Reliable product, prompt and informative customer service, affordable price. You won,t find a better PMS system for such an outstanding cost in our industry! From the easy navigation menu to the custom reporting functionality, WebRezPro has covered all of the must-haves and even some extra wish-list items for our small hotels. We wouldnt ever consider leaving WRP for any other PMS software!

### "Counterintuitive"

It has been challenging, but it is working.

Pros

That it integrates with other systems. Any integration that allows us to use a different system is helpful.

Cons

We find it extremely opaque and counterintuitive. It takes us repeated attempts to remember/learn how to do some of the simplest tasks. I hate to be so critical, but it feels shockingly difficult to use, especially since it’s clearly just a series of binary conditions. It just does not feel as robust as a modern system should feel, in our opinion.

A1 - from the sales, to the on-boarding personnel, to the programming and support personnel, it has been a very positive experience working with WRP!

Pros

That it was Canadian... and it seemed pretty user-friendly to us (from our point of view as a cottage rental resort manager/owner and considering even more importantly how easy it was for our guests to use and reserve with us).

Cons

No program is one-size-fits-all typically but WebRezPro does a pretty good job of working with us to really have it meet our individual needs as a small rental resort in Nova Scotia.

We did a lot of research, had tutorials / introductions by companies, and finally settled on WebRezPro as it seemed to best fit our needs and the cost was pretty reasonable. We also liked the idea that the product / company was Canadian since we are a small business in Canada.

I have used WebRezPro for over five years, and I have never had any issues with the operating system or customer service. This is a go-to if you are in the hospitality business.

Pros

WebRezPro makes running your lodging business simple. The setup is user-friendly and secure, and customer support is prompt and helpful. They are also priced for your market or room count. There are no hidden fees all of their contracts are straightforward.

Cons

Adding QB directly into the system would be a bonus, but it is not a deal breaker. They have a reliable reporting system that is easily extracted and put into QB separately.

User-friendly and works great for small businesses. Best customer/technical support when I need help.

Pros

This software is user-friendly, and you can access it from anywhere once you have an internet connection. The availability charts are fantastic. All the custom and financial reports are easy to generate to provide you with all the necessary data on your business. Compared to other PMS, Webrez Pro is affordable.

Cons

I would like to see a report that shows advance deposits taken, deposits allocated, and the balance.

Overall, WebRezPro has been a positive experience. Once you get past the initial adjustment, the system proves reliable and efficient, with all the tools needed to run property operations smoothly

Pros

WebRezPro has just about everything you need to handle reservations and daily operations. It offers useful reports, flexible rate options, and connects well with other systems like AirBnB. It seems that it works well for small to medium sized properties, and the support team is always quick and helpful when you need them.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially for staff who don’t log in every day. Some features aren’t as intuitive as they could be, and it may take extra training or repetition before users become comfortable navigating the system. While powerful, the learning curve can be a barrier for occasional users.

I'm VERY pleased overall - it was confusing to set up, and the interface is 90's looking, but it's a sturdy, reliable, and easy to use once it's set up software. Also - you're tech support team is SUPER responsive!

Pros

Our Accountant told me "this software is amazing! you are on to the penny with everything that flows through them!" It's easy to see what bookings we have, email them, set up auto-emails for access codes to their cottages... once it's set up it's very easy!

Cons

Ghost Rooms - if you are fully booked and want to just swap two rooms it's a nightmare of steps to just swap rooms! Setting up discount rates/codes is not the easiest and often one little setting will make it not work. It would be great if there was a way to offer a one-time discount code - send it to someone to use only one time and then the code doesn't work.

### "Could not live without WebRezPro"

I could not imaging doing our business without WebRezPro. Discovering them was the best gift I could offer myself. Of course there is the pain of setting everything up and learning how it works, but man o man, what a difference it made in my life. It keeps much more order in my daily routine, eliminated the double bookings, creates email templates sent it automatic to guest without having to remember to send them manually, processing credit cards and so much more. It allowed me to grow to a point that 5 yrs ago I could not even dream of. I can never say enough about the support team, they are exceptional. At a few occasions, I brought up a few ideas of functions that were not available, but could benefits of it, if it was something they could do. The team gladly looked it over and saw the potential of how this could also benefits other customer, and made these options available. There is no double, that they are there for their customer and they are always looking at ways to improve. I have now worked with WRP for 6 yrs going in to my 7th, and I can never say enough of how much I love this software, but most importantly the support team that stand behind it. It would not be the same without you. Thank you WRP.

Pros

Everything from it's functionality, to the endless resources that is offered to us. It makes our job much easier, but most of all the team and support. That is by far what makes this software so valuable, is real people giving support that care about their customers. And it is a Canadian base company :)

Cons

Calendar upload time: My calendar is very slow to download, it may have something to do with the number of properties we have. But I am sure this can be fix when I take the time to bring it up to the team. Phone support: Is on week days only, and on (Central Standard Time) which is a bit early for us on the west coast (Pacific Standard Time) . It would be nice to have the hours extended and adding weekends too. But on the other hand, we are not left empty handed, as they do offer email support on weekends and after hours, that is monitored very closely.

I used WRP in 2008 and was so happy to learn that this program was in use at the new property I joined in 2022! It was like seeing an old friend!

Pros

What's not to love? I have use a variety of PMS platforms over the last 20+ years and not one offers the ease of use, reliability and SENSATIONAL customer service offered by WebRezPro! This program is so good that I have implemented its use in two other properties in the portfolio owned by our Property Management Company.

Cons

I don't dislike ANYTHING about WebRezPro: Whenever I am in a bind of any kind, I call the customer service telephone number and am immediately connected to a WRP professional, and he or she solves any issue quickly and efficiently and in a most-pleasant manner!

Pros

The manipulation of reservations, availability and pricing is great! Also, the integration with OTA/GDS is seamless. We are able to maximize revenue easily with the override features.

Room moves and room blocks are a bit cumbersome, but work fine.

the system is rock solid - it's never crashed. I've never lost any data. They have been very helpful - especially the support team. They actual gave me time and they knew what they were doing. In this regard they are top notch. No run around.

Pros

For the money this is the best product I've used or demo-ed. Its easy to use and the developers keep working to improve it. I how it connects with Expedia and Booking .com makes my job so much easier and eliminates double bookings. The integrated housekeeping app is neat. So is the paperless checkin feature.

Cons

Sometimes I wish the updates would come faster or that I would hear about the updates so I could take advantage of them. I check in with support or my account rep a couple times a year to see if there are any improvements. I also would like more email/sms automation for communicating with guests. And perhaps some marketing tools built in . I've used cloudbeds, yet a couple months later I switched back to webrez after my staff threatened a mutiny!

Very good. Other than a wait on the phone to get a representative, they are very helpful when you need to call for support. They do upgrades that are helpful.

Pros

Booking reservations is very easy. The system has all of the basic needs.

Cons

Could be more innovative in the housekeeping/maintenance systems. Need an area for changes/challenges that is visible at a glance, such as directives that can be added to the daily report.

We are very happy with the level of support & attention to our account that WebRezPro provides. It is comforting to know that they are so quick to respond to the challenges we encounter.

Pros

Being an independent property, I find that the software offered a number of tools that I had found with branded properties I have used before. It is super easy to onboard new employees and get them using the software efficiently.

Cons

Our challenge with WebRezPro is in the group tools. We find it very cumbersome to have so many different places to enter the same data (cxl policy, guarantee policy, market, source) when it could just be on one screen and carried thru. Also having to create an allocation for each date range is a lot of work when other systems just use a grid of room types and dates with block/ pickup/ allocation/ rate. It would also be helpful if the allocation screen showed more than the 1st 14 days. We realize our property is likely a lot heavier on the group block usage than other properties may be, but since the majority of our time is spent managing groups, it would save us a lot of time if this section was improved.

Our restaurant partner on-site required a product that their POS could integrate with and this was a feature WebRezPro had that the other platform did not.

It does the job at an affordable price. The lack of improvement in the program over time is disappointing. Customer service has been good when I’ve needed it.

Pros

One of the least expensive programs I have come across. It is easy to learn. You could run anything from a single unit to an entire 100 room hotel.

Cons

There is no mobile app. That’s really hard to believe in 2019. Using the full version on my phone is clunky and some features don’t work. Another really glaring failure of the software is that customers cannot go back into their reservations and update their credit card information. I deal with this issue constantly with foreign guests. I’m not a programmer but this seems like it could be fixed in an afternoon. Everything is drop down menus. All the demos that I try now offer drag-and-drop easy navigation.
