The software is very intuitive- new office staff catch right on. Cons It is a little cumbersome to set up the map layouts. But with a little patience it can be done. Otherwise it is very easy to use. Overall though I like the software. Pros Any time I call for assistance they are always helpful and they always send a follow up email just incase I forgot to cover something in my call to them. Cons Unable to combine units into a single count (i.e. different price groups for same unit; regular price, monthly, business, etc.) so the occupancy numbers are not correct. We are 100% full but dashboard shows only 25%. We can always be available to our customers. The customer support has always been wonderful. They are constantly upgrading the software and making it even better. They listen to suggestions. They are always helpful and a joy to talk with whether its on chat or the phone. Pros I like that it Automatically bills the customer by sending emails and text messages. then it even collects 80% of the rents for us. Customers can rent online if they like and that makes the process easy when you are an offsite owner. Cons I would like to be able to filter reports to fit my specific needs. I like the quick access to all my reports and being able to manage my business from my phone or laptop. I always receive reliable and comprehensive service from all the staff at Easy Storage too! They have been such a key component in the growth of my business that I have decided to purchase their gate access program in the spring! The customer support is excellent! And I dont have to worry about invoicing my customers, everything is automatic. I love it! I would highly recommend Easy Storage Solutions for any storage business! Website is engaging to potential customers. Support is superb. Pros Simple, very straight forward and yet has every thing you need to run you business. I interviewed all the top 5 companies. No one has as complete a product, and as superb a follow up system as they do, and certainly not at this price. Like all the major cos, the website starts out with few options, and is then customized for you, but these people with make tweeks that are important for the success of your business. May 10, 2017 4.0 Anytime we have needed help figuring something out the online chat help has been fantastic! I have reported the invoicing issues and they have told me that they "are looking into it". Pros Has many great features and services that we didn't even consider before moving to a software tracking program, I wonder how we got along without it! Cons The "invoicing" features need some improvement, our business provides services outside of the "normal" storage business (like delivery service and snow plowing). We were hoping to use this system for all aspects of the business but are back to using our old system because of issues with invoicing. One of the biggest issues is that this system doesn't have proper invoice sequential numbering. Every line item becomes an "invoice" number and if there is more than one item on a bill then you don't have an single "invoice" number for the entire bill. Very confusing for customers. May 11, 2016 5.0 Pros The ability to manage my business from smart phone and tablet. My Entire Office is Mobile with me wherever I go and I've been able to Rent Storage Units to New Customers at all hours of the day even when offsite and unable to meet customers in person even when 7 hours away from home on vacation. I'm also able to quickly check accounts for expired credit/debit cards or past due account balances. I would be lost without this Self Storage Management Tool !!!!!! Pros I highly recommend this software to anyone with a storage facility. It is a great time-saver, and provides excellent reports to help better manage our storage facility. Customer support is incredible, always quick to answer the phone, and able to assist with any problem that has arisen. We just completed our first billing cycle on this software program, and everything went very smoothly. I would never go back to our old system. The monthly fee is very reasonable, based on the size of our facility. Cons Having a hard time coming up with any cons for this software.
