The reliance on an AI Help bot has been frustrating. Pros Bamboo has been easy to setup and easy to use, for both management and staff. The onboarding team was great and the experience has been positive. Cons My biggest frustration is that my staff cannot see their timesheets in app unless we enable the option to log in/out via app, which is something that we do not want to do. I like that I can see my payroll easily, and they have filters you can use to update it to your liking. The job posting feature is easy to use. I love being able to see when other people at my company are on vacation or not. We are a small company, and I do not know how much we pay for it, but it works for us. I know when we were big, it was a great way to see what everyone was up to, and it tracks birthdays and work anniversaries. It's super cool. Never used the customer service support, but I know our contractor does, and they said it's good. No complaints. They are definitely worth joining. Cons It's weird that it's set up by the company's domain, so if you do not know it, sometimes you have trouble logging in. For example, anywhere I do not have the link bookmarked. Cons The UI for Time Tracking is atrocious, but it used to be good. If you need to view the entirety of your tables, you cannot do that unless you engage in side scrolling. To edit records for a given day, you need to enter edit mode for a specific table and again scroll down to the selected day. It concisely and intuitively serves up the data necessary for an HR platform, it is easy to navigate, and it is easy to configure what widgets in the dash are hidden or visible to further streamline the experience. Cons I'm struggling a bit, because I generally don't have much negative to say about it. It's not the most lightning-fast, taking a few seconds for internal links to be followed and loaded. Keeps all administrative documents, trainings and company networking safe and secure. Cons I haven't run into any cons really. But if I had to nit pick, maybe a "last login" log to keep track of when I used it last. Or maybe they do have it and I'm just not seeing it. Maybe some tools to use within the program like excel, or resume builder.
