Reliable product, prompt and informative customer service, affordable price. You won,t find a better PMS system for such an outstanding cost in our industry! From the easy navigation menu to the custom reporting functionality, has covered all of the must-haves and even some extra wish-list items for our small hotels. We wouldnt ever consider leaving WRP for any other PMS software!

### "NOT FULLY INTEGRATED"

The overall experience could be summarized in one word.... frustrating. The integration with other POS systems is extremely poor. For example, gross amount of room charges from the restaurant are recognized as revenue although they include taxes payable and service charges payable. According to their support, this is the way they do it and cannot be changed. The accounting reports are worthless and do not match the reports from the POS systems.

Pros

The program is fairly easy when it comes to front end features.

Cons

The program does not fully integrate with other POS systems. The accounting platform is extremely poor.

I have used for over five years, and I have never had any issues with the operating system or customer service. This is a go-to if you are in the hospitality business.

Pros

makes running your lodging business simple. The setup is user-friendly and secure, and customer support is prompt and helpful. They are also priced for your market or room count. There are no hidden fees all of their contracts are straightforward.

Cons

Adding QB directly into the system would be a bonus, but it is not a deal breaker. They have a reliable reporting system that is easily extracted and put into QB separately.

although the training videos are helpful, in my case - I am not the one to have set up the system from start - it means at times I have a hard time finding exactly what I'm looking for.

### "Good property software for a seasonal business."

Very good so far in our 3rd year using this software. The employees are still happy.

Pros

Offers an offseason discount on the subscription and the customer service is outstanding. Native English speakers (Canadians) that are very easy to understand.

Cons

There are things that other programs have but this surprisingly still does not have. They take suggestions on improvements and some customer service employees comment that it is a really good idea but, the changes are slow or do not happen often enough.

Very user friendly with a multitude of different booking options, fully customizable to each business type.

Cons

There needs to be more consistency between different accounting sections of Webrez. One example: Invoices created under an owners profile from owner list don't show when pulling the owner from a search (accounting --> customer search) and vice versa. Actions within an owners profile, under owners list, often generate an error. This has been occurring for several years.

I'm VERY pleased overall - it was confusing to set up, and the interface is 90's looking, but it's a sturdy, reliable, and easy to use once it's set up software. Also - you're tech support team is SUPER responsive!

Pros

Our Accountant told me "this software is amazing! you are on to the penny with everything that flows through them!" It's easy to see what bookings we have, email them, set up auto-emails for access codes to their cottages... once it's set up it's very easy!

Cons

Ghost Rooms - if you are fully booked and want to just swap two rooms it's a nightmare of steps to just swap rooms! Setting up discount rates/codes is not the easiest and often one little setting will make it not work. It would be great if there was a way to offer a one-time discount code - send it to someone to use only one time and then the code doesn't work.

### "Could not live without WebRezPro"

I could not imaging doing our business without . Discovering them was the best gift I could offer myself. Of course there is the pain of setting everything up and learning how it works, but man o man, what a difference it made in my life. It keeps much more order in my daily routine, eliminated the double bookings, creates email templates sent it automatic to guest without having to remember to send them manually, processing credit cards and so much more. It allowed me to grow to a point that 5 yrs ago I could not even dream of. I can never say enough about the support team, they are exceptional. At a few occasions, I brought up a few ideas of functions that were not available, but could benefits of it, if it was something they could do. The team gladly looked it over and saw the potential of how this could also benefits other customer, and made these options available. There is no double, that they are there for their customer and they are always looking at ways to improve. I have now worked with WRP for 6 yrs going in to my 7th, and I can never say enough of how much I love this software, but most importantly the support team that stand behind it. It would not be the same without you. Thank you WRP.

Pros

Everything from it's functionality, to the endless resources that is offered to us. It makes our job much easier, but most of all the team and support. That is by far what makes this software so valuable, is real people giving support that care about their customers. And it is a Canadian base company :)

Cons

Calendar upload time: My calendar is very slow to download, it may have something to do with the number of properties we have. But I am sure this can be fix when I take the time to bring it up to the team. Phone support: Is on week days only, and on (Central Standard Time) which is a bit early for us on the west coast (Pacific Standard Time) . It would be nice to have the hours extended and adding weekends too. But on the other hand, we are not left empty handed, as they do offer email support on weekends and after hours, that is monitored very closely.

I used WRP in 2008 and was so happy to learn that this program was in use at the new property I joined in 2022! It was like seeing an old friend!

Pros

What's not to love? I have use a variety of PMS platforms over the last 20+ years and not one offers the ease of use, reliability and SENSATIONAL customer service offered by ! This program is so good that I have implemented its use in two other properties in the portfolio owned by our Property Management Company.

Cons

I don't dislike ANYTHING about : Whenever I am in a bind of any kind, I call the customer service telephone number and am immediately connected to a WRP professional, and he or she solves any issue quickly and efficiently and in a most-pleasant manner!

the system is rock solid - it's never crashed. I've never lost any data. They have been very helpful - especially the support team. They actual gave me time and they knew what they were doing. In this regard they are top notch. No run around.

Pros

For the money this is the best product I've used or demo-ed. Its easy to use and the developers keep working to improve it. I how it connects with Expedia and Booking .com makes my job so much easier and eliminates double bookings. The integrated housekeeping app is neat. So is the paperless checkin feature.

Cons

Sometimes I wish the updates would come faster or that I would hear about the updates so I could take advantage of them. I check in with support or my account rep a couple times a year to see if there are any improvements. I also would like more email/sms automation for communicating with guests. And perhaps some marketing tools built in . I've used cloudbeds, yet a couple months later I switched back to webrez after my staff threatened a mutiny!

Very good. Other than a wait on the phone to get a representative, they are very helpful when you need to call for support. They do upgrades that are helpful.

Pros

Booking reservations is very easy. The system has all of the basic needs.

Cons

Could be more innovative in the housekeeping/maintenance systems. Need an area for changes/challenges that is visible at a glance, such as directives that can be added to the daily report.

Our experience has been wonderful! Customers service from our main rep, has been amazing and service from the technical support is always great. We really enjoy knowing that when we have a problem, question, or need to make changes that our service team is so easy to work with and will help in any way.

Pros

handles everything our boutique inn and RV park needs to run an efficient business. Reservations flow through our website via the reservation system module that is connected to our account and customers can easily book, make changes, etc. The system is moderately easy to use and the customer service team is amazing to help when you need it.

Cons

The booking options page needs to be enhanced. The customer should be able to see a picture(s) and see corresponding words of the additional booking option to entice the customer to add the booking option to the reservation. Example: Customer books a room for a birthday weekend stay, needs to present the booking option with a nice size picture of the item that the hotel wants the customer to add-on. It is very difficult for us to sell an add-on with words only. People need to see what they are getting with the add-on, then read the words.

Pros

We set up several years ago and the one on one help was amazing. Customer service has always been prompt when replying to my questions with detailed steps to fix the issue.

Cons

Because we are a small luxury hotel, we don't change the rates often but when we do, it always takes a little research to remember the steps to get to the right place in the system to make the changes. The same goes for overriding rates for special days or adding multiple invoices to a group folio.
