and potentially more business!
