Pros

Cons

There wasn’t much to dislike, but a few more customization options for event pages and email templates would be helpful.

Ticket Tailor has enabled me to work with more tutors and expand my business, I like the ability to send personalised reminder and thank you emails, I'm also enjoying the support feature which always figures out ususual tweaks I like to make and helps me use lots of the ticket features e.g different catergories of ticket which has enabled me to offer workshops to a wider audience.

Pros

I run a craft studio with multiple tutors who manage their own ticket sales, we all use Tickettailor and it is great that I am able to have access to all their accounts so I can oversee all the bookings, it has therefore reduced lots of the admin as I can easily see how many people are booked onto their events so I can ensure the studio is ready for them, It also means I can help them promote events with low sign ups etc...

Cons

I do find that I have to click multiple times to find some useful basic information, for instance if I want to quickly check a customers email address it takes about 5 clicks and the process isn't that intuitive. I had high hopes for the app for this kind of thing but I ended up deleting it as it lagged so much.

Overall a good experience. I think there is room to advance the tech that it has the capabilities to do. I think it could also use some reminder messages like "you have not set up a confirmation email or have not changed it" type thing so that people like me that run ongoing events every month don' t miss those things

Pros

It is easy to set up and very intuitive making it work well for someone perhaps not as techy. I have been using it for years and it has served it's purpose well.

Cons

I don't like that the links say "buy tickets" because some ticket categories are free and it tends to stop people from clicking. I wish it had more reporting options. With the current availability of AI, it would be great to be able to do some compares of people that signed up previously that maybe have not sign up to current events. It's doable by exporting and inputting into AI programs, but would love to have it be available automatically. I also think it needs more connections to other email programs at a reasonable rate so that we can incorporate automation. Exporting and uploading to other programs is cumbersome and outdated tech.

We’ve found it flexible enough to support a wide range of programming, from single performances to camps and educational events. Ticket Tailor keeps costs manageable so more of our revenue can go directly back into programming for kids and families rather than into overhead. One feature we would love to see is an additional organizational layer within events. Because we produce series programming, it would be helpful to group multiple performances or related events under a broader “series” category that has its own landing page and promotional link. Right now, we manage individual events well, but promoting an entire series requires extra work and creative structuring. A built-in series-level view would make marketing and audience navigation even smoother. This isn’t a dealbreaker for us, but it’s an enhancement that would make the platform even stronger for organizations that present multi-performance runs or recurring programming.

Easy chilled and helpful. We have been working with them as our main ticket site for over 6 years now and they have been so easy to work with and essentially leave us to it to do what we need to do.

Pros

The independence to sell and set up tickets with our own structures. The site gives you that freedom which in turn gives you more flexibility to earn a better mark up on your overall ticket sales.

Cons

I’d love to be able to create weekly ticket update emails to send to agents that request weekly sales updates. That would be a HUGE help if that is built into the back end that we can coordinate.

OPTION WASNT THERE. WE SWITCHED FROM USING TICKETWEB AND MUSIC GLUE COMBINED. In this day and age.. the margin for profit as a touring venue is so narrow. Being able to add the booking fee on that any ticket site requires but it’s something we get instead literally changed the cash flow and profits for our business. It was a no brainer to do it.

Love everything about Ticket Tailor. I have been using them for quite a few years and wouldn't ever think about changing to another platform. I recommend it to everyone I know and use it for all my jobs that need ticket sales.

Pros

I love the pricing! This was the original reason why I swapped my ticket sales platform to Ticket Tailor!

Cons

The only issue I find with Ticket Tailor is adjusting the price of tickets for a certain day - it is a little cumbersome if you have a weekend-long show and you want one of the days to be a different price than the others. There is a way to do it! Just takes a bit to set up.

I'm very happy with Ticket Tailor at present, and look forward to seeing what new features they add to the service.

Pros

It's easy to set up and use, plus you can get access to your ticket sales pretty much straight away, which makes cash flow for event expenditure much easier to manage.

Cons

Some of the features are slightly hidden in menus, such as the ability to add users to the ticket scanning app. Also, I would pay for the ability to add ticket data from other outlets for a set monthly fee as opposed to paying per line of csv data uploaded

Excellent. Much better and more detailed and cheaper than Eventbrite. We left Eventbrite as they began charging monthly fees, even for those running only free events.

Pros

Easy to use and understand. Many different options for forms, confirmation emails, ticketing. Best of all the fees are low, which really works for us as our tickets are free or low cost.

Cons

Ticket Buyer Messaging only arrives via an email, it needs to be integrated into the back office too so that it can be checked by team members other than the one linked email address.

Ticket Tailor is one of the best free software and cloud hosted ticketing system. You simply set it up, add events and let it do the rest. The check in feature for apps is very useful for knowing who is in the venue or not, and the ability for online tickets too.

Pros

Ability to hide tickets and use a specific code to access the codes.

Cons

You have to pay for a seating chart; however would be worth paying for.

It's very easy to use and emails deliver with ease and we hardly ever have people say they're missing the link to online webinars.

That email broadcasts are limited and you have to ask for more. I am yet to use the scanner on the app so it will be interesting to see how that works at our in person events.

Pros

Ticket Tailor is very user friendly on the front and back ends! We LOVE it for our performing arts center and arts education studio! The customer service is second to none which is probably our favorite feature. We believe very strongly in climate action and sustainability efforts -- we are happy to use a ticketing platform that give back! Ticket Tailor has a very reasonable fee structure as well as non profit rates! The are always adding new features and accept suggestions.

Cons

We are very excited for the soft launch of the multi-ticket feature! For quite a few years, you could not add two separate events to the same checkout cart. We are beta testing the multi-checkout feature for our summer theatre camp and we are thrilled! We would love for Ticket Tailor to expand to a full CRM so that we could house our donation and ticketing in this platform. Now that we are nonprofit, we we need to maintain ticket holders and donors in a CRM.

We have worked with Ticket Tailor for the last few years for ticketing for muliple regional festivals. The system is really easy to use, its good value for money and working with Ticket Tailor has helped us increase sales and grow our events. The ticket gate check in app is really helpful too.

Cons

None really to be honest. We would prefer more assistance directly rather than just through web chats or online articles however we have now learnt the system and don't need as much support.

Instant amendments live on website. 24 hour chat service. Idiot proof!! Personalisation is great. And all the info you need is there whenever you need it.

Cons

The mobile site sometimes doesn’t like quick scrolling if you’re trying to make changes. Won’t let you amend easily.

Pros

nothing as yet. the system is easy to use and works well on multiple platforms. the only thing I can think of is that the payments are inconvenient as not a lump sum.

Pros

Ease of use and speed of payment. Very intuitive system . My clients have not had any issues with purchasing tickets

Cons

Theres not anything that I’ve found issue with at this time and I’ve hosted quite a few events using the site.

My overall experience with Ticket Tailor is 5 out to 5. From set -up, publishing and event over; excellent process.

Pros

I liked most the user friendly platform , pay-out system and ticket check in. I was impressed with the emails from the \[sensitive content hidden\] too.

Cons

The brand colors but each to its own. lol The confirmation page from one event to the other overlaps.

its alright but can definetly be better with less steps to take and also working with different currencies

Pros

the 24/7 chat available to sort out questions or guide through specific processes of the app that's useful

Cons

it is difficult to navigate different box offices and copy events between them. Ive tried numerous times
