### "Simple, Affordable & Perfect for Managing Coach Daytrips"

May 8, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. It’s been a reliable, easy-to-use platform that works well for managing and promoting our coach daytrips. As a small independent operator, we’ve found it straightforward to set up events, manage passenger numbers and share booking links quickly across Facebook, WhatsApp and our website. The checkout process is simple for customers, especially on mobile devices, and the QR ticket system helps make boarding easier on the day.

Pros

What I like most about is how simple and low-cost it is for independent operators and small businesses to sell tickets without needing a huge setup. For a business like Clarkes Travel, a few standout points are: Easy to create and manage daytrips quickly Much lower fees compared to many ticketing platforms Clean checkout process for customers on mobile QR code ticketing makes boarding/check-ins easier Good integration with websites and social media You keep control of your customer data Fast to duplicate repeat trips like Weston, Llandudno, Skegness etc. Works well for limited-seat events and multiple pick-up points It especially suits coach daytrips because you can: cap seat numbers easily

Cons

“The platform is excellent for selling tickets, but I’d like to see more built-in marketing features and greater flexibility in the design/customisation of event pages.”

Alternatives considered

[Eventbrite](https://www.capterra.com/p/114949/Eventbrite/)

Reason for choosing Ticket Tailor

We chose over alternatives like Eventbrite mainly because of the lower fees, simplicity and greater control over our branding and customer data. For a small independent operator running regular coach daytrips, keeping costs manageable is very important, and Ticket Tailor’s flat-fee structure works far better for us than percentage-based platforms.

### "Excellent option for small events and non-profits"

May 14, 2026

5.0

Pros

Highly affordable with transparent pricing, great event management functionality for the small- to medium-size events that I run, and top-tier responsiveness from their support staff. Any time I have had a question, I can always find the information in their documentation or get a rapid response via chat; any time there has been a bug with the platform, it has been acknowledged and fixed rapidly.

Cons

A few parts of the event administration UI are a little bit unintuitive and might take some exploration or practice to get used to. Managing occurrence overrides is one example where things could be a bit clearer.

Alternatives considered

### "Ticket Tailor review from a long time user"

February 17, 2026

3.0

Overall a good experience. I think there is room to advance the tech that it has the capabilities to do. I think it could also use some reminder messages like "you have not set up a confirmation email or have not changed it" type thing so that people like me that run ongoing events every month don' t miss those things

Pros

It is easy to set up and very intuitive making it work well for someone perhaps not as techy. I have been using it for years and it has served it's purpose well.

Cons

I don't like that the links say "buy tickets" because some ticket categories are free and it tends to stop people from clicking. I wish it had more reporting options. With the current availability of AI, it would be great to be able to do some compares of people that signed up previously that maybe have not sign up to current events. It's doable by exporting and inputting into AI programs, but would love to have it be available automatically. I also think it needs more connections to other email programs at a reasonable rate so that we can incorporate automation. Exporting and uploading to other programs is cumbersome and outdated tech.

### "Highly recommended"

May 9, 2026

5.0

offered the best value for money from all the ticketing platforms I looked at. It provides all the functions I was looking for and has made the process of running events far simpler than with our previous ticketing provider. User experience is positive - we have received no complaints from customers (unlike with other platforms we have used).

Pros

The aspect I like most about is the ability to manage several different events easily from one box office. Running a literary festival with 20+ different events it can be difficult to stay on top of each individual event but Ticket Tailor makes that incredibly easy. The app function is amazing and means we can assign relevant events to individual volunteers for scanning in attendees and monitoring overall attendance to each event. I also love being able to duplicate events which saves a lot of set up time for subsequent events.

Cons

It was tricky at first to learn how to use some of the more advanced ticketing functions but it was easy to get support from the team or to find the answers online.

### "Rocking from the Heart with Ticket Tailor"

May 12, 2026

5.0

Positive. We have been using them for several years now and have created 3 different seating charts with ease. They are responsive when you tell them about missing features.

Pros

Ease of use and ability to create seating charts easily. Great support when you have issues. Fees are reasonable and easy to manage

Cons

Missing a few features that we'd like, like on our floor map, we have seats that can be selected, but it does not allow the user to click the GA section to grab tix. It is a bit confusing for buyers, so we had to add notes to the map so buyers know what to do. Report generation could be streamlined and we are waiting for an option to be able to save a specific report. Now we have to recreate the fields every time we run it.

### "ticket tailor for non profit work"

May 11, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with has been positive and reliable. The platform makes it easy to create, manage, and promote events without needing much technical expertise. I found the setup process straightforward, and the ticketing system works smoothly for both organizers and customers. While there are a few areas for improvement, such as advanced customization and reporting, the core functionality is strong and dependable. Its affordability and ease of use make it a great option for small to medium-sized events, and overall it delivers good value for the price.

Pros

stands out for its simplicity and affordability, making it a great choice for event organizers of all sizes. The platform is easy to set up and use, even for beginners, with a clean interface that streamlines the ticketing process. I especially appreciated the low fees compared to other ticketing platforms, which helps maximize revenue. It also offers useful features such as customizable event pages, secure payment processing, and seamless integration with websites and social media. Overall, it provides a reliable, user-friendly solution that makes managing and selling tickets straightforward and efficient.

Cons

While is generally easy to use, there are a few drawbacks that stood out. The interface can feel somewhat limited when setting up more complex or large-scale events, and customization options aren’t as flexible as expected. Reporting and analytics tools could also be more detailed and easier to navigate, especially for tracking performance across multiple events. At times, the backend feels a bit unintuitive, requiring extra steps to complete simple tasks. Additionally, customer support response times can be slower than ideal, which can be frustrating when dealing with urgent issues or time-sensitive event changes.

### "Great Pricing, One Platform"

May 11, 2026

4.0

I have been using TicketTailor now for more than 5 years and have not found a better platform for ticketing. I have recommended it to many others.

Pros

TicketTailor has great pricing, and since I currently have 4 different venues, it allows me to handle all of the ticketing on one platform.

Cons

I am not a big fan of their newer page design. I wish they would just allow us to add the ticketing right to our home website without having to go to their site first.

### "Ticket Tailor is great!"

May 10, 2026

5.0

Great - easy to set up and manage with straightforward and transparent billing and support when you need it.

Pros

It is easy to navigate and use and great value for money. Communication via the chat is quick and helpful for resolving issues or providing support. Event ticketing is easily managed, can be duplicated and tweaked and the box office can be personalised. The check-in app is an added bonus, and the referral programme is great, if only I could remember to use it - I’ve recommended it to a few people, but not yet used the link!

Cons

There’s nothing much to dislike, other than it doesn’t have a stand alone presence like one of its rivals, where people will go specifically to look for events. I’ve used other platforms but prefer TicketTailor.

### "Ticket Tailor is easy and ethical ..."

May 9, 2026

I love using for events, especially as you can duplicate them and it is easy to set up multiple occurrences. I alos love their ethical credentials supporting NFP and charity events at no or low cost.

Pros

is easy to use, navigate and is always adding new features with excellent training guides on how to implement the features.

Cons

There is on minor niggle which is that if you upload the images, it always does so that you can zoom in, but not zoom out when creating banners or thumbnails

Extremely positive. If you want a ticketing solution that is easy to use, flexible and powerful, this is the one.

Pros

Very easy to use, intuitive, simple to use ticketing options. Much better than Eventbrite. Options to send email marketing to all attendees or a subset very easy. Creating discount codes or memberships very easy.

Cons

### "Flexible Ticketing that Supports our Mission"

February 17, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience with has been smooth and dependable. It’s a platform that does what we need it to do without adding unnecessary complexity. From initial setup through day-to-day management, the system has been stable and easy to navigate, which gives our team confidence during busy on-sale periods and performance weekends. We’ve found it flexible enough to support a wide range of programming, from single performances to camps and educational events. The checkout process is clean and straightforward for our patrons, and we appreciate having access to real-time sales data to help inform marketing decisions. Most importantly, it feels like a practical fit for a nonprofit organization. It supports our workflow rather than dictating it, and it allows us to stay focused on serving our audiences rather than managing technology.

Pros

We’ve really enjoyed working with . It’s straightforward and easy to use, which makes a big difference for our team. We’re constantly setting up new performances, classes, and special events, and the platform allows us to get tickets live quickly without a lot of back-and-forth or technical headaches. It’s intuitive enough that multiple team members can manage it confidently. We also appreciate the pricing structure. As a nonprofit, predictable and reasonable fees matter. Ticket Tailor keeps costs manageable so more of our revenue can go directly back into programming for kids and families rather than into overhead. Another big plus is how easily it integrates with our website and other tools. We can embed ticket pages seamlessly, export reports for reconciliation and grant reporting, and customize checkout questions when we need specific information from families. That flexibility is especially helpful for educational programs and camps. And finally, their customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Overall, it’s been a reliable, cost-effective system that works well for an organization like ours.

Cons

One feature we would love to see is an additional organizational layer within events. Because we produce series programming, it would be helpful to group multiple performances or related events under a broader “series” category that has its own landing page and promotional link. Right now, we manage individual events well, but promoting an entire series requires extra work and creative structuring. A built-in series-level view would make marketing and audience navigation even smoother. This isn’t a dealbreaker for us, but it’s an enhancement that would make the platform even stronger for organizations that present multi-performance runs or recurring programming.

Alternatives considered

[Zeffy](https://www.capterra.com/p/220131/Zeffy/)

Reason for choosing Ticket Tailor

We chose because it offered the right balance of simplicity, flexibility, and affordability for our organization. Compared to other platforms we considered, it felt more intuitive for our team to manage on a day-to-day basis. We were able to set up events quickly, customize ticket types, and embed sales directly into our website without needing outside technical support.

Switched from

[ProClass](https://www.capterra.com/p/115868/ProClass/)[Eventbrite](https://www.capterra.com/p/114949/Eventbrite/)

With Eventbrite, our staff had to manage all ticket transfers manually, which created unnecessary administrative work and slowed down customer service. In ProClass, it was challenging to operate independently. The system required significant staff intervention for routine tasks, and there were very limited online resources, documentation, or community forums available to help troubleshoot or learn best practices. That lack of accessible support made it difficult to resolve questions efficiently.

### "Recommended ticket sales site "

February 18, 2026

I'm very happy with at present, and look forward to seeing what new features they add to the service.

Pros

It's easy to set up and use, plus you can get access to your ticket sales pretty much straight away, which makes cash flow for event expenditure much easier to manage.

Cons

Some of the features are slightly hidden in menus, such as the ability to add users to the ticket scanning app. Also, I would pay for the ability to add ticket data from other outlets for a set monthly fee as opposed to paying per line of csv data uploaded

Pros

Cons

Great company, responsive to queries. Onboarding sessions were well ran by knowledgeable staff. We have multiple events being advertise at any one time so having them all in one place has been fantastic. Having them saved tonduplicate for future events also saves time when planning.

Pros

Easy to use and has been a great addition to our business in that it is much easier for guests to book out of hours which is increasing sales. Qr codes are great and alow our guests to book at the time they see a poster. The prices are a little high so factoring this in at the event planning is important. Positive. I always receive responses when needed. There are lots of resources that support my buisiness.

Pros

The value for the money. In researching registration platforms for my small business, finding one that was reasonably priced was a top priority

Cons

The cost for add ons. Having a tight budget, these costs add up. It would be helpful to have some sort of discount. Also a less confusing process to access the money I earn from referrals. The cost to get the few dollars does not make it worth the hassle.

Cons

I wish it integrated with more apps that we use like airtable, twillo and mobiniti. The ability to communicate with past ticket buyers to let them know about ipcoming events would be nice too.

### "Ticket Tailor rewards the patient"

It's a seamless way to get an entire event up and running with multiple check-in options so my team can be on their feet and not locked into a box office.

Pros

Very user-friendly once you know your way around. The updates are responsive without being too slow, and they're thoughtful of both audience and users' experiences.

Cons

Sometimes features are listed in places that don't feel intuitive. There are also some features I'm itching for that just don't exist yet.

### "I love ticket tailor "

Our overall experience with for Littleastonbury 2026 has been excellent from start to finish. As a volunteer-led charity festival moving to online ticket sales for the first time, we needed a platform that was reliable, easy to manage and affordable — and Ticket Tailor exceeded expectations. The setup process was straightforward, the integration with our website worked seamlessly, and the whole customer journey felt professional and smooth. The platform handled high demand brilliantly during our phased ticket releases, and the flexibility around waiting lists, ticket limits and reporting made organising the event far easier for our team. What also stood out was the transparency of pricing and the helpful support whenever we needed guidance. Ticket Tailor helped us modernise our ticketing process while keeping things simple and fair for our community. We would happily recommend them to other festivals and events.

Pros

We used for Littleastonbury 2026 and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better ticketing partner. This was our first year moving from a traditional ballot system to fully online ticket sales, with huge demand and multiple phased releases — and Ticket Tailor handled it brilliantly. The platform was simple to set up, easy for customers to use, and flexible enough for us to manage limited releases, waiting lists and ticket caps without unnecessary stress. What really stood out was the reliability. Our releases sold out incredibly quickly and the system coped extremely well under pressure. We also loved how transparent and fair the pricing structure is compared to other ticketing providers, which is hugely important for a volunteer-led charity festival like ours. The integration with our website was smooth, the reporting tools were helpful, and the customer support was responsive whenever we needed guidance. Ticket Tailor helped make the whole process feel professional, streamlined and manageable — both for our team and for our customers. Highly recommended fro

Cons

What didn’t I like about for Littleastonbury 2026? Honestly… not much. If I had to be picky, it’s probably that ticket releases sold out so quickly because the platform worked too well! We barely had time to catch our breath before another release was gone. As organisers of a busy charity festival with huge demand, we needed something reliable, easy to use, flexible and affordable — and Ticket Tailor delivered on all of it. The setup was straightforward, website integration was smooth, and the customer experience was excellent from start to finish. It took a huge amount of stress out of managing online ticket sales for the first time, and that’s invaluable for a volunteer-led event like Littleastonbury. Would absolutely recommend.

### "A platform that grows with you! "

Years ago, when first moved from a monthly subscription model to a per-ticket fee structure, I’ll admit I didn’t understand it. I was concerned that my customers might end up paying more, and that worried me. But in practice, it hasn’t worked out that way at all. Our customers consistently comment that the pricing feels very reasonable compared to other ticketing platforms. And over the years, the new features and improvements they’ve added have more than justified any minor fee changes. I’ve now been using Ticket Tailor for over seven years, and I’ve been consistently happy with the platform and the support behind it.

Pros

I’ve watched grow over the years, and I continue to be impressed by how responsive they are to their customers. They consistently work to introduce new features in ways that are thoughtful, efficient, and genuinely useful.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything I do not like. It makes me feel good to know if I did think of something, they likely would help fix it. They are that responsive in my experience.

It has been very good I have used you for over five years and really like the service please carry on

Pros

It’s an easy system to navigate the way it’s set up is simple and easy to use. Payment is prompt which is very good.

Cons

Could be cheaper on fees. I find the fee is a little to high and with events costing so much it would be better if less

### "Great Platform "

May 14, 2026

5.0

I have used for several years and its always been quick to setup an event for sales. I tried other platforms but the difficulty is high and takes too long.

Pros

How easy it is to maneuver the site to setup and edit events and fees are lower than other platforms

Cons

The seating chart fees ! They are as much as the ticket sales fees. That could use some work. Could also add direct deposit as an option instead of just paypal, stripe and square

Thanks so much for the kind words, James, and for sticking with us over the years! It's great to hear that getting events up and running has always been quick and easy for you – that's exactly what we're here for. We really appreciate the honest feedback on seating chart fees and payment options too. We're always listening and looking for ways to improve, so we'll make sure that gets passed on to the team. That aside, we're pleased that you chose us for our lower fees in comparison to TicketSpice, Eventbrite and Purplepass. Here's to many more events with Ticket Tailor!

### "Reliable, Easy and Helpful"

We love TT and would never swap it for any other package. It also ties in really well with Stripe, another efficient system.

Pros

It's easy to use and manage. The show / ticket displays look nice and it's easy for the customer to book too. The criteria is wide. TT never let us down, it's great support and always helpful. Good value for money, safe and effective. We also use the email facility for letting customers know where to go and what time before shows. Bugs always sorted quickly. We love .

Cons

Two step login especially if we are both logged in at the same time. Everything else is fine. I like how we can print show listings - the downloaded spreadsheet lists aren't so good.
